• Justin Icefire (9/5): - Davide (Host) was there to greet us. He also puts in the extra extra effort to ensure all is well with your stay, everyday til the last day. His effort and proactiveness truly elevates the stay, giving tips on where to eat, visit and see (albeit with the help of AI). Location is also very strategically placed in heart of naple city, but, going up and down 3 flight or stairs (1-2-3x a day) phew...Nevertheless, the room is excellent with many nice touches and photos.

Urzekły mnie wszystkie artystyczne detale które pokazują miłość do Neapolu , sztuki klasycznej i nowoczesnej ale także poczucie humoru gospodarza. Wszystko jest przemyślane i perfekcyjne. Nie ma przypadkowych sprzętów, bibelotów, byle jakich kubków czy talerzy. Całe wyposażenie mieszkania jest wysokiej jakości i daje poczucie luksusu, wygodę i niesamowity komfort. Klimatyzacja i internet działają bez zarzutu , łóżko i poduszki są bardzo wygodne a pościel dobrej jakości, tak samo jak ręczniki. Apartament znajduje się w znakomitej lokalizacji, wszędzie jest blisko , wokół mnóstwo restauracji, barów i sklepów. No i po sąsiedzku jest Caravaggio.😊 Mieszkanie jest absolutnie bezpieczne i daje dużo prywatnosci.Davide jest idealnym gospodarzem -zrobi wszystko żeby twój pobyt był jak najlepszy, najwygodniejszy i niezapomniany.Wie prędzej od ciebie czego będziesz potrzebować i wyprzedza twoje życzenia. Jest to niesamowite i naprawdę niespotykane.Pozostaje w kontakcie i z wyczuciem dba o twój komfort i spokój.Jestem bardzo wdzięczna że mogłam zostawić wcześniej bagaż, za elastyczność w godzinach zameldowanie, wszystkie cenne informacje i zamówienie taksówki na lotnisko co wbrew pozorom nie jest takie łatwe w Neapolu. Schody nie są jakimś wielkim problemem jeśli się ich spodziewasz. Nie są strome i pozwalają spalić zbędne kalorie których w Neapolu nie unikniesz 😁 Jeśli chcesz wyjątkowego doświadczenia i obsługi na najwyższym poziomie i prawdziwej gościnności to jest miejsce dla ciebie. Its central location makes it easy to get around the city, surrounded by such a wide variety of restaurants that you’ll hardly feel the need to cook—despite the apartment being fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The owner’s attention is outstanding, friendly and detail-oriented, making a real difference from the very beginning. The apartment itself is modern, featuring smart home (domotics) systems that add comfort and a contemporary touch. Above all, what truly stands out is the cleanliness: absolutely spotless. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Naples with total peace of mind.

• Eleftheria (10/5): Wonderful stay in the centre of Naples - Davide has done an amazing job with the apartment to make his guests feel safe, at home and having all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a great location with so many shops, restaurants and options around. Davide was very friendly,flexible and also very communicative, he would respond immediately to everything we needed to ask. He also gave us a lot of suggestions about where to eat, drink, what to visit etc, that was super helpful to hear from a local! Would be lovely to be back again one day! Book book book!!!!!! -
• Greg7579 (10/5): Great Apartment in the Best Centro Historico Old Town in Europe. - We have travelled extensively in Italy for the past ten years and know what is good vs what is just passable. Davide is the property owner, and he is a true Neapolitan who eats, lives and breathes this wonderful city. He was very helpful during our 6-day stay and gave us great advice on everything to do with Napoli and the Centro Historico. Naples is certainly one of the most fascinating and greatest cities in the World, and this apartment is in the best location one could imagine - literally across the plaza from the South wall of the Duomo. You are in the middle of the heart and life of the old city. The streets full of Italian life, incredible food, churches and museums will keep you busy and amazed for days on end. The apartment is a very nice layout of tight old-town space and better than any hotel room one could possibly get anywhere near that area of Napoli (way better in fact)... The Wi-Fi is the fastest I have experienced in Italy while traveling - over 500 MB/s with fiber into the apartment! The bed is comfy, the shower is a walk-in and really big, and there is a lot of natural light throughout the space as it spills out onto a high cental courtyard that has been there for centuries. The apartment is at the top of a centuries-old palace and is newly and completely renovated. It is not huge, but very new and comfortable - far bigger than any hotel room is going to be in old Napoli. David has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount, and several other services for streaming a bit at night after dinner, and a nice sofa to enjoy it on. Great apartment - great host. (Davide even helped us with the bags up the stairs, which was no problem at all, and we are in our 60s). Liked everything about the place.
• Anonymous (10/5): amazing oasis in the midst of it all - This funky and fun apartment is a perfect oasis from the hub bub of Naples. Close to everything but feeling miles away from all of it, what a perfect location. I. Pilsner have asked for a better location for cleanliness and comfort! Please book here!
• Gertjan (10/5): Great appartment, wonderful and friendly host, very much recommended! - The appartment was beautiful. Very nice decorated, and very comfortable. It has everything you need and then some more ;-). The host was very nice and he sent us very useful information about Naples (about things to see, transportation, restaurants, cafés, pizza, etc.). We had a great time, thanks to our host and the nice appartment, which is in the centre of Naples. Don't look any further, book this appartment! Everything was wonderful.
• Frane (10/5): Exceptional - Napulitano Assaje is just a thing you are searching for. Modern, in the center, with a touch of local spirit. Apartment itself is excelent, the part which will give you "unexpected bonus" is David, the host. He provides you a tips for places which are not so touristic, but where you usually will be sorounded with locals. He is easy to comunicate, in the apartman he provides some additional snacks and on the end of your stay he prepares you a small but really uniqe gift. There is no much more you can expect
• Nadege (10/5): Our home in Napoli - Davide’s apartment is just perfect to discover Napoli - clean, cosy, furnished with style, and located right in the middle of the historic city centre with its churches, museums and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere and when we were tired we took the metro (Duomo station is about 200m away). The apartment is cleverly designed to make the most of the space, and it has all commodities and more, as Davide even left us some drinks, pasta, and breakfast things(coffee, tea, sugar, croissants…). The bathroom was stocked with all the toiletries you could need, way more than in a hotel ! Extra-large shower room! Both the double-bed and sofa bed are very comfortable - this is important if you travel with your family. Above everything else, Davide was just a wonderful host - providing information on the city, videos for the “self check-in”, checking on you to see that everything is ok… He even helped us with our heavy suitcase and finding a taxi to the airport - he is an absolute sweetie! Nothing, you are in safe hands at Napulitano Assaje, it’s like staying at a (very nice and thoughtful) friend’s place!
• Tara (10/5): Fabulous apartment and amazing host - Clean and trendy - a bit like staying in a mini art gallery. It was exactly as described. Great location. Everything that we needed was provided. Our host was amazing. He checked in on us make sure that we were ok and really helped us out with tickets we had booked and couldn’t attend on the day we had booked. If we go to Naples again we will definitely stay here. We loved everything about the property.
