• Jonathan (10/5): A clean, well-presented apartment in a nice neighbourhood with a great host - The location was perfect for our needs - easily accessible by public transport (pleasant 10-min walk from the metro station) and a nice quiet haven from the bustle of city after our days' exploring. Collecting the key was easy, and communication with the host was excellent - she checked in with us regularly to check everything was OK, and quickly provided all the info we needed to settle in. The apartment was just a short flight of steps/lift away from the ground floor in a quiet neighbourhood. Inside, the apartment was very nicely presented with a good-sized kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a lounge. Everything was nice and clean, and in good condition. If I visit Naples again, I'd definitely stay there! Nothing!

• Matthew (10/5): Excellent accommodation, good location and very helpful host. - Lovely property which was bigger than we expected. Well-equipped, had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Host Chiara was very helpful with recommendations and advice and was happy to accommodate our later check-in to what we originally agreed. Location is very good - nice area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, plus a small supermarket just round the corner, and not far from the metro and funiculars.

• Rebecca (10/5): Huge apartment in a great part of Naples! - This property is in a nice quiet street, but only a very short walk to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. We felt extremely safe in this area of Naples and wished we had longer to explore. This apartment was huge and very comfortable for our family of 4! Chiara was extremely helpful and flexible regarding our checkin as we had a very difficult journey from the UK.

Large apartment and in a very good location. Will recommend this property for people like us, wanting to have a quiet apartment in a safe and clean, central location. Nothing I didn’t like to be honest.

• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent communication with host, via booking.com-app. Beautiful building with concierge and historic lift in full working condition (worth to see). Location very well connected to public transport (funicular and Metro) - easy to reach from port/harbour and from central railway station. Many restaurants and bars nearby, plus a microbrewery round the corner - also helpful information leaflets for guests (try the Osteria Donna Teresa!). Suitable for families with kids. Would stay here again and I warmly recommend Casa Arcoiris.
• Grzegorz (10/5): Exceptional - Good localisation. Clean. 1st floor with elevator is very convenient when you have any luggage. Small tip: Take "funicular" (mountain trainn) instead of stairs to get to the apartment area from the sea level. Unless you want to satisfy Garmin with floors' daily target ;-)
• Pamela (9/5): Casa Arcoiris - Nice apartment for a visit to Napoli! - Huge apartment, good location. The beds were comfy, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryers. The kitchen had water and orange juice in the fridge as well as coffee and sugar in the cabinets.... thank you! It is close to lots of restaurants, yet quiet. There is a beautiful park right up the road, and a grocery store around the corner. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The location was a bit difficult to find. I would suggest giving directions from the train station in plenty of time before arrival. Other than that, everything was great!
• Lily (9/5): Our stay was pleasant, and it would have been excellent with access to a washing machine. - The apartment is very specious and the location is excellent - close to shops, transportation and steps away from a park. The area felt very safe. It doesn’t have a washing machine.
• Kirsten (7/5): Good value but with a caveat - Plenty of areas to sleep. There were only 3 of us staying here, but there were 3 bedrooms + what I think was a pullout couch if needed. Host was very helpful and there were lots of recommendations provided for us to ease our navigation of the city. The A/C worked great. We were not given very many towels or blankets, and there was significant mold underneath the mat in the bathtub. We brought this to the attention of our host and she was well receptive, but then also requested we either not leave a review, or leave a review with 10 stars, despite acknowledging the mold.

• Márton (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment with 3 air conditioners, fairly equipped kitchen, strong WIFI, windows can be darken, good location, traffic is low compared to Napoli. Chiara allowed to check-in earlier than 4PM, because we landed to Napoli in the morning. Thank you! It would be great if the livingroom also have an air conditioner and we would get more keys.
• Angela (9/5): Ottimo appartamento in quartiere elegante! - Spacious apartment with all necessary facilities in a really great location: cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, metro and funicular - perfect for 3 "ladies of a certain age" especially as the neighbourhood was friendly and there was absolutely no problem walking around at night.
• Chris (10/5): Bellísimo Grazie Mille - Apart from the great location the communication from the owner was tip top. the building was imposing and full of Napolitano charm, lit was like stepping back in time with modern feel and facilities. the apartment was bright, spacious, exceptionally appointed and spotlessly clean.
