• Fabio (6/5): Non lo consiglio sicuramente sopravvalutato - La posizione Scelto principalmente per l'insonorizzazione dichiarata presente ma nella realtà inesistente, oltre ad avere la fecale del piano superiore proprio dietro la testiera del letto che ad ogni scarico ricordava la sua presenza in camera da letto, aveva gli infissi delle due finestre dell'appartamento risalenti alla costruzione del palazzo e quindi con vetro sottilissimo come si usava nell'ottocento e quindi insonorizzanti pari a zero come avere la finestra aperta ed infatti la finestra non si riusciva a chiudere per mancanza di fermo, ho dovuto usare la rete pieghevole presente in camera come fermo per cercare di chiuderla. Il resto dell'appartamento risulta datato in particolar modo il bagno ed il materasso che sarà stato comodo tanti anni fa ma sicuramente non ora in quanto molto infossato. Sulle lenzuola del letto trovati due capelli lunghi neri e ricci oltre ad una macchia scura di qualcosa non lavabile. Una delle sue prese vicino ai comodini del letto se ne usciva dal muro quando toglievi il caricabatteria. Asciugacapelli con accrocchio per tenere spina multipla e fhoen attaccati insieme con lo scotch trasparente.
• Olga (10/5): A cozy apartment with a great and helpful host in a quiet and comfortable neighborhood of Naples👍 - The host was always available only and was ready to help and answer any questions related to the property. The location is great and quiet, with a supermarket 1 min away. Breakfast tickets to a nearby bar is also a nice touch, even though I could not use them because of my workload. The apartment fully met my expectations, and I liked it.

• Claudia Melo (10/5): Excelente localização e uma ótima opção para conhecer e aproveitar Nápoles com conforto e segurança - Excelente localização e estrutura do apto e atendimento e com segurança!!! Muito próximo a tudo e tem supermercados na rua e excelentes restaurantes e farmácia em poucos metros e no entorno todos os melhores pontos turísticos de Nápoles!!! A única coisa que registro porque sei que pode melhorar é o colchão para algo mais firme ao sentar nas laterais da cama está cedendo e pode escorregar ao levantar ou mesmo calçar um tênis.

Super appreciated Always answered all our questions and messages. Lovely balcony Toiletries also. Really affordable. The balcony door is quite hard to shut, but it's due to original fixtures.

• Gilberto (1/5): Scam flat, do not rent! - nothing! This flat is a scam! The shower had a lot of mold that we requested twice the landlord and booking to do something. Cleaning service came twice. There is a health issue there, mold can become a serious health issue. Other, Booking shows a sofa bed and a double bed, but the sofa bed is only for one person, so there was a foldable bed next to the double bed, so we had to sleep separate. There were dirty dishes, and a bad smell coming out of the toilet. Not mentioning that the flat needs maintenance, black marks on all the walls, lights no working. Definitely I feel cheated for what we paid!

• Marelize (10/5): We loved our stay and were very comfortable, enjoying the location. - Beautiful apartment and very comfortable. It’s small but enough space to relax in. It’s a beautiful building with a coffee shop downstairs. The staff were so friendly and we were quite sad to leave. There’s a bus stop near the entrance which goes to a lovely beach, Possilippo. The harbour is walking distance and the palace is around the corner, where there are amazing shops. There are also delis, restaurants, and grocery shops, all within walking distance. Great value for money! The fold up bed kept collapsing, but would be fine for a small child. It’s a perfect space for 3 people.
