• Canessa Be (10/5): - La ubicación es excepcional, en pleno barrio histórico de Nápoles!! Un poco intrincado para acceder al departamento, hay que pasar 3 puertas además de la de entrada al edificio.
• EDITH (9/5): - Logement bien placé, dans le centre , super pour visiter. . Lucia à été réactive, quand j ai eu besoin . L ascenseur était en panne à mon départ, j ai du porter la valise pour descendre les 3 étages.
• Matic (8/5): - Location is great. The apartment was okay overall, but there were a few downsides. There was mold in the shower, which should really be taken care of. Also, two of the beds are placed in a hallway, so they don’t offer as much privacy as the other six beds in the apartment. Another inconvenience was that the lift in the building wasn’t working during our stay.

• Veronika (7/5): - The property and facilities were really nice. It was easy to go around the historic centre of the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There kitchen was equipped with every necessary things. The host was nice too. Though the location was considered to be safe, and the host told me it was very safe, however on 18th of April, 2026, at 07:40 a.m. just after going out from the apartment and heading to the main train centre, the motorbiker stole my iPhone 17 Pro. And though I could see where it was, the police did nothing and I did not find my phone. So that’s why I think the location was not really good and safe. Be aware.

• Jed (7/5): Love love love Naples, frenetic, lively and free spirited, and the apartment perfectly located. - I was in Naples for 4 weeks at Italianopoli, a school for foreigners learning Italian. So. the keys were accessed once up on the apartment floor (3rd) so all good, there was a useful kitchen with gas hob (no oven) toaster, microwave and fridge. Really nice double door window opening to a juliette bacony with outside clothes line (very handy). Bathroom had shower, sink, toilet and bidet, all clean and working well. Large double bed and TV too. The proprietor Bianca, was very helpful and a pleasure to meet, she had another apartment opposite mine and arrived one night to help out with a technical problem they were having, which got fixed no problem. She also helped me when my electronic key had some issues. Could have had a change of towels and sheets though. The agency "Dimorra" were not helpful at all, there is an electronic lock on the apartment which meant I had to always have my smartphone with me when I went out to regain access. I did forget my phone one night and the agency were closed and had no staff to assist my re-entry. Fortunately, I had scribbled down the code on a piece of paper and had it in my pocket (luckily), so could manually type in the entry code and open the door. On a second occasion the web-based site used to open the door failed to launch and once again I was restricted from entering. This was not a comforting position to be in! Dimorra just referred me back to the proprietor of the apartment for whom they were acting, each time there was an issue (not many, but not sure what role Dimorra had in looking after my booking apart from taking my details and booking fee?) Dimmora also made some odd requests regarding access to my credit card when I had to pay the city lodging tax, they wanted permission to use the card after the transaction? Eventually the clause regarding that request was removed from the online transaction agreement and I paid the tax. When I arrived early in the morning Dimorra advised me I could only access the apartment at 3pm ( the official entry time) which is fine I suppose, they also advised I could store my luggage at their storage location, some way from the apartment, however when I did arrive early at the address I found a friendly luggage storage business right opposite the apartment block, so Dimorra obviously out to profit from my predicament, not helpful at all! Overall Dimorra are efficient for themselves only and not for customer support. I will avoid any further bookings that need to go through that company.

• Janusz (10/5): - Warunki były takie jakie oczekiwać może samotny wędrowiec. Wszystko co potrzebne do ugotowania było. Do posiłku także. Łóżko wygodne. Klimatyzacja potrzebna w tych warunkach działa bez zarzuty. No po prostu polecam ten obiekt w 100% !! Nawet sam planuję tutaj wrócić!
• Sushma (4/5): Not quite worth it - Air conditioned. Spacious. Stayed here during the holiday but was disappointed by the quality of the accommodation. The socket covers kept falling off, very dangerous when staying with kids. Most things seemed to fall apart as soon as you touch it i.e towel rail, the door handles etc, again not particularly safe. No toiletries or minimum amenities provided to make the stay comfortable. Not extremely helpful when issues raised. Extremely complex check in process.
• Michael (6/5): Noisy place - Apartment was acceptable. It’s on the noisiest street in Naples, traffic all night, probably the roughest area.had to pay to use the lift, oven permanently out of action.

• Diego (7/5): Overall we enjoyed the stay, but several things can be improved. - The location is very good, in the historic center of Napoli. The hosts were very responsive and allowed us to check in a bit earlier (normal check in was 15hs). Three things I think were wrong with the apartment: 1) It's in a third floor--but you need to pay to use the elevator (it only takes 10c coins, which you may not have when you arrive--we didn't). 2) The door system tries to be comfortable but isn't; they give you a web page to open the doors (there are 4 separate doos you have to unlock), but we quickly found the 3rd door didn't always open properly (it wasn't a low signal issue, we heard the door clicking after we pressed the button but it didn't open). We got a single set of keys as a backup, but the keys are also used to enable lights at the property. We traveled as a couple but when I wanted to exit the apartment I had to take the keys to be able to open the door, so my partner was left in the dark. 3) I had to write my credit card number at the host's website, which isn't certified in any way. This shouldn't be normalized, there are regulations and processes to prevent random businesses to handle your credit card number, and booking has mechanisms to charge for penalties. I write all of this as constructive criticism. In general we enjoyed the stay, but these things got in the middle and felt annoying. The first two items would be incredibly improved if you just used a lock box and left two sets of keys and even a few 10c coins to use the elevator the first couple of times, so people don't need to drag the luggage up three stories on ancient stairs. The third one--please don't mess with people's credit cards. Use proper charging mechanisms.

• Sarah (6/5): Nothing out of the ordinary - Location 1- paying to take the elevators seems really inappropriate!! Was not disclosed upon describing the property- not only paying to go up but also coming down…. Younger travelers can take the stairs- not limited ones 2.- would be nice to have the host waiting for us.. the convenience of having an electronic key could also be intimidating for some people
• Stanislav (9/5): Very convenient weekend stay in Naples - The apartment is located very centrally and easy to get to. The room was clean and quite well equipped. We very much enjoyed the room for a spontaneous weekend away. All the doors of the apartment as well as the front entrance from the building can be opened from a secure website, which meant getting the keys in the first place was not necessary. The lift requires 10 cent coins to be operated and the room is on the 3rd floor of a building with high ceilings so good fitness is useful to get to the apartment, especially with heavy luggage. The space above the door of the other room in the apartment's is not closed so we could hear its residents every now and then. Finally, the planes seem to fly relatively close above the room, but this is likely affecting a lot of Naples due to the airport’s proximity to the city center.

It’s one of the hotels where it’s all done online and even unlocking the doors is online. Def need DATA to open the place up. Also you need to a 10c coin to work the elevator which we did not have…… Not a place to book last minute as you need to be organised

• Kieran (7/5): Decent apartment. Terrible check-in system - I liked the apartment even though it’s quite expensive for what you get. It’s comfortable, clean, functional and a sufficient space for 1-2 people. The location is good - central, busy, easy walking distance from the main sights, restaurants and bars The check-in experience is awful. It relies on the use of an app which didn’t work when I arrived (so you also have to make sure you have data in any case). In the end I had to call someone to come and let me in because the agency was closed. Then when you get in to the building you need 10c every time you want to use the elevator (which I didn’t have) even though it’s a new elevator. So had to haul my luggage up 3 floors of stairs. Took the best part of an hour to actually get in to the apartment and on my way. You’re then asked to clear your waste before leaving, but with nowhere onsite to actually dispose of the waste so end up walking the streets looking for somewhere to dump it
• Michele (7/5): Amazing Location in the heart of Napoli - Excellent location, host very supportive at all stages. Excellent opening door system working on remote by using the phone. They host let us store our luggage inside the accommodation after the check-out the last day. The room is smaller than looks on pictures. No possibility to adjust regulate the air condition system. Elevator costs 10 cents each lift.
• Alena (8/5): Great property owners, fantastic food, intresting sites, very noisy and dirt on streets. - Very central, high amount of historical sites and catacombs reachable by short walk. walking distance to take the train to Pompeii or ferry to islands. Accomodation was working for us extremely well, owners live in the building so if there is need for any help with the apartment it is done within minutes.Good restaurants in the surroundings, the most convenient and reliable we found Insolito just 3 minutes away, with always at least half of local guests. Each kind of meal was just great! However until visiting Napoli we have been only in the north parts of Italy and in comparison to that Napoli was for us quite a shock. But once in a lifetime it is good to see😊

The hosts were extremely hospitable, giving us a very warm welcome and allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment after check out. The apartments were well equipped, exceptionally clean and bedrooms were very spacious.
