• CHAIWON (10/5): - 위치도 조용한 동네에 있고 중심지랑 멀지않아서 (5분) 매우 만족스러웠음. Messe 때문에 머물렀는데 Messe 방문도 환승없이 15분 내로 도착해서 편했음. 커피랑 젤리 같은 웰컴 간식이 있었고 커피머신이 고장이었는데 바로 다른 커피머신으로 바꿔줌! 직원들이 엄청 친절하고 빠르게 불편사항을 해결해줬음. 매우매우 만족함

• Mirjana (10/5): Clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. - Welcome first of all – a warm welcome. The host is available for any questions you may have. The location is great (literally only about 5 minutes to the city center by public transport). The apartment is clean, tidy, and has everything you need for your stay.

• K T (10/5): Nice cozy accommodation. - Check in process was smooth despite my arriving near midnight. The app for check-in and communication with host was well-developed and useful. Metro around the corner of the street and there are cafes and shops for food/supermarkets close to accommodation. Something that is beyond your control, the sound of tram/train is audible whenever one passes.

Ofrece cafetera y una pequeña nevera, pero no es un estudio ya que no tiene servicio de cocina. Era una habitación interior con poca luz y un poco ruidosa, se escucha el tranvía continuamente.

Düşünün kapıdayım açamıyorum tesisle bookingle sürekli mesajlaşıyorum sayfa açılmıyor diyorum bana ısrarla sayfa linki yeniden gönderilip bağlantıda sorun yok deniyor. booking tesise yönlendiriyor. Kabus gibi 2 saat çoluk çocuk kapı önünde. Bilgilendirme eksikliği. Çalışanın açıklayıcı olmaması. Kapı zillerine aynı anda ikisine birden basınca açılacağını kendinizin tahmin etmesi gereken bir sistem. Wifi şifresini falan istemedim artık o ne kadar zaman alacaktı kimbilir. Bookingten 2730tlye tuttuğum otel ödeme sırasında 4150tl oldu ısrarla yanıt alamadım ne booking müşteri hizmetlerinden ne tesisten. Puanı tamamen düşürmüyorum çünkü oda küçük olsa da kendi içinde olanakları iyi temiz adil davranmalı fakat bilgilendirme iletişim problemli.

• Mark (4/5): Очень плохо. - Кофемашинка, кровать удобная, приветственное вино и харибо мишки Душ протекал, вентилятор украли прошлые гости и в номере было очень жарко, москитная сетка сломанная, мусор под окном вонял, не удобный check in, много длинных инструкций и паролей, чтобы просто попасть в номер, телевизор не плоский и плохой интернет, нет нормального места, чтобы помыть посуду, одеяла маленькие, плохая шумоизоляция

• Ashlyn (5/5): Bang average property. Good if you want to just sleep in for the night - room is small and congested - Long set of complicated instructions to get into the property. Construction noise in the building, early morning. The host should have notified us, but didn't do so. The bathroom had some smell coming from the drain. Room is really small. Okay, if you are planning to spend most of the time outside.

• Alhambra1 (10/5): Excellent value for money deal! Totally recommendable - I loved the location, modern studio, easy instructions to access the place and to check out. Basic stuff such tea and coffee provided and the welcome chocolates too! There was no iron available... a pity when you travel for work

• Anonymous (8/5): Very good - It was quiet and well protected. It was easy to access the underground transport. The room was very small for a large double bed and one side had to be against the wall. The previous person left food at the very back of the little fridge which we disposed of.
