• ELLEPI55 (9/5): Assolutamente consigliato!!! - L'ottima posizione centrale, MM Dante vicinissima, bar, market, negozi vari a pochi passi, il riposo notturno, letto comodo, camera silenziosa, la cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari.. Nulla! Consiglierei se fosse possibile, aggiungere in bagno dei ganci porta accappatoio/asciugamani, per non sovraccaricare il termoarredo, ma è un dettaglio..

• Maxim (10/5): Perfect - Locatia este perfecta, in centrul istoric si aproape de transport public, La fel este aproape de Santa Chiara si Capela Sansevero. Nu este departe pana la mare si din zona puteti fi preluati pentru tururi pe coasta Amalfi, Napoli sau puteti lua feribotul spre Capri. Sunt multe monumente sau constructii de cult in stil baroc napolitan, muzee si cu funicularul puteti ajunge la Castel Sant’Elmo. Cazarea este ingrijita, frumoasa si comoda. Cafeaua gustoasa.

Posizione centralissima, molto comoda, é vicino a due fermate della metropolitana, L1 piazza Dante, L2 Montesanto (chiusa per lavori di ristrutturazione). Il palazzetto è molto bello e anche l'alloggio. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili. E hanno una macchina del caffè che fa un caffè superlativo. Lo consiglio.

• GIRARD (9/5): Super spot. - L’appartement est clair et spacieux est très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est exceptionnel tant vis à vis du centre historique que des commerces de proximité. Le marché permanent est à proximité immédiate et offre de très bons produits à prix bas. La pâtisserie a proximité est excellente et ma femme a également testé un très bon coiffeur. Dommage de devoir acheter huile et vinaigre et de ne pas avoir de savon shampooing disponibles compte tenu du prix de la location. Le quartier est très vivant donc un peu bruyant mais cela ce calme le soir.

• Antoinette (10/5): appartement était parfait - séjour à Naples avec enfants - Les propriétaires habitent au dessus et sont disponibles et sympathiques. Les lits étaient très confortables et la rue plutôt calme (on reste à Naples quand même!). La salle de bains était bien équipée avec assez de serviettes et tout propre. La cuisine pourrait avoir un peu plus d'ustensiles (j'ai acheté un pèle légume) et un fond d'épicerie (sel, huile), un meuble pour ranger les aliments et une chaise ou tabouret en plus (nous étions 5 et il y avait 4 chaises).

• Susanna (10/5): Soggiorno ideale nel cuore di Napoli - La posizione dell’appartamento è davvero eccellente: situato nel caratteristico quartiere di Montesanto, si trova in una zona strategica, a metà strada tra i Quartieri Spagnoli e il centro storico. In meno di cinque minuti si raggiungono facilmente via Toledo e Piazza Dante, e a pochi passi c’è anche la Funicolare di Montesanto, comodissima per salire al Vomero.La zona è vivace e ben servita, con numerosi ristoranti, pasticcerie e gelaterie nelle immediate vicinanze.Un ringraziamento speciale va ai proprietari, persone davvero squisite: gentili, disponibili e sempre presenti con grande discrezione. In un momento di difficoltà, vista l’elevata affluenza del giorno di Pasquetta, si sono persino attivati per trovarmi un taxi per il porto, cosa tutt’altro che semplice.Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva: ci tornerei molto volentieri. Naprawdę dużo przestrzeni, łóżko ogromne i wygodne, wszystko czyste. Zakochałam się w Neapolu i chętnie wrócę!

La habitacion era bastante mas amplia de lo que esperaba y tenia todo lo necesario, ademas a penas se colaba el ruido de la calle por la noche. La ubicacion es buena, con estacion de cercanias al lado y de metro cerca, con buenas opciones para comer y desayunar en los alrededores. La familia vive en el mismo edificio, asi que es muy tranquilo. Las escaleras para subir a la habitacion pueden suponer un problema si vas con muchas maletas.
• Joanne (10/5): A beautiful flat close to everything - The property was extremely well located; most places of interest were accessible on foot. The flat was very clean and in excellent condition. It was spacious with incredibly high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen and shower room were nice and modern. Our host was absolutely charming. He gave us several suggestions for places to eat at and they were all delicious. Nothing really. If I were to be very picky, I could say that the shower was only ever just hot enough and there was no small sharp knife in the kitchen for cutting fruit, so nothing to lose sleep over!

• Anthea (10/5): Fabulous apartment. Highly recommend. - From the moment I booked, the owner, Giancarlo was very helpful and this continued during our stay, offering advice on local restaurants. The apartment was beautiful, the location quiet but perfectly located for bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, metros and the funicular. The apartment itself had everything we needed with coffee, tea, toiletries and all of the amenities you would need during your stay. The apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable and the shower lovely and hot. There was also a lovely little balcony to sit out on for your morning coffee. Naples has lots to offer with great food, lovely city and also very close to Pompeii, Sorrento etc. public transport is very cheap and easy to navigate. Absolutely nothing. I guess the only downside would be for someone less mobile as there is one small flight of stairs to climb (no lift).

Letti super comodi. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l’acqua calda nelle ore serali, non siamo riusciti a farci la doccia per entrambe le sere, l’acqua era ghiacciata, ci siamo dovuti lavare la mattina.

• Robert (9/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do stacji metra L1 i L2. Blisko do barów, sklepów, piekarni. Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze. Przygotuj się na to, że po gotowaniu wody zostaje dużo osadu na ściankach naczynia, który trudno usunąć. Wszystkie naczynia wyglądały na brudne.

• Fabio (10/5): - Ho soggiornato per due notti presso il Palazzetto Neubourg, ed essendo da solo ho optato per il monolocale. L’appartamento è fornito di tutto l’essenziale: bagno privato, angolo cottura con lavandino e tv. La pulizia era impeccabile. Sara e Giancarlo, che vivono nello stesso palazzo, sono persone gentilissime e disponibilissime. Posizione perfetta a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza Dante, dove si trova la metropolitana, e a due minuti dalle stazioni di Montesanto (Trenitalia e trasporto locale con corse fin dal primissimo mattino). L’appartamento è facilmente e velocemente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici dalla stazione centrale. Nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono numerose pizzerie, bar, negozi di alimentari e il caratteristico mercato di via Pignasecca. Se intendente visitare Napoli a piedi o muovendovi con i mezzi pubblici, questo è il posto che fa per voi. Ringrazio di cuore Sara e Giancarlo per la loro cortesia, non potevo scegliere una location migliore per le mie esigenze, quando tornerò a Napoli sicuramente soggiornerò ancora qui.
• sagra (10/5): - El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio familiar, en un primer piso sin ascensor. Es amplio, limpio y con una cama grande y muy cómoda La ubicación es muy buena pues está cerca de una parada de metro, en la misma calle hay también una estación de funicular, además está muy cerca de via Toledo, así que prácticamente al lado del centro pero con menos bullicio. Además, Giancarlo, el propietario, te ayudará seguro en lo que necesitas.

Hosts were so kind, even booked a taxi for me when I was leaving. Felt very safe as a solo traveller. Lots of narrow stairs to reach the room so if you do have mobility issues it would not be suitable but this is already highlighted in the venue details on booking.com

• Paul (6/5): Pleasant - Centrally located, no problems. The host is friendly and gives nice tips on what to see and do. Unfortunately the room is next to a busy street (as are most hotels in Napoli). The windows do block some of the noise, but there is just too much. It was very difficult to sleep with the cars zooming past, even with ear buds in my ears. This is a problem for most places in Napoli though, so best bet if you are a light sleeper is to book a room with a window to the central courtyard.

Perhaps, I didn't like only the stairs, but the host helped me to lift my heavy luggage, so I'd say I liked everything.

• Shi (9/5): i will come next time - The location of the hotel is excellent, and the room is very spacious. It’s very convenient for shopping and dining right downstairs. However, the stairs are a bit steep, and the area outside the apartment entrance is a bit dirty and messy. I was a little startled when I got out of the car. But the apartment itself is very nice and feels safe inside. The host is very kind, but doesn't speak English, so communication was a bit difficult The flush button on the toilet has some issues, and the bed sheets and duvet cover were not changed.

• Valia (9/5): Superb - The location is great, just a short 5 min. walk to 2 metro stations, also 5 min. walk from Napoli's chaotic Centro Storico and 20min. walk from the popular Chiaia area and the sea. Family di Neubourg was very friendly and helpful and Sara even sent me a list of restaurant recommendations. Keeping in mind that all buildings in the center of Napoli are quite old, the room was nice and has a great value for money. Please notice that the apartments are not suitable for people with mobility issues, because there are quite a few steps and no elevator.

• Vishnudeva (10/5): Exceptional - * Excellent location. * Right next to the Montesanto station. * A street away from Via Toledo, so it's an excellent place to go on casual walks there when bored. It's always active, day or night, so it's quite safe. * A very Naples experience when it comes to the house itself. Very large and luxurious but in a unique way. The best place I've ever stayed at.
• Gavin (8/5): Comfortable base in a nice part of Naples. - Nice location for me. Bustling area but safe and nice. Close to metro and funicular stations and superb restaurants. It’s not close to the central station, but all the better for it. Nice old building, very solid. Excellent bathroom and coffee maker. The hosts were really helpful with all sorts of queries on how to get around Naples. It was fine. The quite steep steps up weren’t a problem for me. The apartment is small and lacking windows. Kitchen area is tiny. But it has all you need and everything is good quality. My main criticism was the frequent very loud conversation/shouting that seemed to come from right outside the door.

• Jose (10/5): Perfect stay in Naples - Instructions for check in could be a bit better. You have to ring the bell of the owner, the room has its own bell but nobody was there. That was a bit confusing.
• Christoph (9/5): Would love to return. - The location was great, close to the center of the city. In an urban location. A great room with high ceilings.
• Gabriella (10/5): Perfect location, very spacious and wonderful owners. - Excellent location and a very spacious apartment. We were there for 10 days so it was great to make use of the kitchen and spent many nights on the balcony. It was very safe and the owners were so friendly! I can’t believe for the amount of times we’ve stayed in Naples we have never stayed here, we will be coming back. Nothing!

• Katerina (10/5): feels like home - This was the highlight of our vacation in Italy. The place is sparkling clean, very spacious and very central located, walking distance from everything there is to visit in Naples. We could here ourselves saying "home sweet home " whenever returning there. And Sara is such a sweet and friendly host! I highly recommend it everything
