• Sandra (7/5): Prima centraal gelegen appartement voor een redelijke prijs - Goede bedden en locatie is heel centraal. Prive parkeerplaats, want parkeren is drama in Napels. De deuren openen en sluiten was wel een dingetje.

La proprietaria, Angelica, è stata fin da subito molto accogliente, disponibile e gentile, facendoci sentire a nostro agio per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La posizione è ottima, perché permette di raggiungere comodamente a piedi i principali punti di interesse della zona, il che è stato davvero un grande vantaggio. Un altro aspetto molto positivo è la presenza del posto auto: abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina all’interno per tutto il soggiorno, cosa davvero comoda e non scontata. La pulizia potrebbe essere curata un po’ di più

• Gianluca (7/5): Esperienza da ripetere - Host premuroso e disponibile, abbiamo trovato acqua, snack, caffè e bevande offerte gratuitamente. Struttura accogliente e particolare. Posizione centrale e vicina sia alla metro che alla funicolare. E' molto probabile che ritorneremo a soggiornare in questa struttura. Scale abbastanza ripide, ma dovendo percorrerle la mattina e poi al ritorno la sera, sono fattibili. Quartiere un po caotico e difficilmente raggiungibile in auto per chi non conosce la città. Botteghe di quartiere un pò care rispetto ai prezzi medi di Napoli.

• Conca (9/5): Ospitalità napoletana - Se sei in auto è un ottima soluzione, visto che parcheggiare a Napoli è sempre un problema. La posizione è centrale e ci si può muovere a piedi nel centro e a pochi passi c'è la stazione di Montesanto. Angelica è stata pronta nel venirci incontro per farci parcheggiare anzitempo e per prolungare la sosta dell'auto fino al pomeriggio. L'appartamento è decoroso e ha i servizi essenziali. Il complesso è datato, ma in quella zona della città è la regola.

Staff gentilissimo Bisogna mettere in preventivo che la struttura essendo in pieno centro storico la notte si sentono rumori di moto e auto,ma per pochi giorni ne vale la pena

Clean and equipped with all you need in kitchen. Lady who gave us keys available by whatsap to sort any problem, like we experienced with keys. 2nd floor without elevator, 46steps to lift luggage, bedroom also upsters inside flat.

• Manuela (10/5): Meraviglioso - Siamo stati accolti da Angelica, che è stata molto gentile e disponibile nell'illustrarci l'appartamento. L'alloggio è molto spazioso, con tre camere da letto, perfetto per gruppi o famiglie. La posizione è centrale e comodissima per visitare Napoli a piedi, con tante attrazioni, ristoranti e servizi raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Ottima scelta per chi vuole vivere la città senza dover usare mezzi di trasporto.Lo consiglio vivamente.

• Salah (7/5): nice place, recommended - the place was clean and central location, big and comfortable rooms, aircondition, a nice lady who welcomed us. we had tow toilets which is a big plus when you come with a big group, kitchen is will equepped. hard narrow roads to go in and out of the old town, don't come here with a big car, the gps doesn't work will in this area, the lady taking care of the place doesnt know english, so be ready to talk through google translate, the lady who is taking care of the place (maybe the owner) doesnt live near by that's why you will need to give an acurate time for your arrival at least 5 or 6 hours earlier. the appartment is on the 5th floor with no lift.

Friendly hosts - Friendly host who sent us even video and photo directions and met us personally upon arrival, rang us via Whats App. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, small bottles of drinking water, salt, pepper, olive oil, kitchen roll. Location central, could walk to most places or take metro in nearby station. Parking available within an enclosed locked courtyard. Comfortable, clean, AC in each room. Close to restaurants, cafés, supermarket. Spacious rooms, 2 toliets, washing machine. Tricky to drive from the apartment, due to oneway system the way out is via very narrow roads. The electric sockets are a bit old and some are loose from the walls. Fridge and feeezer temperature not so cold, but not a problem as we mainly ate our food directly after purchasing.
• Andrzej (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very helpful - we had warm welcome like we was part of family:) the location is practically in the heart of Napoli which is the best way to feel this beautiful city. We we've been traveling by car so the possibility to have safe and good parking spot was really good advantage. Fully recommend... Grazie mille.
• Piotr (9/5): Superb - Perfect localization. Less than 200m to the subway. 10 mins walk from Quartieri Spagnoli. Many shops (including supermarket) nearby. Very comfy beds. Very friendly owner, not English speaker, but we've managed to communicate :). Trashcan was not empty on arrival.
• Julie (8/5): Great value close to public transport. - Breakfast supplies of croissants were lovely. The place was simple, on a noisy street, but well located close to public transport. It was great value for a couple of nights. There was a damaged power point in the kitchen and a broken lamp in the bedroom. And a lot of stairs.

• Pauline (6/5): Expensive for what we got - Good location in the centre of Napoli. The bathroom was okay and the shower good. The apartment was not clean at all. The bedside lamp was broken. There are not enough socket plugs in the apartment.
• Lauren (9/5): Good value with off-street parking in courtyard. Fab location - Location was perfect, easy walking to everything, this place was a find. Having a gated courtyard to park the car was brilliant. Be warned to get here you do have to drive through a bit of the hectic traffic and v small streets. The drive out on a Sunday was pretty easy, Friday afternoon drive in was busy!! The tiny balcony was a bonus as it got the sun during the day. It was nice to have a cuppa there watching the street below. The accommodation was basic but perfectly adequate. We only stayed 2 nights and were out most of the time. It was noisy at night, just traffic etc but it was right in the middle of naples so that was to be expected. The back single bedroom was quieter, my partner slept in there as he found it too noisy to sleep in the front bedroom, I was fine.

• Varisco (9/5): Recommended! - Very nice apartment, large and colourful. It has car parking in the courtyard that is also a winning point. Kids found immediately at home in the rooms there. Nothing especially, however please mind there are stairs without elevator.

• Amina (10/5): Amazing spacious apartment with 3 rooms and private parking in the centre of the city - Great spacious apartment. Fully functional kitchen. Very friendly host who welcomed us late in the evening. The location of the apartment is perfect, very close to the center and it has private parking in the closed yard of the building where the apartment is. The apartment had air conditioning, fridge and everything we needed.

In double beds it would be nice to have separate blankets as we were travelling with group of friends who are not couples.
