• Celio (2/5): E una fregatura!!!! - La posizione,è vicino da tutto Il doccia, gabinetto, lavandino da far venire vomitare, tutto vecchio con puzza delle fogne, difatti La signora dice di tenere la finestra aperta c'è una sola e umificatore acceso giorno e notte, con il rumore che non ti lascia dormire, il letto con materazzo vecchio e malendato, misura 140 cm. In camera da letto stretto. Ho chiesto la ricevuta dell'avvenuta del pagamento del soggiorno non dato, ( te la darò prima che di ripartite) mai avvenuto, anche con richiamate per avere le ricevute

• Zaffuto (9/5): Mini vacanza in famiglia - Posizione comodissima per tutto. La proprietaria Carmen è stata sempre disponibile e gentile per tutto. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e come muoverci per la città. Il bagno un po' stretto.

• Eirini (9/5): Άνετη, κεντρικότατη διαμονή στη Νάπολη - Η τοποθεσία ήταν απλώς τέλεια. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, δίπλα στη Via Toledo, κοντά στην Ισπανική Συνοικία, στην Παλιά Νάπολη, κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό, κοντά στο τρένο που σε ανεβάζει στο κάστρο του San Elmo. Το Wi-Fi πολύ γρήγορο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχουν καφέδες, τσάγια, ζάχαρη και όλα τα σκεύη για να φτιάξεις πρωινό. Η Κάρμεν είναι πολύ οργανωμένη. Πριν φτάσουμε μας είχε στείλει όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμασταν, αλλά και όταν κάναμε check in μας έλυσε όλες τις απορίες. Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει μεγαλύτερος θερμοσίφωνας. Για τα τρία άτομα που ήμασταν το ζεστό νερό δεν έφτανε για όλες μας και κάποια έπρεπε να περιμένει να ζεσταθεί εκ νέου. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν μεγάλα, αλλά ο καναπές κάπως έγερνε από τη μία πλευρά.

• Frances (3/5): Poor - Location was very good. Host was very friendly and responsive. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had a funky smell (from the drain, we suspect) the whole time, and the host didn't offer any solutions other than to run the water down it. More problematic was that the electricity kept going off and needing to be switched on again; any seemingly small use of multiple electric appliances at one time seemed to trigger it (e.g. A/C plus the kitchen burner). We spent a lot of time back and forth with the owner to try to fix it (and turning things on and off again), not to mention time we spent without A/C and/or wifi which is not what we signed up for during our vacation. It was eventually fixed but we wasted a lot of time on this problem. Also, the bed was listed as a Queen but it was a double sized (host confirmed it was a "french double"? I am not sure what size that is, but not as large as a US Queen)

Furthermore, the place was very clean and surprisingly quiet for such a busy part of the city. Definitely a great experience. The air conditioning had to be turned off at night... that can be a problem when the weather gets hot.
• Kazi (10/5): Come Naples , stay in MINI -Flat TOLADO ❤️❤️❤️ - I like every single thing , host carmen was an incredible person I have ever meet in my life . I was solo traveler with 5 years old child , she make sure I am safe all the time , without her advice and guide it was very hard for me to explore as I had my child with me and I was really nervous 😬 but she treat me like I know her from many years .The flat the location all attraction just in walking distance. All the shops nearby just 1 min distance. I would like to thank her driver Francisco he was very good person too he was our driver for 2 days he always make sure we are okay all the time . If I ever visit Naples I will definitely will stay in mini Tolado again .. Nothing to dislike,I like everything.

Her husband was waiting for us when we reached there. The money I paid it's worth a while. The only thing I didn't like was the microwave which wasn't working.

May be it came from the sewer or the ventilation was not adequate. The windows were closed. We stayed for 4 nights in March. In the summer it would be different.

Even before arrival, she sent us detailed directions on what to see, where to eat, shortcuts and everything we needed to have an amazing weekend. The apartments were extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. We were extremely impressed by Carmen's hospitality. She took care of our group down to the last detail. She even organized our airport transfer. I think we will stay with her again on our next visit to this magical city! -

We recommend strongly! - very well located in charming center of Naples, very clean, very polite and helpful host, the apartment is 100% equipped and you will be missing nothing, excellent WiFi. airport shuttle service with Francesco is excellent. Ground floor in a patio. The bedroom is not fully isolated from the living room and the bathroom, so if you sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, you get all the bathroom and bedroom noises. If you use the air conditioning the noise might be disturbing within the apartment. Hot water is coming from boiler enough for 1, max 2 person, than you have to wait some hours until you get hot water.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the airport at around 1 at night, nonetheless we were picked up. Carmen gave a lot of informations about Naples (places to go, to eat) and everyday was asking if everything OK and if we needed anything, and this is a very nice touch! The apartment was simple but refurbished with every needed appliances; it was very hot and air conditioning was needed just for a bit of time as the apartment could keep the cool very well. In fact it is situated in a very well known beautiful old building, Palazzo Trabucco, on the edge of Pigna Secca, a very lively and still authentic neighbourhood.
