• Ile Popovici (8/5): - The fact it was close to what we wanted to visit in our short 2 days stay The shower pressure was quite low, which made it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. Also, the toilet flushing system was not very intuitive, it took some trial and error to figure out when and how to flush it properly. With a few improvements in these areas, the accommodation experience would be much better

O ambiente é decorado com muito bom gosto demonstrando que além de aconchegante, bem pensado, também é bastante refinado. O apartamento fica bem localizado, possui excelentes restaurantes perto, é limpo, espaçoso e moderno. Foi o melhor custo/ qualidade que fiquei na Itália sem dúvidas. Apartamento perfeito, nada a reclamar.
• Sofia (10/5): Caratteristico - La posizione era davvero strategica, vicino alla metro Municipio ma comunque a meno di dieci minuti dal centro a piedi e comodissima per prendere i traghetti che collegano alle isole essendo di fronte al molo Beverello. A poca distanza inizia anche il lungomare pedonale, bellissimo. Claudia e il marito sono stati disponibili e accoglienti, l’appartamento è ben disposto e dotato di aria condizionata fondamentale viste le temperature di giugno/luglio

• Hellem (9/5): This is a great place to stay! - We had a great experience staying at Maschio Angioino House! The host, Carlo, was proactive with providing information and very helpful—he even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in time. The apartment is in a perfect location, surrounded by restaurants and cafés, and within walking distance of the port and metro station, which made visiting the city and getting to other locations a breeze.
• David (5/5): Naples is amazing - Location was pretty good and the apartment was clean When we arrived the toilet did not flush. This is completely unacceptable and this should have been tested prior to our check-in at approximately 1:30pm. This is billed as an apartment with Kitchen facilities but the fridge is tiny and the door to the icebox was broken (not there). Consequently, some of our food froze overnight. The shower did not operate fully either and the main rainfall shower head needs replacing, as it is clearly broken. Just basic stuff, so there are no excuses for these items not to be in full working order. Nothing that a little maintenance and investment wouldn't solve.
• Dr (8/5): nice clean apartment on a very busy and loud avenue - Nice and clean apartment Nice view of busy streets Very noisy.. the apartment sits at the merging of 2 very busy streets .. lots of beeping and traffic. There was construction in the building starting at 7:30am. Self check-in.. you won’t see or hear from the host until the last day when he texts to remind you to leave the rental tax on the table and check out by 11.

• Antonino (5/5): Passable - The location was great and they allowed us to check in earlier than 16:00. We arrived at the apartment at the arranged check-in time. We were four people but the apartment was prepared for two people (there was no possibility for misunderstanding as we clearly booked for 4 and sent the photos of four passports in advance). We needed to sleep and two people couldn't. The sofa bed was not prepared (no sheets or pillows) and we had only two towels. We complained but the owner was not responding, we waited hours and called booking to complain (it's the first time I had to do that). The owner answered around 6 hours later (l had already told Booking that we needed to book another apartment because we could not sleep like that). The fridge had a significant contamination with mold including a strong smell and some areas were quite dirty (I add a photo). The windows were dirty too. When the owner answered, she/he said we had to wait until the next day, we were supposed to sleep on a dirty sofa mattress without sheets. I said that it was unacceptable and that we paid for 4 people and then she accepted to send a cleaning lady to prepare the second bed and clean the fridge on that same day. The fact that she tried to refuse to provide us with sheets and towels until next day was the worse of all. We got bitten by insects several times on the sofa bed and the air conditioners were not strong enough to keep the rooms cool. One TV had no connection and we could not use it. All in all, I am extremely suspicious about the high rating that this room has, it is fake for sure.

• Michael (10/5): Nice place - Very convenient location, close to everything worth visiting in Naples. Good restaurant next door. Easy to get around; the metro is just 100 meters away, the bus to the airport is 200 meters away, and a taxi to the airport was 25 euros. A big and very good supermarket (Sole 365) is also very close if you need to buy something for breakfast. The kitchenette is suitable only for making some coffee, as there is very limited kitchenware and no ventilation. But staying in Naples, it is a shame to cook at home with so many great restaurants around.
