• Marieke (4/5): Value for money is completely off - - Fully equipped kitchen. - Nice bathroom. - Beautiful decor. - Friendly host. - Very quiet at night, apart from some subway sounds. - It is a loft with some glass doors but this is definitely not a two bedroom apartment with a living room. You can hear everything from the other rooms because they don’t close. Also the curtains to separate the rooms don’t block light or sounds. - Curtains don’t block light from outside either. - Baby cot was sagged which made it unsafe. Our daughter woke up under the matrass! - It was not very clean, we found toys from the previous guests and a lot of hairs on the sofa, beds and floor. - There is no A/C. - Overall this was absolutely not ok for the amount of money you pay for a 5* hotel in NYC.

Apartment is close to Underground station and very easy to reach attractions from here within 2 to 3 stops. Great kitchen and ideal for people who like to cook.

• Dganit (10/5): Exceptional - Th location was perfect for the Oktoberfest events and subway station. Lots of breakfast places around. The apartment has amazing design and top quality facilities.
• Andrée-anne (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional. Spacious, modern, well equipped. The owner welcomed us, very easy and rapidly reachable. Location a bit away from the crowds of tourists is wonderful. The neighborhood is safe with every commodity around the corner. Would definitely recommend. Nothing!
• Michael (10/5): A great location and modern design. - Modern design, close to subway No A/C and no screens in the windows, so bugs flew in at night, but only a few.
• Seb (10/5): Exceptional - The design and facilities of this place far exceeded my expectations. Very close to public transportation. Nice and quiet courtyard. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee places in the area. Had some issues with the heater / hot water but that was quickly fixed by the owner. Stairs in front of the house can be a bit slippery in winter.

In front of the apartment there is a huge organic store which is amazing. - The style of the house the quality of furniture, towels and bed sheets, and quantity of tools in the kitchen. My you youngest son got sick the first night so I really enjoyed the house as we never went out the first 24 hours of the holiday. The noise of the metro beneath. One bathroom for 5 people was tight. And no bidet 😫.

• Alexey (8/5): Very good - Spacious accommodation close to public transport. Very modern, very clean. The check-in time is only until 19:00. We got delayed as we were driving from Berlin, and we had to pay a substantial fee for late check-in. Check-out time is also unusually early, but it wasn't a problem for us. There's no place to park a car except on the street, which is often tricky. All "bedrooms" are essentially glass houses with very high curtain, getting privacy is not easy. The apartment can accommodate a larger group but there's only one bathroom. Some things are "too fancy", like it took us a while to figure out how to close kitchen cabinets properly.
• Lex (10/5): Wonderful apartment with modern furnishings. - The apartment was modern, stylish, and furnishings were great. The kitchen was fully functioning with all of the necessary items to make meals. This place was my family's favorite apartment in our trip across Europe. As you can see from the photos and we knew beforehand, the bedroom walls are glass. Not a real issue but the bedrooms lack privacy. On-street parking was available but took awhile to find a space and figure out. About 1 1/2 blocks away, I paid the daily max of 11 Euros to park for 24 hours.

• Ali (9/5): stylish design and spacious apartment - the apartment will make you feel like you are in a movie. Luxurious and spacious and the team there was friendly and helpful. we suffered daily to get parking as they don’t provide it and the area outside is always full. 20 minutes walk to center so we parked there and kept walking every day. The apartment is great but if you are a big family then maybe not practical so much as rooms are glass rooms so you’d be worried to be heard in the next room, otherwise great apartment.
