• val (9/5): Dépaysant, plein de jolies rencontres et d'échanges avec les napolitains. - Rosanna est une hôte parfaite, attentionnée et réactive. Le logement est grand et très bien situé Je ne sais pas em servir des cafetières italiennes donc une cafetière classique m'aurait arrangée mais c'est vraiment anecdotique 😉

• Roberto (6/5): Comunque ..... esperienza positiva - Sicuramente la posizione , vicinissimo al centro e ai principali mezzi di trasporto , la metratura dell'appartamento e la tranquillità dello stabile Casa dalle potenzialità enormi , da migliorare la pulizia il bagno e gli accessori da cucina ( pentole datate e parecchio usurate ) armadi pieni di roba che non serve e assenza di un bastone per poter appendere le cose
• Julie (6/5): - L’appartement est bien situé dans Naples et permet de rayonner à pied pour les visites. Les points négatifs sont plus sur le confort : matelas à ressort, salle de bain dont les joints sont noirs, eau chaude difficile (ou impossible) à avoir, réfrigérateur assez sale. Cependant ceci ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour car nous étions souvent dehors.

• Samson (10/5): - Un appartement typique du centre historique, dans une petite rue plutôt calme pour se reposer la nuit et tout est à proximité. Proche de la gare centrale, du quartier espagnol. C'est très propre, la literie impeccable et confortable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins. C'est la deuxième fois que je le loue et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu.

• Vass (7/5): Good - the location is perfect: near to the station, the centro storico and capodimonte too! The house is comfortable and spacious in an great, old building. The woman who entered us was super frendly and nice. The shower is really old, bring your bath slippers :) and there is not a sharp knife to cut a slice of apple or bread
• Dóra (6/5): This accommodation has the potential to be a good one but deep cleaning would be crucial, especially in the bathroom. Wi - It was pretty close to Centrale, was in a pretty good location in terms of reaching sights and public transportation easily and fast. The surrounding street felt a bit dodgy but everything was alright. The host and his mother were very responsive, could arrange check-in and check-out easily. It’s good to have Google translate help you with communication but it wasn’t an issue at all. The accommodation was very spacious. Unfortunately the bathroom was extremely dirty. We didn’t really feel comfortable when showering as the doors of the shower and in-between tiles were very moldy. The corner behind the door was unfortunately literally covered with accumulated dust and dirt. We’ve found hair around and under the bathmat which I’m sorry to say but was disgusting. The general cleanliness of the apartment was not satisfactory and below average. The neighbors were very loud and as the walls are extremely thin (even made of drywall in the bedroom), you could hear everything. One night they started to drill at 10:30 in the evening. This is just to say in case someone can’t tolerate noise and loud sounds.

• Magdalena (8/5): Very good - Very good localisation, close to Capuana Gate and Tribunale Street. Very nice host.
• Julita (8/5): Good value for money - The location was really close to main attraction of the city, but the district is a little bit rought. The appartment has everything even cafe or tea. There is only one window but its not noisy outside. I think its good value for money that we were paying. The bedroom its separate room but with walls not going to the ceiling so if you plan to stay with more people you can all hear each other :)
• Ekaterina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is cosy and well equipped with kitchen available for cooking. The apartment is apparently recently renovated, all very clean. Location is great, 5 minutes by foot from Metro station Napoli Piazza Cavour and rather big supermarket. Bed is large and comfortable. Naples in general is a noisy city and this apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with window overlooking the traditional narrow pedestrian lane (photos attached below). We traveled in winter and it was cold inside (although the blankets available were enough to warm up at night). Shower water is difficult to adjust (either very hot or cold).

• Katalin (9/5): Superb - Old building in a tipical Napolitan street near to the old city's center. The appartment was cosy, wide and clean. We liked the street view.

• Manuela (6/5): Pleasant - Very close to the historical center. In fact it is one big room and the walls that separate the bedroom do not reach the sealing. The communication was not easy because the host didn't speak English so I had to text everything and wait for a response.
• William (6/5): Overall for a night or two, this accommodation is okay - The property was really spacious and had functional amenities and the staff were really friendly. The shower was freezing cold and wouldn’t warm up, the washing machine was mouldy it put us off washing our clothes and the bed wasn’t comfortable
• Suad (7/5): Good - Location! Bed was clean and comfy, hadn't had issues sleeping. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not up to the standards of the apartment. The shower was clogging, had to turn off water every 2 minutes to stop it from flodding the bathroom. Also toilet seat is missing. Address provided on Booking.com is not completely accurate, ended up doing circles for nothing. The delivery of the keys was slow. Despite informing the owner (or the person we contacted) several days before our arrival, on the day of our arrival, 20 minutes before our arrival, and yet we ended up waiting for an additional 25 minutes outside. Hopefully these will be improved.
• Julia (9/5): Superb - Good size of the apartment with almost everything you need for few days staying. Short walk to restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. We had some troubles to find the apartment
• Arthur (8/5): Great, Big, Centrally Located Place - Clean flat with a lot of space and everything you need (including shower gel, towels, etc.) ideally located between the historical centre and the train station. Nice and responsive host. Very dirty street but as everywhere in the neighbourhood, noisy neighbours but it didn’t disturb much.
