With super-high ceilings, marble floor and solid timber doors and shutters, we felt relaxed and comfortable. All of the fittings are modern and seem quite new. The apartment has everything that you may need. Located not too far from the train station, on a street with several restaurant options, and the famous "Christmas Alley" is within easy walking distance. The host was there to meet us and was so warm and welcoming. He gave us all of the information about the apartment that we needed and where to get great pizza!!! It was such a delight to meet him. The apartment was great for 5 of us (up to 6 people could feel very comfortable). 3 bathrooms, which you could rarely find in Italy! In the kitchen, we found everything we needed: a coffee machine, a teapot, assorted coffees & tea bags, a bottle of water in the refrigerator, and different condiments. Location is very convenient, 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and the historical center. A lot of places to eat, including a great authentic pizzeria with very affordable prices. Would stay there again! We liked everything!

The apartment is huge, so it’s perfect for a family but I would also recommend it for a few couples because there is still privacy if needed. It was spotless clean. The location is good, we walked everywhere. Maurizio was super nice and gave us great recommendations for our stay in Naples. I will definitely come back!
• Simo-vio (10/5): Spacious apartment in the historic center. - Spacious apartment, in the historic center, with all the amenities. The host (Maurizio) was extremely caring, he asked all the time if we were okay and if we needed anything, he booked taxis for us to the airport and very importantly, he adjusted the check-in and check-out times according to our flight times. In one of the bathrooms we didn't have hot water for the first 2 days, it's not the host's fault, but it was an inconvenience.

The location is perfect as just nearby the city center and nearby the central train station, so you can reach everywhere you want by walking, and just near the famous Antica Pizzeria. From the airport, also you can come to home in 15 minutes by taxi 2) We've stayed there 10 people, but the home was very huge, comfy and clean with 3 bathrooms and bedrooms 3) The owner Maurizio was very helpful for all your needs Nothing was bad😀

• Sun (8/5): Spacious apartment in central Napoli - The owner was very helpful and friendly. The property benefits from two bathrooms which was very useful. The property is very close to the famous and excellent L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, which is highly recommended. A short walk from train statio and various tourist sights including veiled christ at San Severo and Duomo. A bit noisy but what can you do? This is Napoli....
• Jeri (10/5): Exceptional - The lodging was very clean, which is of upmost importance. The beds were super comfy with enough pillows. It had lots of rooms and places to hang out. We really liked that there were 3 bathrooms since we were a party of five. Out of all of our stays in Italy, this lodging was by far the most spacious. Two of the bedrooms had a balcony that overlooked the street. The street that this lodging was on seemed safe and we felt very secure once inside the massive beautiful building. We used it as a base so we could visit Pompeii and Herculaneum, while our adult kids experienced a street food tasting. There was also a great pizza place right next to the property. This is no fault of the property, but the city of Naples seemed a bit sketchy, therefore we did not go far at night.

Plenty of eateries and restaurants nearby, walking distance of most museums/castles/churches. In easy walking distance of Napoli Centrale the main train station. Lift up to apartment with caretaker in the block. Noise to be expected in a central city location.

The best part of this apartment rental is the host Maurizio. He is by far the best and most outstanding host I have ever met. I have rented multiple apartments around the world and I have never met a host that is so kind and gracious. He was the highlight of our trip and did everything possible to make our visit to Napoli enjoyable and fun. We hope we can return to Napoli in the future to stay at Casa Fiorito and to see Maurizio again. He is fantastic! Everything was perfect

The property itself was huge and held ten people without any issues . The apartment was accessed through a beautiful lobby which is currently being renovated , a gorgeous old style lift led to the beautiful authentic apt. The host maurizio was the BEST host i ve ever come across . He allowed us to book in hours early , provided us with great advice , checked in regularly to see how we were and even arranged transport to the airport for different flight times . He really was exceptional and made our stay so comfortable and stress free The one improvement would be access to a washing machine

• Nicholas (10/5): Beautiful Apartment, Great Host. - This is a beautiful, large apartment that comfortable fitted our party of 6 people. The host was really helpful and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. I would highly recommend Casa Fiorito. The lift up to the apartment is quite small so not ideal if you are claustrophobic.

• Claudia (9/5): Superb - Very nice large apartment in a very good location near the historic district. The apartment was clean and was perfect for our party of 6 with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. However, only one bedroom had an attached bathroom . The other two bedrooms had bathrooms down the hall from the bedrooms, one being in the kitchen. Again, for a family or party of 4 or six, this was perfect. Also, this was on the 4th floor, and the lift was only recommended for luggage and, if needed, only for two people at a time. The price was great, and Maurizio was very accommodating. A lot of stairs! The coffee machine needs to be replaced.

He met us upon arrival and made getting into his property SUPER easy. His father was wonderful too. The apartment is huge also and was perfect for us 5 travelers. There is an espresso machine in the kitchen and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. I just wish I stayed longer! It is also centrally located to many great sightseeing spots and one of the most famous Napoli pizza places is also across the street. I would stay here again for a stay in Naples!

I tried the pizza and Maurizio recommended which is super close. The place is spacious, we are really impressed. There is a balcony for each room. There is also elevator to the room. • Giuliana (10/5): Fantastic 3 day stay!! - We loved our stay! The apartment was huge, lots of room for 5 Adults. Having 3 bathrooms was great. The beds were very comfortable. Also appreciated having an elevator to 4th floor!! Short walk to the train station . Maurizio was fantastic very quick to communicate for any questions. If we come back to Naples we will stay hete again !
• Gina (10/5): Loved everything about it. - Perfect accommodations, exceptionally clean and comfortable, spacious, In the best location at the edge of the historic center, within walking distance to the Royal Palace, the Teatro San Carlo, the Piazza del Plebiscito, the Duomo, Cappella Sansevero, and just as important right across one of the oldest and best pizzerias in Naples. Maurizio could not have been more accommodating. He embodies the true Neapolitan spirit: helpful, kind and hospitable. The elevator is a plus but Maurizio helped us with bags and even accompanied us to the parking lot upon our arrival and also upon our departure. I would stay in this apartment permanently for its comfort and convenience for despite the lively and raucous traffic in Naples, the apartment is inordinately quiet. Everything was perfect
• Edyta (9/5): Superb - Great host Maurizio who welcomed us in person and gave us good recommendations for visits and eating options. Spacious and comfortable apartment, walking distance from Napoli railway and bus station, very good location to visit the historical centre of Napoli, plenty of food options in the street. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms, of which Maurizio was aware. In fact he had already made arrangements with a plumber who came the next morning. Those things happen, the important is to fix an issue, which was the case. For Mario Kart fans, a funny fact is that the plumber's name is Luigi :-)

He met us under the apartment, showed us where to park and then gave us recommendations for stuff to do around Napoli. The place itself is very big and very clean. We were 8 people (two families of four) and it was very comfortable for all of us. The location is also amazing, it is very central and a walking distance from alot of the attractions and resturants. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in Napoli again, highly recommend. Nothing

Apartment very was good for the three couples who stayed and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Not really an issue but did have a problem with opening the front door as the keypad packed in but Maurizio put us in touch with Gino in the restaurant next door who was very helpful and helped us get in.

He's been quick to respond to any of the questions/extra requests that we had and he really went out of his way to help us out with parking our cars in a nearby garage and providing other transportation tips. The apartment was spacious and cozy and in very good location - walking distance to most of the attractions that we were planning to see in Naples. Overall, it's been a pleasant two-nights stay and we would definitely recommend the apartment to families and/or larger groups.

He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was optimal. We had a late train on our day of checkout and he personally ensured the safekeeping of our luggage until that time and then helped us get a taxi to the train station. The location comfortably fits at least 6 people, with 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Location is also quite central and very convenient to the main train station. I wish there was a credit card or prepayment option

• Caroline (10/5): Outstanding Apartment, Outstanding Host! - This property in Naples met and exceeded our expectations. My family of 4 was in Naples for our final night in Italy before heading to the airport the following morning. Mauricio was an outstanding host and did everything he could to make sure that we were taken care of during our short time there. We arrived early but Mauricio had no problems letting us in to the apartment before check-in to drop off our bags, use the bathroom and get a tour of the place, which was beautiful by the way! Gorgeous high ceilings, 4 balconies, a kitchen that had it all, and 3 clean bathrooms! This apartment is directly across the street from L'antica Pizzeria da Michele (must go!) so we immediately went and got in line while the apartment was finishing being cleaned. Mauricio communicated with us, as needed, before and during our time there. He arranged for a taxi the next morning to take us to the airport, which is just a short drive away, and even came back in the morning to take our bags down, load them in our taxi, and make sure we were safely on our way. There are many other pizzerias and restaurants nearby so we did takeout later that night while enjoying sitting on the balcony, drinking a glass of wine, and enjoying the hustle and bustle of Naples on our last night in Italy. I highly recommend this accommodation and my only wish is that we could have enjoyed in longer! Nothing, it was perfect!

We were two families with adult children and their was ample space for us. Very clean too. Mauricio was excellent to communicate with and super friendly. A sanctuary from the noise and ‘chaos’ outside. Maurizio the owner was fantastic to deal with. No washing machine but plenty of space to hand wash and dry our clothes.

The apartment is large, with exceptional location, beautifully designed with everything needed. The best was the great host Mauritzio who was so nice, helpful and personal. I would highly recommend Casa Fiorito and would definately stay there again when we return to Naples.

Very comfortable apartment. - The location is perfect many must see sights easily walkable and a stop for the hop on bus just around the corner. There are restaurants right at your front door. The apartment is very spacious and combines modern with traditional decor. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful meeting us on arrival and explaining all the features. Don't be concerned by the lobby of this very old building, the apartment is spacious and elegant. I can't think of anything that was missing or really unsatisfactory. All of Naples is old and somewhat decayed a bit dirty and loud but that is what traveling is about.
• Evelina (10/5): Exceptional - It is an amazing location in the heart of the city, it is just like the description. It has spacious rooms, perfect for big families. The host is also very kind and helpful.
• Johan (10/5): Couldn't be better - The location is convenient, parking garage can be found easily nearby. However the best thing about the place is the host whereas Maurizio has shown us how Italian hospitality is like.

Casa Fiorito is lovely, clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Maurizio was very available and stayed in touch. He greeted us at the door, showed us around the apartment, and made some local recommendations. When we checked out, he accommodated an earlier checkout and got a taxi to the train station for us. I would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again! nothing.
• Olga (10/5): Excellent stay at Casa Fiorito, would definitely go back again - The host, Maurizio, was exactly on time to meet us and show us the apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, with cafes and restaurants right at your door (best pizza in Napoli is right across the street), it was very clean and well stocked with anything that maybe needed. Maurizio also came to see us off on the day we left and helped us with our luggage and things.
