• Simona (9/5): Nice stay - Nice clean flat, little kitchen with everything you need, location perceft just in centre Apartments is near the road, its a bit noisy during night, im sensitive sleep, but host Domenico very helpful and changed the apartment for me which was much better.
• Ailsa (6/5): Well located but pretty basic - Domenico was good at communicating about the key etc. Location is good - near Dante station and he sent good directions to get there. Very basic space - private entrance but no window and no coffee or tea maker - just a hotplate with some very old saucepans to heat water. I didnt use the sofa bed as a bed but it creaked a lot as a sofa so wouldn't have wanted to rely on it for an extra person. The shower didn't work properly and Domenic did offer to get someone to come and fix it the next day but I didn't want that hassle. Internet is pretty awful in the bedroom but ok in the kitchen. Could do with some pictures on the wall and better kitchen ware.

• Goyal (5/5): Look for some other place to stay - It is close of the main attractions of Naples It’s quite noisy all the time as the property is on ground floor. Basic things like wardrobe, shower essentials were not there. There was a very strong smell of floor cleaning liquid which annoyed a lot. I recommend to look for some other option
• Damian (9/5): Superb - The apartment is close to Dante Metro Station. There is a lot of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and local bakery so this place is in good location in the city centre. In my opinion area is not dangerous. I feel very safe there alone. This apartment is big, very spacious place to resting. Everything was fine during my stay there. Host Domenico was very helpful and friendly. Noise from outside, courtyard but there was in construction. This noise was only in working hours.

• Garry (10/5): Great pleasure to have met with Domenico, and stayed in his comfortable apartment. - The outstanding feature of my stay was meeting with Domenico, the owner. Not only helpful and interested in my comfort, but a great pleasure to engage with in conversation too. This was my first visit to Napoli, and this location near Piazza Dante was perfect to my needs. Four minutes walk from the metro, and entrance to old Napoli streets. I knew by the end of the day following my arrival, that I would not only return to Napoli later in the year, but would ask to stay again at Domenico's apartment.

• Jinal (5/5): Okay for a night - The location was great and the host was responsive. The apartment was not very clean and also the stove was broken. They did replace the stove but after a few hours. If you just need a bed to stay in, it works fine. You cannot cook or do anything like that since the supplies are limited. Also the bed is quite uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic—close to everything I needed, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The owner was very responsive and friendly, answering all of my questions quickly and making the entire process smooth and easy. I especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely book again!

Host is nice and replies quick I wasn’t updated by the host that the hot water needs to be boiled beforehand by pushing a button, so I didn’t have hot water for a bit. I haven’t encountered that prior in Italy, so it was confusing. Host was very nice and helped me, but it would have been better to know this beforehand.

• Nadia (9/5): Pleasant stay in the centre - The location is ideal close to Dante metro station and surrounded close to shops, restaurants everything. The metro takes you into Napoli central station. The apartment is secured within a complex. Domenico was friendly and helpful easy to get in touch. It served my short trip. There was a lady (not guests or tourists) I think worker that was talking loudly/shouting in thr morning and it happened throughout my stay especially as it was right outside my door. A total nuisance. Communication in the beginning was delayed as I was waiting for instructions before arrival. However it was all sorted.

Then the owner changed it with the correct one. It was a bit noisy, on a busy road and a little wet with no windows.

• Jesse (10/5): Comfortable Room in a Nice Location - The location was great. A cool street, a little off the beaten path, but very close to a subway stop and easy walking to great areas. The room was quite large with some cool details and a small but fully functional kitchen, and everything was very clean. The host was very nice and even let me store my luggage in a locked room behind a locked gate the day I checked out which I appreciated! There wasn't a bedside lamp when I was there and the overhead light switch was on the other side of the room, which was a little annoying, but I asked the host to get one for the next guests. Also the check in process was a little confusing, but the host was very nice!

Strong wifi. The owner is helpful. The apartment is suitable for a short-term stay, but being on the ground floor at road level, it can be noisy and dark for those not accustomed to it.

• Tereza (9/5): Very good option to stay in Naples - The location is very good, It's very easy to take the key. The man who accommodated us, it's very kind guy. When we had some question, he was on line every time. There were no toiletries such as soap and shower gel.
• Luke (7/5): Super friendly hosts, great location, get a lot for the money but couple of minor issues. - Hosts very friendly, went out of their way to help me even when I was arriving late but was not sure about finding the keys/apartment myself. Staff were easy to contact and once they even came back to show me how to open the door again as I had locked myself out and couldn't figure out how to use the unusual (to me) key! Also came to set up the stove for me when I could not work it. Fresh towels daily, went and got things needed if they ran out and never made me feel stupid when I was unsure about something. Only a couple of plug sockets out of the seemed to be usable, plugs got stuck in them easily and it seemed that the microwave and fridge would have to take turns to use the only plug socket of the two in that spot. Felt like I would rip the outlet from the wall by bed taking my adapter out on leaving. Bed was quite hard but that may just be a personal preference as harder mattresses seem common in mainland Europe,

• Siddhartha (4/5): Look for a better place. Pay that extra 5-10 euros a night - It is difficult to find the exact location of the place. The owner will send you a picture of the gate. There are a few gates that are similar. The location is not accurate. I identified the gate by the graffiti on the wall! Check-out is sharp 9:30 AM! An old lady will come and want you out. The washroom is old and needs renovation. The room is okay and clean, mattress not so much.

• Duarte (10/5): The perfect choice for us - The appartment was great, quite beautiful inside with all the ammenities one would need. It was very clean the beds were comfortable and it was very well positioned in the city. I don't think I could have gotten a better deal. Mr. Angelo who received us was extremely helpful and very kind, came to us immediately and helped us with the car which is a problem in such a busy city. All in all a very positive experience.

This address is wrong ! - there is no number 225 on Via Francesco Saverio Correra in Naples , there is no label with the name NaCity Holiday Home and none of the neighbors have heard of this studio ! I've lost 1 hour looking for this number on the street and asking the neighbors (speaking italian ) . And we had an appointment for a specific time of arrival ! I called several times by phone - no answer. Only when I contacted somebody via WhatsApp, they wrote to me, a person will come in 20-30 minutes to give you the key. It was extremely cold in the studio the 1 night, because the air conditioner shows 31 deg, but does not heat at all, there is no sun reaching this studio-however good for the summer , one can imagine . I came from a city , with -12 to 0 degrees and I know what cold is. The next day (after many exchanged messages), the owner bought "for me" - that's what he wrote to me! - a small cube for heating . Can you imagine! No aspiration in the toilet/bathroom , so you have all your odors in the kitchen . Тhe pots you have there , are on the pictures . ​

Domenico, the owner of the apartment is very kind. We communicated daily on WhatsApp and he answered all our requests immediately. We will definitely go next year. Nothing.
• Myriane (9/5): Perfectly located in the heart of Naples - The location was perfect, very close to the famous Quartieri Spagnoli, cool restaurants, cafes and bars. As a female solo traveler I indeed felt really safe at night in this area. Domenico is a caring host and make sure everything was alright during my stay and was very reactive if I ever needed help. Domenico offered to store my luggage in the morning after the checkout time as my flight was only in the afternoon, so I had the occasion to go for a last sfolliatella & caffè before leaving Napoli 😊 Grazie mille Domenico e arrivederci! The hot water while taking the shower was getting cold fast.

The lady who was receiving the payment had no English and no change. We had to walk around the street try to change the note. After a long trip thats.no ideal.

The place is near my favorite part of the city, very lively and safe. Everything is close by as well as a small groceries store for late night snacks. The location is a big plus. Barely had any sleep. The place is ‘open’ to the main street where motorcycles and cars are going by all ´Night VERY loudly. I was aware of this before but I didn’t expect it to be this loud !! Unfortunately really ruined the trip for me. Later we stayed near the central station and it was a much better deal and quieter.

• Chotkan (10/5): Exceptional - This is a fantastic property to stay. At first the place seems dangerous. However, the area is super safe and you are among the locals who are very friendly. This is also the case at night. The apartment itself is everything you need and fine. The service by the manager Domenico is excellent. I was a solo traveler and during my trip Domenico asked several times if everything was OK and if he could help with anything. It's nice when you're traveling alone that someone keeps an eye on whether everything is in order. I have been traveling for several years and I have not often experienced such good service. This accommodation gets the maximum number of stars from me!

• Tracey (9/5): Perfect location for a great stay in Napoli - Huge apartment just off a main road in central Naples. Train station 5 minute walk. Main attractions all 15-20 minute walk. Loved Naples and this apartment added to the joy. Would love a washing machine but that’s all that was missing. It’s noisy but that’s Napoli.

Location on street level so very noicy even at night, bathroom was moldy, shower was faulty, apartment smelled very stuffy. Only two of the 6 bulbs was working on the chandelier so it was a bit dark in the apartment.
• Rose (7/5): The owners are so kind ! I had some difficulties with wifi but they were straight on it for me. Very helpful people :) - Has all the amenities you need.
