Adriana (10/5): Don't get scared of the ugly building, the apartment is very nice ! - Location right in the center of Napoli . Very big, spacious apartament with all you need ! Great price ! Nothing to complain about
Claudia (1/5): VERY BAD STAY - NEVER COME HERE - The apartment is big and clean - There is too much humidity in the apartment, the second room's wall and full of mold. - There is a humidity smell in rhe apartment and mainly the room inside. - Not all the lamps are working - We weren't able to open the windows as outside is very dirty, and there was very loud noises from the pigeons, the airplanes and also from the neighbors who were very loud and started shouting at 7am on 2 consecutive nights. - The location of the apartment and its building is not safe at all. In a very narrow street where someone tried to leave the building, a man wanted to try to enter it and when we didn't let him he threw something at us and started shouting. - The outside building is very dirty and old. There was dirt everywhere - There are long stairs to get to the apartment - The host didn't welcome us as it is mentioned in the description - The host was very rude - The host doesn't speak English and when we told him we don't know Italian, he was like "use translator" . Knowing that it is his job and not ours to deliver the message in a good and professional way. - Our stay was horrible, the bed keeps moving - There is no safe in the apartment - This apartment should not be on booking.com at all - We contacted the host and booking.com because we didn't want to stay here. But they did nothing, although we sent the pictures and asked them where we can send videos to prove all the above.
