• Natasha (5/5): Clean apartment in a fantastic central location! But major accessibility problems - The apartment itself was clean and well-kept inside, which we really appreciated. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free—the host sent clear video instructions via WhatsApp, so we could let ourselves in without waiting. I had a video of the apartment, but I'm unable to load it. It shows how clean and spacious the apartment is. The apartment is in a great central location right by the Orto Botanico—everything was within easy walking distance or a quick metro ride. The apartment was spotless and clean, check-in was seamless thanks to clear WhatsApp video instructions, and the host responded to messages almost instantly, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, several serious issues made the stay extremely difficult, especially for anyone with mobility challenges or heavy luggage: The listing never mentions that the apartment is on the 4th/5th floor with NO elevator. We had six suitcases and my mother uses a mobility aid; she was unable to climb the many flights and had to wait downstairs for us to view the apartment. The stairwell has numerous loose and damaged tiles, some handrails are broken, and the walkway flexes when walking. The entrance foyer has large holes in the walls and ceiling (I have video of this). The whole building feels unsafe and in urgent need of repair. Some amenities were missing: no 24-hour front desk, no airport shuttle, and very slow, unreliable Wi-Fi. We contacted the host immediately upon arrival, but the lack of a lift obviously couldn’t be fixed. Future guests—especially elderly travelers, families with kids, or anyone with luggage—please be aware that this property is not accessible and the common areas are in poor condition. The location, cleanliness, and host communication are real highlights, but we hope the listing is updated to reflect the building's condition and the stairs.

• Anne-Charlotte (10/5): Excellent séjour - L’appartement était très grand et très bien situé! Notre hôte était très sympathique et très disponible ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Naples est une ville très jolie mais très bruyante. Les nuits peuvent être ponctuées d’un concert de Klaxons.

• Feras (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is large, clean and very spacious. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom is very large and clean. I recommend this wonderful place.
• Taavi (10/5): Fantastic location and great amenities - Lots of restaurants, shops, supermarket and a bus stop nearby. As it is located next to a busy street there's always someone beeping horn even in early hours

• Ewa (9/5): Great location, easy to reach from airport. - Great location. From AirPort city bus No. 182 takes You in 15min to the place, bus stop is 50 meters from the building. Just nice walking distance to Duomo and city Center. 400m on the same street metro if you wish to travel further and faster. Some bars and restaurants just around the corner. A bit old building with old staircase. For people with problems with walking 3rd floor by stairs can be a challenge. Also quite noisy street but this is Naples city 😉
• Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Warm welcome by Giuseppe. Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 showers so ideal for families or group of friends. Situated close to a main road so a lot of shops, restaurants at walking distance. All you need for a stay in a city is available all fine really
• Monica (8/5): Very napolitan experience - Big apartment with nice rooms. The host is very nice. The apartment is close to the center. Noisy because napolitans are very noisy drivers. The building could be in better shape.

The apartment is located in a very noisy place. There was no lift in the building. We agreed to leave the apartment at 17:00, however they made us leave at 12:00.

Also, the building (not the apartment) is in significant disrepair. The ceiling is falling in and leaks in the lobby, the tile floors on the way up to the apartment are loose. The neighborhood-and perhaps the majority of Naples-is like walking through a dumpster.
