• Petra (10/5): - Das Apartments befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Marktplatz oder die Karlsbrücke sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Eigentümer, Andrew, hat uns vor Ort empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und dann mit uns zusammen einen Parkplatz gesucht. Einfach Spitze. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Auch Süßigkeiten und Getränke standen bereit. Besser geht es nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nichts.

• ciudadanacuellarana (10/5): Un apartamento fantástico - Lo que más me ha gustado de este apartamento es lo amplio, limpio, céntrico y bien equipado que está. Te hace sentir como en tu propia casa. Andrew vino a recibirnos y nos explicó todo a la perfección, sin prisas. También nos resolvió dudas sobre nuestra estancia en Praga. Es un anfitrión de 10. Nos dejó unos detalles de bienvenida: pastas, galletitas, zumos, leche, cervezas, caramelos.... En la casa había un armario con cositas necesarias, por si se te habían olvidado: crema solar, pasta de dientes, zapatillas de casa... Nunca había visto algo así 😁 Las camas eran muy cómodas y la ducha tenía una buena presión de agua. Recomiendo totalmente este apartamento. No hay nada que no me gustara

Our second night, probably around midnight, we sent him a message about the room temperature, and he immediately took a taxi to the apartment to help us adjust the room temperature, around midnight!
• Gian (10/5): felt at home😍😍😍 - Its big enough for a family of 4, and price is affordable, the place is accessible for everything, trams, bus, stores and town center.The owner is so welcoming and able to gave proper orientation of the place, we also got free arrival drinks and coffee/snacks. And for me the very important thing...there is bidet in the toilet which is super😍😍😍 i would highly recommend the place. Thanks Andrew

• Karina (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt in Prag - Sehr große Wohnung mit super Ausstattung ! Alles da, was man braucht und noch einiges mehr ! Es gab sogar Kekse !Andrew ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber ! Er gibt gute Tipps und er war zur Schlüsselübergabe selbst da, was ich besonders fein fand ! Wir durften unser Gepäck am Abreisetag bis zum Nachmittag im Appartment lassen ! Gute Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt, Straßenbahn auch in der Nähe. Alles war super !

• Simeon (10/5): 2 days in Prague - Cozy apartment with everything needed for a short stay. The apartment is big enough for a family with 2 big children. The location is good. Nearby there are food shops and pubs. Andrew (the host) is a very hearty and positive man. He has given us priceless tips and advises about sightseeing trips, food, public transport and pubs. Nothing that I can think of.
• Lozano Saiz (10/5): A wonderful stay in a perfectly located apartment with a great host — we would definitely come back. - The location was excellent — everything was nearby and easy to reach on foot. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, and we really appreciated the small thoughtful details for guests. Andrew was a fantastic host, very welcoming and helpful, and his recommendations made our stay even better. There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Le propriétaire était présent à notre arrivée et nous a également donné de bons conseils. Des petites gourmandises et boissons nous attendaient, c’est très gentil. • Nicolas (10/5): Un bel appartement spacieux au centre de Prague, avec un hôte prévenant! - L’hôte Andrew est très prévenant. Il a ouvert l’accès à l’appartement pour poser nos valises et a préparé de nombreuses gourmandises pour le Noël des grands et des petits. Il explique comment prendre des billets de transports en commun / où faire les courses. L’appartement est spacieux (2 chambres et un salon fermé), bien équipé et bien situé, à proximité des commodités (10-15’ à pied de la place de la Vieille Ville). Difficile de régler l’eau chaude sous la douche pour les enfants.

• Theo (10/5): Geweldig! - Het appartement was zeer compleet ingericht met ruime slaapkamers, keuken en zitkamer.Alles was schoon. De host Andrew had ter verwelkoming wat snacks en drinken klaar gelegd. Hij ontving ons hartelijk en gaf goede tips voor ons bezoek aan de stad en restaurants. De loopafstand naar de oude stad was in zo’n 15 minuten goed te doen . Maar vlakbij was er ook een tramhalte . In de buurt van het appartement zijn meerdere winkels, bakkers en restaurants. Niets.

• Michal (9/5): Miłe miejsce w dobrej lokalizacji. Świetny Gospodarz. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy spokojnej ulicy z dobrą i niedrogą restauracją zaraz obok. Przemiły i bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Wygodne, duże mieszkanie na parterze starej kamienicy. Dwie wygodne sypialnie, duża łazienka, maleńki ustęp powiększony lustrami i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. W zasadzie wszystko mi się podobało, no może trochę ciemno w środku, ale stare kamienice mają to do siebie (podwórko studnia, no i parter).

L'appartement est très bien placé, tout peut se faire à pied. Il est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Petite attention à notre arrivée (jus de fruit au frais). Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

He is very friendly and went over and above his duty to ensure that we had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. He provided information about amenities and really could not have done more to be helpful. The location is very central and we were able to walk and use trams to get around easily. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay there again if we go back to Prague.

The location couldn't have been better - it's an easy walk to Old Town, and when we didn't feel like going far there were restaurants, groceries, and a bakery within blocks of the apartment. We loved the comfortable spaces inside. The living room was a great place to relax, and the bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower, and the heated towel bar helped us dry heavy jeans after a run of laundry.

It’s in a great location—just a ten-minute walk to the Old Town, with plenty of dining options nearby. The neighborhood is quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. The apartment is excellent value for money. Andrew was very welcoming; he greeted us in person, gave us a tour, and was both humorous and friendly, making communication easy and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Prague.

Very quick responses before we arrived, met us at the appartment and showed us around and also showed us where we could park our car. The appartment is large and has everything you might need. It’s 15 min easy walking distance to the sites such as the astronmical clock and Karls bridge. Several grocery stores, restaurants etc close by. Everything was great!
• Jorge (10/5): It is a great place to stay when visiting Prague - The whole process to check in and get the keys was really easy, Andrew made sure that the check in time work for us, and at the time of checking in, made sure to show us and explain us everything about the apartment. Andrew is a really nice person, who helped us with everything we asked, like recommendations. It is definitely recommended if you are going to spend a few days in Prague.

Even messaged us with congratulations when our football team won😁 the property was what I expect is a traditional Prague centre of town apartment and was very homely. Nothing really.
