• Camilla (7/5): In qualche modo ci siamo arrangiati - Spaziosa e illuminata Abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia e con i fornelli a induzione essendoci solo 1 pentola apposta, non c’è un secchio per poter usare il mocio.

• Ines (5/5): Passable - That being said, the apartment is spacious with a large terrace, which we appreciated. It’s also well located, close to the city center and the train station. We never felt unsafe during our stay. With better cleanliness and communication, this place could be a great option. Unfortunately, our experience had se real downsides. The apartment was not very well equipped, and cleanliness was a real issue — the floor was very dirty, and we found dead, crushed insects under the beds. We also didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi. When I reached out to the host, I didn’t receive an answer at first and had to follow up. Even after that, the Wi-Fi still didn’t work, and we never got a response again.
• Eric (3/5): Bad customer service did not take action upon our complaints. They did not reply to our requests - Nice big rooms Bad customer service. No warm water. No wifi. Kitchenware is dirty. Terrace shakes due to traffic.
• Adriana (10/5): The apartment is huge, has many balconies and an enormous terrace! The rooms are spacious and clean. - The only issue was that my friends and I waited 2,5 hours for the owner in front of the building to collect the keys and enter the apartment.
• Victor (9/5): Great value - The place is huge with a lot of acommodations and common places. Really great value for the prize. Close to the central station making easier to move around city or region. One bathroom doesn't have a real shower as is only a bathtub with a teleducha. The other one was alright but kinda smelly since the beginning.
• Iva (9/5): Superb - Huge spacious apartment with a large terrace, two large bathrooms, really great for a larger group of friends. The terrace is right above a busy street, but we didn't mind it in the least. The sofa bed was broken, hard to use for one person, impossible for two. Not exactly perfectly cleaned, dust under the beds, but the bathrooms and kitchen were clean, that's important.
• George (7/5): Good - Nice and spacious. Close to railway station and bus station.
• Schlotheuber (6/5): Pleasant - In general it is a nice apartment for many people. We had to quickly go to the train station so for that the location was great! But in general is the train station area very dirty and not so nice. The apartment is very spacious and has a lot of windows and a big terrase. Each room has AC and there were towels. There was mold in one bathroom and it smelled really bad so we basically didn’t use ist. There was a Cockroach running around. The terrase is beautiful but also very dirty and a lot of things were broken.
• Krzys (7/5): A good base for exploring the city, volcano and the ruins. Spacious and comfy - Not prime, picturesque part of Napoli, but really great location, just a throw of a stone from the main train station, plenty of local shops and cafes around, short ride on a metro from the historic centre or a very interesting walk through the city. 5 min walk from the train station for the Circumvesuvio and trains to Pompei and Herculaneum. Apartment is very big, very spacious, it was very clean, very comfy beds and it has a huge outside terrace, which was great to sit in the evening. it is a beautiful apartment, unfortunately needs a little bit of attention and spending a little Euros. For two bathrooms , both showerheads were seriously leaking and flooding the bathroom every time, big bath with a tube in it didn't have a curtain - same effect. lamps missing shades, lamps missing lightbulbs. Wifi didn't work Hairdryer was there but did not work. Dishwasher didn't work, and there was nothing to wash the dishes, so we had to go and buy the liquid, sponge etc. Very few dishes and utensils for a big family (there was 7 of us) Pans, coffee makers all were missing handles. There was a wine opener but no glasses They are all little things but they are annoying. Would hosts drink their Falanghina or Aglianico from a mug?
• Julia (7/5): It’s a nice place for big groups, location close to railway station and to city centre. Good base for trips. - Property was big, there was enough space for whole group to spend time together. Not everything was working and one toilet had a bad smell.

• Marina (4/5): I dont think a place where there is mold should be rented out. - The location is the poorest part of Naples , you can say a ghetto area. it was a good size apartment, plenty of room to sleep for a group of 6 people The bathroom tiles were moly and the apartment has a very bad stink to it , especially in the kitchen. Location was very scary area. The lock downstairs in the street is also very hard to unlock, took us ages to do that.
• Ashwin (4/5): If you don’t mind a lot of things not working, it’s ok. - Property was spacious. So many things were not working or were broken. The bath and sink was not draining properly. The shower drain had poor draining a couple of days later. The shower head broke. The kettle had a layer of limescale that indicated it had not been descaled for a long time time.
