• donato (10/5): - Nous étions 2 couples et chacun avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Les pièces sont grandes, et la cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a plein de magasins à proximité immédiate : poissonnerie, épiceries, supérettes, boulangerie... La disponibilité de Gianluca, qui nous a renseigné sur tous les détails qui facilitent le séjour. Nous avons pu faire toutes les visites à pied depuis l'appartement.
• Stephan (10/5): Schöne große Wohnung in einem tollen Stadtviertel! - Die schöne Wohnung im Stadtviertel Sanitá ist sehr groß und mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern großzügig ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Checkin (und checkout) war super easy. Wir durften sogar schon etwas früher rein. Die Umgebung war für uns ideal: urban mit sehr freundlichen Menschen und echt italienisch. Ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine tolle Pasticceria, Café usw. Perfekt. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß findet man auch gute Restaurants. Mit mehreren Buslinien kommt man gut ins Zentrum, auch wenn man manchmal etwas warten muss. Zu Fuß geht es aber auch, was wir ebenso gerne gemacht haben. Gianluca ist ein toller Vermieter. Er hat uns viele Empfehlungen gegeben, war immer zu erreichen, hat unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet und für uns ein Taxi gebucht. Danke, dass Sie uns unseren Aufenthalt in Nepael so leicht gemacht haben! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

• Kant (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt im Herzen Neapels - die Lage in der Altstadt war super. Zwar läuft man etwas bis zur Metro, aber die kleinen Geschäfte direkt in der Umgebung waren spitze. Als Familie auch besonders praktisch so viel Platz und eine Waschmaschine zu haben. im Frühling, bei kalter Aussentemperatur ist der Steinboden ziemlich kalt- im Sommer bestimmt schön.
• Olga (10/5): - Very nice, large, and bright apartment. Everything is in the kitchen, two bathrooms, and a washing machine. The owner was very attentive, giving us clear instructions and lots of helpful recommendations. He also ordered a taxi to the airport for us. I definitely recommend it.
• Federico (10/5): Voglia 'e turnà! - La posizione è ottimale, intorno hai tutto, il quartiere è tranquillo e Napoli è meravigliosa. Un intero appartamento a tua completa disposizione in un contesto condominiale in cui è presente un portiere (il che garantisce ulteriore tranquillità). Unica cosa da migliorare (ma è chiaramente facoltativo): io doterei i bagni di stufette o termoventilatori in modo da rendere più caldo l'lambiente in inverno specialemtne quando fai la doccia. Per il resto è perfetto!

• Katrin P. (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert - Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr große Wohnung. 30 entspannte Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Unkompliziertes einchecken und ein sehr freundlich Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Natali (10/5): Exceptional - Appartment is very big and clean. Beds are very comfy, kitchen is well equipted. Wi Fi is very fast. Super for work on line and rest. Location is perfect, on the main street, but very quite. The owner is great and helpful. Highly recommend!
• Rouleau (8/5): Very good - Nice, clean, affordable flat in residential neighbourhood Sanita. Walking distance to the metro and the old town. All basic necessities avaiable. It was a great base for my son, my husband and i to see Naples.Gianluca was very helpful. On a busy street, so it's not the quietest. Terrestrial telly only in the rooms.
• Aya (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed including amenities such as kettle and microwave. It was very comfortable stay. There are nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The host Gianluca was exceptionally helpful and his hospitality started from before the arrival when he sent us pdf document with recommendations. We tried the restaurants he had recommended and they were very delicious. When we arrived, he also gave us a map and answered questions we had. He was willing to help us during our entire stay. On our last day, we had a problem with our taxi driver and he had submitted a formal complaint on our behalf.

• Zhongyi (9/5): Superb - The owner of house is very organized and friendly. The living room is spacious and the balcony is nice and sunny. Very comfortable stay. He prepared very nice desserts for us to welcome. It is very warm hearted. There are a few stairs to carry the luggages to reach the elevator. If you carry big suitcase, you can consider it.

Its location is excellent, with a metro station just a 10-minute walk away, and there's a convenient bus stop right in front of the house, although we didn't find the need to use it. The vicinity is filled with numerous cafes for breakfast, and our Host provided us with a detailed list of the best cafes, restaurants, street food, and tourist attractions. Gianluca, our Host, was born to be a host – going the extra mile to assist us. He anticipated our questions and had answers ready before we even asked. I highly recommend everyone to consider staying here!

Everything was perfect: the spotless apartment with everything you need, the wonderful city of Naples with the best italian food we have ever taste and the surrounding areas-Sorrento and Amalfi coast, Vesuvio and the ruins from Herculaneum and not forget about the beaches and the islands!
