• achury molina (10/5): - Lori was an incredible help to us, always attentive to everything. She helped us rent a car, gave us directions on how to get around Naples, and was also extremely thoughtful and kind. I truly believe she was the best part of our stay. The apartment was very pleasant and spacious for a family of five. Lori was always available and willing to help us with any problem or question we had. I would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that there was constant construction work in the building, which created noise very early in the mornings.

La casa è molto accogliente, spaziosa e ricca di ogni confort. L'accoglienza da parte di Loredana è stata insuperabile!! Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Un grazie speciale a Lory: sei una persona splendida! Ci torneremo sicuramente e consiglio vivamente la residenza!!

Wir konnten alles was wir sehen wollten gut zu Fuß erreichen. viele Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und schön. Problemlose Übergabe des Schlüssels. Die Dame war Vorort und hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben. Jedoch hat sie mehr als die 4,50 Übernachtungssteuer pro Nacht und Person verlangt. Was wir schon etwas komisch fanden. Wir haben dies beim Vermieter urgiert und das Geld wieder zurück bekommen. Die Betten waren etwas klein und einige Sachen in der Wohnung gehören repariert. Aber trotzdem kann ich diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen!

• Consuelo Rubina (9/5): Meraviglioso appartamentino su due piani - Casa deliziosa, situata in un quartiere comodissimo: in pochi minuti si raggiungono il mare, i localini/ ristorantini, i principali servizi e Piazza del Plebiscito. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e ci ha supportato anche nell’organizzazione dei transfer. Pur non essendo un edificio nuovo, l’ho trovato affascinante e molto tranquillo, inoltre è dotato di servizio di guardiania che offre un’ulteriore sensazione di sicurezza. Alla domanda: “Ci torneresti?” La risposta è: certo che sì, anche domani! ♥️ Alcune piccole cose erano rotte o mancanti, sicuramente lo staff le sistemerà per il prossimo soggiorno. La Casa ha un grandissimo potenziale, una piccola rinnovata potrebbe valorizzarlo ancora di più….ma non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuta!!!

La host Lory è stata molto accogliente e disponibile, oltre che molto gentile con i miei bambini e questa cosa non è per nulla scontata. Tornerei in questa struttura anche solo per l’accoglienza che ci è stata riservata.

• Martin (8/5): - Appartement fonctionnel et bien placé proche de la marina. Attention il faut compter un bon 30 a 45min pour aller au centre historique à pied. L'emplacement n'est pas très bien desservi par les transports publics.
• Florence (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a great location by the port. We had to walk, take a train, or get a taxi to the center of Naples, but it was quiet where we stayed. The bedrooms were huge. The only downside was that we had to go out and buy essentials like shampoo and shower gel, and anything needed to cook with such as cooking oil. There were all needed appliances, but no cooking oil.

Two huge bedrooms and great air conditioning- we were a family of 5 and there was a lot of space in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Only a 10min stroll from boat terminal for trips to Almafi and Capri

• Alan (9/5): Breezy large apartment one block back from waterfront in best neighborhood. - Great location. Classic rooms, high ceilings, airey with big windows and doors. Lots of space. Both bedrooms huge and comfortable. Adequate facilities. Kitchen and bathrooms tired Lift small, but apartment is only one floor up. Building is tired (fits in with Naples) but don’t be put off as it’s a great airy apartment one block from magnificent 5 star hotels which face the waterfront marina.

• Jose (7/5): Good - We like the apartment and the location, Host was very nice and flexible with the check in and check out, and gave some recommendations how to move around the city, very close to main attractions and restaurants, very nice location and safe area to stay at in Napoli. We will definitely will recommended this place. The coffee machine Delonghi was not working and we only find out afterwards, the water deposit seem thta was filled with water that seems was not change or clean for several days. The whole dinning area might need more details and care since is an old apartment there is not dishwasher, and plates were seem dirty or stained from prior stays. We did eat or cook at the apartment but having at least coffee in the morning was something we miss.

• Charlotte (10/5): Lovely apartment in prime location! - First of all, I have to mention the wonderful girl who met us when checking in. We had forgotten my husband's briefcase in the taxi and this resourceful, clever and powerful woman managed to get hold of our taxi - and five minutes later the taxi driver met us in front of the apartment with my husband's briefcase. This saved our holiday❤️! The apartment is wonderful, nice and clean - and in a prime location! This was our second stay in this apartment, and we absolutely love it! And we are already looking forward to our next stay. Everything was perfect!

• Caroline (9/5): Apartment with a water glimpse - The location was fantastic, very close to the harbour, restaurants, shops and sites. The bedrooms were very spacious, with fresh air and air-conditioning. The kitchen was basic but sufficient. There was a washing machine too. The apartment was on the first floor with only stairs going up, which is tricky with heavy suitcases. Otherwise the location was great. The wifi dropped in and out, and the reception did not often reach the furthest bedroom. Also, there is only one very narrow shower cubicle with poor water pressure.

• Sergio (1/5): Very disaapok - The neighbourhood is beautiful. The historic building could be an asset, but is not well kept, unlike other similar buildings in Naples. The photos and description on Booking are completely deceiving. The so-called appartment is inside a larger appartment with other rooms and shared with other guests. The building and the appartment are in poor condition, in a general state of decay. One of the beds was broken. The bed linen was old /worn out. The lock on the appartment door was not a proper lock, was not safe. They used very strong chemicals to clean the appartment which irritated our eyes. The ceiling on the top floor was very low, could not stand up straight.
• Alice (8/5): It’s a very nice property but be prepared to climb a lot of steps or have change for the elevator! - The property was very spacious and nice. We really appreciated having a bath and a half. My girlfriend and I were traveling together. It does have a small view of the sea with a tiny balcony and we were able to squeeze two chairs outside to enjoy the view with a glass of wine! We were a little disappointed in Loredana rushing us through showing us the property. We were a little late meeting her (not our fault, the taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong property). So, we had to walk to find the property. We were in constant contact with her letting her know and she never responded. Not very good customer service. Then when we got to the property, only one room was ready when we had clearly booked both bedrooms. She did get the room ready. All Loredana could do was complain about the heat. Be prepared to have your own coffee and tea because it clearly was not available.
• Norbert (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is very well located in the city centre. There are many restaurants and food shops in the area. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was missing. There were often not enough glasses and plates for six people. The air conditioning was very loud.

• Christine (10/5): Perfectly located and a floor above our hotel if you want to add guests - Excellent communication, great location near the marina and restaurants. Staff were helpful and very friendly! Don’t let the historic ground floor entrance put you off. The apartment is lovely.

The neighborhood had some good restaurants The bedrooms are spacious, and the 2nd half-bathroom was helpful The apartment has a bad odor (smell). It seemed like someone was smoking in the apartment a long time ago. We reported it to the hosts, and they said they didn’t smell it, and nothing could be done to fix it. I think this is true. The smell was probably deep in the walls. It especially bothered my wife. I noticed it every time I entered and when I went near the entry and kitchen. When we arrived at our next destination, we had to wash all of our clothes to remove the smell.

The apartment is big when you compere to tipical neapolitan apartment in the area. Great ratio price quality. The only think that we didn't like is that some of the towels were a bit too worn out.

• Liis (7/5): Napoli is really beautiful. Would go back soon! - Host was friendly and nice. He waited us pretty late at night as our flight also delayed. He brought us more sheets the next day, as if we arrived, we had sheets only for 3, but it was 4 of us. Location was perfect. cafes and sea and sightseeing places nearby. Breakfast was out of the building in the nearby cafe. It was small, but nice enough. Coffee was good. Not very cozy kitchen floor. It´s possible to make it nicer, I believe. Door didn´t work quite good. There were 2 doors, one was a bit broken and other one´s lock was really hard to work with. But mostly nice experience with the host and the place.
