• Juliana (10/5): Super Lage - toller Gastgeber! - Super Lage und tolle Unterkunft! Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr herzlich schon unten empfangen und uns Tipps für die Umgebung, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Er hat für uns auch direkt einen Parkplatz reserviert, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Kostenloses Wasser und Saft gab es in der Minibar, sowieso Tee und Kaffee. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

• Marco (10/5): UNA VACANZA PERFETTA - Ottima la posizione della struttura (su via Toledo, la via principale di Napoli). Niente taxi o bus. Tutto a piedi: dal Murales di Maradona, a Piazza del Plebiscito, Galleria Umberto I, Teatro San Carlo (tutto a 2 minuti a piedi), per poi proseguire verso Spaccanapoli e tutto il centro storico. L' appartamento è all'interno di un palazzo antico (con ascensore). Si trova in un vicoletto molto silenzioso (nonostante affacci su due pizzerie). La stanza (appena ristrutturata) è enorme: pulita, moderna, letti e materassi comodi, biancheria morbida, frigorifero (silenzioso) con succhi di frutta e acqua, macchinetta del caffè, del Thè, brioche per la colazione. Infissi nuovi e Tv con tutte le App principali (tra cui Sky). Bagno anch'esso moderno, abbastanza spazioso, funzionale e munito di cromoterapia nella doccia. il proprietario dell'appartamento (GIAN-VALERIO scritto volutamente in grande): simpatico, cordiale, Ci ha fatto sentire a casa sin dal primo momento. Si è messo a disposizione ancor prima di arrivare. Ci ha fornito tante indicazioni sui posti da visitare e lo ha fatto anche nei giorni successivi. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque. Dovessi tornare non avrei dubbi sulla struttura da prenotare. Niente. è stato tutto perfetto. Non ho trovato nemmeno un difetto.

Gianvalerio ha fatto i miracoli , ha fatto check-in anticipato di 2 ore! Frigo con un benvenuto di acqua , latte e merendine...caffè a disposizione a tutte le ore. Lui , simpatico, accogliente...un pozzo di consigli detti e linkati all'istante. La casa era identica alle descrizioni e confermava le recensioni degli altri utenti Solo buone parole e buoni propositi per tornarci Troppo poco tempo per noi e troppe cose da vedere a Napoli ... Talmente bella che ho dimenticato di fotografare la casa

• Deborah (10/5): M E R A V I G L I O S O - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B che è quanto di meglio una persona possa trovare non solo per la struttura stessa ben arredata, super accessoriata, pulita e in posizione strategica proprio vicinissima a Via Toledo, Galleria Umberto I, piazza del Plebiscito ecc. Ma soprattutto per l'accoglienza riservata da Gianvalerio un napoletano DOGC simpatico, gentile, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli, ci ha fatto sentire come in famiglia. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque. Vi avviso una volta stati qui sicuramente non vedrete l'ora di tornarci! Portate con voi i fazzoletti per asciugare le lacrime per quando dovete ripartire! Grazie di cuore Gianvalerio a presto! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Non c'è niente da migliorare.

• Cristina (9/5): - La habitacion es espaciosa, completamente renovada y limpia. El apartamento esta situado en la zona de Toledo donde la actividad diaria y de noche es alta, pero el apartamento esta bien aislado y es silencioso. El propietario es muy amable, contacto con nosotros, estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y partida. Disponible por si necesitabamos cualquier cosa. Recomiendo este alojamiento para visitar el centro de Napoles.
• David (10/5): A great base in the heart of the action - Lovely apartment in the heart of the spanish quarter with great access to many sights and activities. Restaurants, bars, shopping and a mini market all on the doorstep. Gianvalerio is a great host, friendly, helpful and with lots of tips to see Naples. The apartment, in an authentic Neapolitan palazzo building, has been completely modernised. It's clean, bright and airy and big enough to accommodate our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The streets outside are very busy, but when you shut the windows, you hear nothing and the air conditioning will keep it cool on hot nights. We'd highly recommend it as a base to explore Naples.
• Dobrovodsky (9/5): The stay was short but intensive and splendid - Caravaggio , food, people , Capri etc - go for it !! - Small and clean appartement in the middle of Spanish quarter , robust big windows protect perfectly against the outside noise and the window shades make total darkness during a nite , the local guide make you immediate feeling of the vibe of Naples , the invitation for morning breakfast to taste pure caffe Napolitano with ice was great beginning of the day, all the other communication was smooth and clear N/A

• Nadav (10/5): For us it was perfect for a couple plus a small child. - Very cute apartment on the main street of Naples The apartment is very large and has a bed, 2 sofa beds and a private shower room There is everything near the apartment, supermarket, ice cream, restaurants, clothing and cosmetics stores And most importantly the owner of the apartment is simply amazing, responds quickly and is available for any request. Thank you very much for the perfect stay! It is a first floor with some stairs and an elevator but the elevator costs 0.2 euros to use, but its not that much stairs

A family trip with our 12 year old son. We loved the location, perfect for experiencing beautiful, exciting Naples. On a vibrant street off Via Toledo, close to Piazza del Plebiscito. Lots of restaurants close by. Lively at night but we liked this and not too noisy. We slept really well. Gianvaleria was the perfect host. Very kind and always available to help. Photos are of our street and the Palazzo - 5 mins away. - Excellent and lively location in the fabulous 'Spanish Quarter' yet a quiet soundproof room - plenty of room, with space to unpack and have a little table for coffee etc, and a fabulous street view. All very comfortable, very clean, and with a lovely bathroom. Fantastic tourist sites literally on the doorstep - Palazzo Real, the port and sea, numerous castles and fabulous viewing sites. Maradona murals and wonderful and brilliant fun spotting these around the area. Gianvalerio is a very kind and welcoming host who went out of his way to make our stay a great one. Thank you! • Pim (10/5): Everything was perfect, the place itself, the host, the location, absolutely recommended! - Upon arriving the host was there to greet us and every bed was made, including the extra (2 person!) bankbed. The host is a very nice man that wants to take care of everything you will need in Napels. We could reach him at every time of the day and in the morning for original Neapolitan coffee. The location is perfect, alongside Toledo street, on the edge of the Spanish neighbourhood, but we didn’t have any noise disturbance. No need for public transport, everything is walkable. In one word: perfect!

We've spent a night in August 2023 as a family of 4 and encountered a beautiful spacious room with high ceilings, great air-conditioning, sound-proof windows, new bathroom and comfortable beds, fridge filled up with drinks, great coffee machine in the hallway, all great and very clean! We will definitively come again!

Large studio apartment compared to a hotel room. Good air con. There was construction work going on in neighbouring apartments at the time. Obviously there is nothing anyone can do about that, but it was a little irritating.

Gave us his recommendations, which was very helpful considering the number of restaurants around the area - too many to choose from. He booked us transport to the airport, which we appreciated. There was only hot water for the first shower.

He also offered us a breakfast in a café nearby during check out morning. The apartment is very cosy, in a strategic location just in the middle of the city centre. We couldn't have asked better for a quick stop in Naples. Absolutely nothing at all! If I had to find something, in the morning I had a cold shower after my wife had a hot one. Maybe the hot water into the boiler was finished....

• Hongfen (10/5): Exceptional - The property is in a great location near to the port and also other attractions. Nice restaurants nearby, busy outside yet very quite and chilled inside the room. The owner Gianvalerio was really nice and even offered us an Italian coffee and breakfast. We booked ferry to Ischia at 14:00. The property check out time is 11:00, but we were allowed to stay until 13:00. Really really happy with the property. Strongly recommend!

Casa Calu’ is a boutique apartment in the heart of Naples, where you are in the middle of history, life, music and art, yet sleep in complete silence in comfy bed. You are in the neighbourhood of Galleria Umberto, Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscitto, historic centre (and Victoria’s Secret :-)), metro station Toledo is at 2 min away, to reach The Archeological Museum, San Elmo, a train to Pompeii. A 10-min walk to get the ferry to Capri and Ischia. And the owner - Gianvalerio - is the spirit of the casa: a complimentary breakfast awaited for us, he was always reachable and texted from time to time if we need anything. On top of that, he made an extra effort to buy special traditional pastry for us as a departing gift. For us, Gianvalerio was a symbol of napoletan heartfulness.
