• JolaW Booking (9/5): - Mieszkanie przytulne,wygodne w samym centrum,wszędzie blisko,dworzec ,metro,autobus. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam😃 W mieszkaniu brak czajnika,mniejszego garnka,nie ma w czym zagotować wodę na herbatę czy kawę. Śpiący pod drzwiami wejściowymi bezdomny przez którego codziennie musieliśmy przejchodzić żeby wejść do budynku,było to ogromnie niekomfortowe.
• Guest (6/5): A part les désagréménts cités ci-dessus le séjour a été agréable . - Notre hôte était inexistant , il n'a jamais répondu à nos sms ou téléphone. Le petit congélateur du frigo était un " igloo" , impossible d'y mettre un tout petit paquet .Nous avons dû ôter toute la glace nous mêmes .Nous avons trouvé des toiles d'araignées sur le sol en bas d'un placard .Il n'y a aucune casserole ni bouilloire pour faire chauffer de l'eau .Le seul point positif est l'emplacement .On a eu de grandes difficultés à récupérer le code de la bôite à clefs.
• sara (6/5): Apartamento centrico - El apartamento es como en las fotos, céntrico justo al lado de la estación de tren lo que hace que tenga sus pros y sus contras. La anfitriona es amable y contesta muy rápido, lo que facilita el check-in No esta del todo mal la calidad precio, aunque tiene varias cosas a mejorar. El apartamento estaba sucio, no se si será un incidente aislado por otros comentarios o que paso, pero en el desglose de la factura detalla 80€ de limpieza y el baño estaba indecente no solo con moho sino suciedad, tuvimos que comprar lejía y limpiar nosotros, había polvo hasta en las mesitas de noche (podéis imaginar el resto de sitios mas escondidos como estaban...) utensilios y tazas de la cocina sucio, aunque lo peor fue encontrarnos una almohada sucio con polvo en la cama. (hicimos fotos, pero no las adjunto porque entiendo que es algo aislado, aunque seguimos bastante indignados con el precio de este servicio para como estaba) Los contras de estar al lado de la estación es que mucha gente sin hogar duerme en la puerta del portal de este apartamento y en sus alrededores, por lo que no lo recomendaría para gente sensible o familias. Muchas veces lo que se ve y como huele no es nada agradable. Las almohadas mejorables aunque en la media del resto de sitios que nos hemos hospedado en Italia. Y por ultimo el ruido, da igual que sea entre semana o fin de semana, Nápoles es ruidosa y con mucho tráfico, por lo que tener unas ventanas que no aíslan bien ni del ruido ni del clima hace que la habitación sea ruidosa durante todo el día y la noche y que en cuento quites el aire pases calor

• Dominika (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious room, central location, friendly host. Pictures on Booking should be updated. There is a renovation of the building's facade ongoing and building is covered with billboard. Because of this there is no light and no view from the apartament.
• Thomas (9/5): Very comfortable property with convenient transport links and walking distance to the Centro Storico. - A really nice apartment, ideal for two people, good for up to four if you don’t mind the lack of privacy (open plan) and having only one small bathroom. Fantastic location for connectivity - a five minute walk from Napoli Centrale station, the Metro, and the airport bus. Very clean and an extremely helpful host. Good facilities for cooking small meals, not involving an oven. If you are a light sleeper the traffic noise of central Naples will likely keep you awake, as will the disturbance of long-term building maintenance outside the window clearly not the fault of the property / host, but something to bear in mind.

The location is excellent, close to the train station and the historical part. The only thing I didn't like was the big advertising board on the building, because of which there was no view from the terrace and the room was dark.

• Jos (9/5): Comfortable apartment, with unfortunately no view due to erected scaffolding - Apartment Suite Bijouz in Naples is a comfortable apartment in the centre of Naples. Good location for your visits to Vesuvius and Pompeii. And to explore Naples on foot. The owner waited for us outside to guide us to the parking. The apartment is comfortable, loft with a simple bathroom, a living, comfortable bed and kitchen. The wifi is good, the kitchen is well equipped, except for cutlery. The biggest issue is that the whole building is already more than one year wrapped into scaffolding cloths, so we had absolutely no view on piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi and mount Vesuvius (not the owner fault, but could have been mentioned before or at booking). No private parking, only expensive public parking nearby.

Ettore, our host, was at disposal during the whole trip and always kind, making sure if everything is fine and if we need anything.

The host is very kind and assists us for all questions. The apartment is warm, clear, sunny. Everything is working well. There was some traffic but the isolation is good. I recommend it.
