• Anna (8/5): Ideale per soggiornare nel centro di Napoli - Ottima posizione super centrale, locale ben insonorizzato e facilmente accessibile. Abbiamo trovato comodo il divano letto. Serve manutenzione nel bagno, muffa sulla doccia e guarnizioni da cambiare. Pieno di calcare. Non era pulitissimo al nostro arrivo, servirebbe più carta igienica e magari un asciugamano in più a testa.

Anna’s roofs - Great Location Staff was willing to help with special requests The bed was not comfortable enough When somebody asks for one more toilet paper, it seems odd to get no for an answer The way garbage policy is described is a bit scaring which doesn’t help in maintaining the rules. It made me so worried ,I kept taking every little what could be garbage item,out every day instead enjoying the facility
• Jacques (5/5): Never again - Location The company managing the property is doing a very poor job. Property not clean (e.g. old cheese in the fridge). Supposedly non-smoking but the bathroom seemed to be the smoking room. I could not hang clothes in the wardrobe because it was half full of comforters, blankets, pillows (rather dirty). I informed the day before leaving that I would like to pick-up my car after check-out time and got a response that looked like an agreement. When I came back (ar. noon for check-out time 10am), the building main gate was closed (Sunday) and the app used to open the doors' had been deactivated. Fortunately enough an unrelated person living in the building arrived at that time and could open for me. I would otherwise have been left with no solution whatsoever!!!!! Wifi is desperately slow - close to non-existent! The sofa-bed was a disaster!!! ...and so on
• Andrei (6/5): Pleasant - The room was a little cold. The air conditioner did not produce enough warmth to heat the room on colder days.
