• Edyta (3/5): Całokształt ok ale przyjęcie gospodarza zepsuło dzień przyjazdu i wyjazdu - Lokalizacja blisko głównych ulic Niestety czystość apartamentu okropna , lekceważące podejście gospodarza W dniu przyjazdu oraz pierwszym kontakcie z gospodarzem udzielił wskazówek dojazdu oraz odebrania kluczy natychmiast po dotarciu okazało się że app nie był przygotowany na przyjęcie nowych lokatorów , nie był posprzątane po poprzednich W zamian dostałam Propozycje jednego pokoju i łóżko podwójne Rezerwacja obejmowała dwie osobne sypialnie Zgłosiłam reklamację do Booking
• Sanfilippo (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - L'host è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale, rendendo il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Inoltre, la casa si trova in una zona molto comoda, ideale per spostarsi facilmente. Consigliatissimo! L'alloggio è in una posizione molto comoda, vicino a Spaccanapoli, e l'host è stato cordiale. Tuttavia, l'esperienza è stata deludente per diversi aspetti tecnici. La mancanza di una Smart TV e di un divano rende la casa poco confortevole per i momenti di relax. Inoltre, l'isolamento è carente: la luce entra nelle camere di notte (servirebbero tende oscuranti) e i rumori della strada si sentono fortissimo anche a finestre chiuse. ​Il bagno necessita di una ristrutturazione (doccia e lavandino) e mancano accessori base come un doccino per il water. Nel complesso, considerando anche il costo della tassa di soggiorno di 5€ a persona, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è equilibrato a causa di queste mancanze. La casa è accogliente, ma ha bisogno di manutenzione e servizi migliori

• gianfranco (9/5): Molto comodo per visitare il centro di napoli. Facile da raggiungere. - la posizione centrale l'aria condizionata la doccia in bagno. Lo scarico è lento ed è difficile regolare la temperatura dell'acqua.

• Naomi (8/5): We had a great few days and would recommend the apartment for couples/ friends who want great location and great val - Great location, every amenity. Close to cafes and restaurants and alimentari. Beds very comfortable. Key box hanging off the wall and you have to clamber over huge motorbikes to get at it. Several key boxes so it was a bit confusing and we fist thought it was a disused one Windowless- as it’s an interior apartment . Some might find it a bit oppressive. But great value for money and right in the middle of town.
• Mar (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente. La limpieza también está muy bien y además está equipado con todo lo necesario. Además las camas son muy cómodas. A pesar del mal aspecto del edificio por fuera, por la noche se descansa bien y sin demasiados ruidos del exterior ni de los propios vecinos. Al llegar, el edificio está bastante descuidado.

• Tanha (9/5): Good stay in a central location - We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The host was very friendly and communication was easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The small kitchen was well equipped and the coffee was great. The location was lively and central, with good public transport and restaurants nearby. Some sights were easy to reach on foot. Although the area was busy, the apartment was quiet and we slept very well. We would recommend it!

• Alice (10/5): - Posizione davvero perfetta, comodissima da raggiungere dalla stazione e perfetta per girare la città. Appartamento spazioso (eravamo in 3 adulti) con tutti i comfort. Vincenzo è stato sempre presente, informandosi quotidianamente di come andasse e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. L' appartamento è pulitissimo, curato e comodo; non ha finestre (ha un velux) ma per noi non è stato affatto un problema. Era tutto perfetto
• María Jimena (4/5): - - NULA COMUNICACION PREVIA CON EL ALOJAMIENTO: estuve enviando mensajes (consultando la modalidad de check in, ya que en un principio estaríamos llegando sobre las 23 hs) por booking y teléfono, sin obtener respuesta, sólo contestando "buenos días". Recién el día antes del ingreso me enviaron un número de whastapp distinto al informado en booking, indicando que avisáramos cuando estábamos en la puerta para decirmos cómo entrar. -CAMBIO DE UBICACION DEL APTO: Fuimos a la dirección indicada en la reserva y para nuestra sorpresa nos dijeron que debíamos trasladarnos a otra dirección a recoger las llaves, porque nuestro apartamento no era ese si no otro. Explicando que booking no les permite poner dos direcciones distintas.(lo que correspondería es crear dos avisos distintos, cada uno con sus fotos y su direccion) En definitiva, terminamos en un alojamiento en una dirección distinta a la reservada. Viajábamos con una persona mayor, y los 10 minutos caminando con maletas entre uno y otro no fueron el mejor plan. Con ese criterio, bien podrían habernos dirigido a cualquier otro punto de la ciudad. -CHECK IN: en 10 mensajes distintos ... muy poco claros sobre cómo entrar. Tuvimos que retirar las llaves de un candado en un poste callejero. Imposible hablar por teléfono porque no atienden. -COMODIDADES: claramente los 25 m2 del apartamento son aptos para 2 huéspedes, máximo 3. No hay espacio para 4 personas ! La cocina está dentro de un mueble, faltaron cubiertos y tazas para los 4 huéspedes que éramos, el perchero con 3 perchas que no alcanzan, no hay lugar donde dejar un mínimo de ropa. -CHECK OUT y TASA TURISTICA: en la reserva se indican las 11. 30 hs para la salida y una tasa diaria por persona de €4.50. El último día nos indican dejar el depto a las 10 hs y pagar una tasa diaria de €5 por persona. Les indiqué la información de la reserva e insistieron en que el importe había variado. Mostrando la reserva, abonamos lo que estaba indicado.

• Bart (8/5): Very good - The location in the middle of the old center of Napoli can look awkward the first few hours, but it really is a nice and safe neighborhood! The apartment is wel equipped and has a good air-conditioner. It does have no windows, but it did not bother us as we spent our days outside exploring Napoli. The mattress in the second bedroom is a bit too hard. All the rest is fine!

• Luca (9/5): Fantastic - The apartment is clean, spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable, including the mattress and pillows. Vincenzo was a very accommodating and friendly host. Not much. I couldn’t get all the burners to work, but that could be me. The fridge freezes if you change the setting, maybe a note for future guests?

Air conditioning in the living room. Apartment is a short walk from the historical centre of Naples where you will find lots of attractions, restaurants and supermarkets

Big thanks to the host who was taking care that our stay at Napoli is as great as possible. Nothing.
• Valentina (7/5): Good location for someone who plans to have easy access to the main features of the city. - The position. It is very central, 1 min from the Duomo and Via dei Tribunali. The nearest restaurant amazing No windows. Only one on the roof.
• Annija (10/5): Exceptional - A very kind welcome. We received a delicious treat from the hosts. Various tourist materials and brochures were placed in the apartments. The host sent very detailed directions to get into the property, and also sent a list of recommendations for attractions, the best cafes and restaurants, and places to shop. Good accommodation location. At first it was difficult to understand how to get hot water in the shower. Recommendation to write a tutorial, because not everyone is persistent to get to hot water :)
