Communication with the owner was easy and professional. lack of some of the most basic items in the kitchen that would not financially burden the apartment owner but would make a short stay easier (sugar, salt, oil). It would also be good if they left 2 towels per person instead of one large one

- Gareth (10/5): Excellent Stag Stay. 11/10 would recommend! - The rooms were enormous, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The balcony had a spectacular view and the whole apartment was nice and airy, which helped with 11 men in there. Plenty of space, 3 toilets and 2 showers. It really was an excellent stay. The kitchen could have been slightly bigger and there was no Cooking basics ( Salt, Pepper, Oil), but not the end of the world. There were pots and pans and a dishwasher which was useful. Tesco 2min walk away so it was easy.

- Friederike (7/5): Pannen aber trotzdem super - Die Lage war super, es war ziemlich groß und sauber, sehr geräumig, zwei große Spiegel. Es gab leider nur eine Toilette, die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, auch nach außen hin ist das Apartment nicht gut isoliert. Der Schlüssel hat an einem Tag leider nicht mehr funktioniert. Zum Glück kam ein Techniker vorbei, der die Tür bald wieder repariert hat, trotzdem ziemlich ärgerlich. Nachts ist ein Bett einfach zusammengefallen.
- Jade (7/5): - C'était spacieux et bien équipé. Bien placé en ville et près de la gare et du métro. Très mal isolé. Dans l'une des chambres il y a des rideaux trop petits par rapport à la fenêtre et il y a trop de lumière pour dormir. Et l'isolation sonore est très mauvaise. C'est très bruyant la nuit. Les radiateurs ne se baissaient pas dans certaines pièces. Et le sèche serviette de la salle de bain fuyait beaucoup.
- Michael (4/5): Geräumiges Appartement in zu lauter Lage - Fußläufig ist der Hauptbahnhof in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächste U-Bahn Station (Muzeum) ist ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit (6-8 Min) erreichbar. Der Zugang zum Appartement erfolgt über einen virtuellen Schlüssel (Handy), was ich persönlich gut finde. So kann kein Schlüssel oder eine Keycard verloren gehen :-) Das große Appartement (3 Zimmer) war sauber. Das Appartementhaus liegt direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, wodurch es beginnend mit dem Berufsverkehr trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut war und wir dadurch nicht ausschlafen konnten. In der Küche waren leider keine Geschirrhandtücher. Die Möbel waren zwar in ihrer Funktion ok, hinterließen allerdings einen abgenutzten Eindruck. Die Betten waren leider auch nicht so bequem. Unserer Ansicht nach fehlte ein kleiner Wohnzimmertisch. Was uns ebenfalls nicht gefallen hat, war das äußerst langsame Internet.

Ook vond ik het met zo’n grote groep fijn dat er niet zo heel veel inrichting in het appartement was! Het balkon was heel dun en de reling wiebelde, maar voor de rest was alles zeer naar wens

Гарний вид з чогось схожого на терасу. Кондиіцонери ще не працюють, влітку можебути гаряче на останньому поверсі. Незрозумілий шум і свивт з системи опалення. Довелося вимкнути всі радіатори.

- Katrin (7/5): - Die Entfernung zu den einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist super. Es ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen, sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit den Öffentlichen.. Das Apartment liegt an einer Haupverkehrsader.
- Juraj (9/5): Priestranný apartmán pre veľkú skupinu v centre mesta - Lokalita v strede mesta, dosptupnosť všetko na pešo, pre veľkú skupinu ideál. Byt je na najvyššom poschodí, takže je tam relatívne tichšie. Bezproblémové otváranie dverí dole (vstup) aj hore (byt) pre všetkých v skupine cez web link. Byt dobre usporiadaný - priestranná vstupná chodba, z nej 3 izby (4 + 3 + 3 osoby), z nich jedna priechodzia do ďalšej izby (6 osôsb), 2x samostatné WC, 1x samostatná sprcha, 1x sprcha + WC Na to, že to je apartmán pre 16 ľudí, tak tam chýba nejaký kávovar (hoci aj lacný kapsulový). Zábradlie na terase je dosť nízke a nestabilné, chcelo by to lepšie upevniť, ale terasu sme nepoužívali (apríl).

- Kim (6/5): Okay, würden wir nicht wieder machen - Zentrale Lage Zugang über Link auf dem Handy, so dass nicht darauf geachtet werden musste wer die Schlüsselkarten hat - unser Wasser (Waschbecken & Toilette) ging regelmäßig nicht während unseres Aufenthalts. Nachdem ich das über Booking an den Betreiber gemeldet habe, kam die Rückfrage ob es sich „nur“ um das Warmwasser handelt oder gar kein Wasser kommt. Uns schien es so als ob das ein bekanntes Problem ist. - die Heizkörper waren nicht entlüftet, was trotz abstellen dazu geführt hat, das die Nachts super laut gekluckert haben und man ohne Ohrenstöpsel wirklich nicht schlafen konnte Ansonsten schon ziemlich heruntergekommen, unser Bett war an einer Seite mit Gaffa geklebt, es gab quasi keine Kochutensilien (wenn man eh essen gehen will egal, aber sollte bewusst sein, dass man eigentlich in der Wohnung nicht kochen kann). Es gab auch keine Kaffemaschine. Ansonsten eine kaputte Klima (eingepackt in Folie mit einer seeehr dicken Staubschicht), dass könnte vor allem im Sommer ein Thema sein. Die Fenster lassen sich zwar öffnen, aber auf Grund der zentralen Lage ist’s nachts schon ziemlich laut mit geöffnetem Fenster.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and I ended up sharing h bedroom with friend as I was provided with 1 bedroom apartment. Told that I had been upgraded, however I booked 2 bedrooms specifically.

- Lorraine (8/5): Value for money but quite basic - The location was good and the entry system using a link was great for multiple people as it meant we could come and go separately. Great value for money. Communication with host was good and timely 1 bathroom really not sufficient for 6 plus people. Tv available but in a bedroom so not everyone could see it. No living room only a communal kitchen. Cleaning was not the greatest. Clothing storage full of extra bedding.

- Ana (9/5): Recommended for the view from the terrace - The location is very convenient, close to the metro and within walking distance of the old town. The view from the terrace is the main advantage of this property and the reason of the given evaluation. Easy check-in process with clear instructions. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. They would need to be replaced.

Struttura lasciata andare a sè stessa, frigorifero tutto rovinato, maniglie che si staccano e tanti altri piccoli difetti che se fossero sistemati sarebbe una fantas struttura.

Super quick reply from host when complaint was sent and cleaning personell came within 15 minutes. Brilliant communication with host. Location is walkable for all of the city center with everything needed super close. Beds were nice. Shower in bathtub broken, additional cleaning was needed after previous guests, apartment is old and worn. There was no toilet paper. There was sigarette butts in the window sills in the kitchen area, a towel with something brown on it hidden in a bathroom drawer. Floors were generally dirty in corners etc (not fully fixable as some of it is caused by age of the wooden floors)

Masse gode restauranter og matbutikker i nærområdet, oppleves som veldig sentral beliggenhet. Litt lite asjetter og glass. Leiligheten er noe slitt, men for et helgeopphold med en gjeng er den virkelig helt toppers!

Molto veloci alla nostra telefonata nel risolvere un problema di acqua calda e riscaldamento (nel giro di mezz'ora hanno mandato un tecnico). Unica pecca : essendo in 5 persone ho prenotato un appartamento con 2 bagni ed ho trovato un bagnetto con solo wc e piccolo lavandino ed un'altro con vasca e lavandino.

- Andrea Butková (5/5): - Lokalita je výborná, blízko vlakovej stanice, Václavského námestia a národného múzea. Izby sú veľkostne vyhovujúce, matrace boli perfektné, vyspali sme sa pohodlne. Boli sme vo februári a v apartmáne boli príjemne teplo. Vybavenie kuchyne je nedostatočné, žiadne sitko na cestoviny, len jedna čajová lyžička. V kuchyni nebola soľ, cukor, čaj, káva. Okno v kúpeľni sa nedalo zatvoriť, bolo nepríjemné sprchovať sa v studenej kúpeľni. Odporúčam zapracovať na dôkladnejšom upratovaní, v byte boli známky po nedávnom bielení stien.

- calleja parés (8/5): - El alojamiento era tal y como esperábamos, lo que uno necesita al llegar de un largo día andando. Las camas muy cómodas, el piso espacioso y la terraza genial. Como único comentario decir que la ventilación en el baño era escasa por lo que el se olía bastante.

The staff was very nice. The heating in the sleeping rooms was turned off and the rooms had only 14 degrees, which was way too cold.

- Maristella (5/5): - La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi la parte nuova e la parte vecchia della città. Vicino a fermate del tram per raggiungere le parti più distanti. L'ascensore del palazzo è funzionante e comodo. L'appartamento è spazioso. Mancava una sedia al tavolo della cucina (eravamo in 9 con 8 sedie), e non ci è stata portata nonostante l'avessi richiesta. Mancano cose per pulire come una scopa, nonostante ci sia un ripostiglio vuoto in cui potevano metterla insieme a qualche sedia aggiuntiva. Nel bagno principale non c'è un WC (che è in uno stanzino a parte senza finestra e con la ventola rotta) e soprattutto la vasca non ha le tende quindi l'acqua esce. Le doghe di alcuni letti erano rotte o addirittura mancanti. Le tende e le lenzuola sono bucate. Gli asciugamani sono forniti ma solo uno a persona.
- Jhonjairo (5/5): Mycket bra läge! - Bra läge. Smidig incheckning (som vi göra tidigare) då man gör det själv. Dessutom slipper man nyckel vilket är skönt. Jättebra läge. Ca 5 min att gå till Vaclavske namesti. Soffan i rummet som vi hade var väldigt smutsig och fläckig, man ville inte sitta på den. Tvålen som finns på plats / schampo är väldigt dålig, rekommenderar att ta med egen / köpa.

Nous avons tout fait pied pour aller jusqu’à la vieille ville. L’appartement est très grand nous étions 7 avec 3 belles chambre et beaucoup de lits!!! Le quartier était sympa aussi nous y avons dîné tous les soirs il y a pas mal de restos tout autour. Malgré le fait que l’appartement soit un axe passant c’est assez bien insonorisé. L’appartement manque de quelques équipements cafetière, grille pain,…
