Guest Reviews
- Dominika (8/5): -
- FRANCESCA (3/5): Non è ammissibile stare 3 giorni senza acqua calda e riscaldamento -
- Dmitry (9/5): - Great location, very spacious, very well equipped. One bed is too old - creaks, wobbles, and the mattress is not supported on one side, so when you lie down it bends and you sleep on an inclined surface.
- Keane (8/5): Location location location - We loved the location. It was quiet and safe. There were a few things that would be nice to have like dish towels for drying dishes or instructions in english on how to use the washing machine.
There isn't a kind of living space to relax in with a couch.
It's two big bedrooms and a dining room.
But there isn't a hang out space.
The beds were super creaky!
- Yorgo (8/5): Very good -
- Zofia (7/5): Great apartment with a soul - Great localization. Well-prepared guide provided by the owner. Great atmosphere. A lot of space and high ceilings. The spring beds were really soft which made it a bit hard to sleep comfortably in them but it was just our preference. The shower cabin was a bit mouldy.
- Bruce (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great. 1. Advertised having a washing machine and drying rack. That was a factor in choosing this property. The washing was stuffed completely full of soaking wet bed linens when we arrived. The drying rack was on the very tiny balcony, heavily loaded with completely wet bed linens. We had nowhere to put the wet linens, as there were too many of them, so we couldnt our wash.
2. The apartment needs updating. The floors squeak. The doors also squeak and dont close easily. The bed frames were also squeaky. When one person moved in the bed, it would wake the other up.
- William (8/5): Very good - Property is older and the furniture was grandma old; however, we knew this from the pictures so we were not disappointed. We choose the property for the location and price. The building was quiet and the unit was clean. The kitchen was well-appointed. The bedrooms are large, but the only common area is the kitchen and dining area. We liked the location. The metro and tram stop is 1 block away. There are restaurants 2 blocks away on the other side of the metro. A small store is next to the metro. It's an easy 10-15 walk to the Castle and 2 metro stops to the city center. The only problem we had was that the person who was supposed to meet us for check-in didn't show up and we had to text the owner and wait outside for 15 minutes to get in.
- Olga (8/5): Very good - Good location, close to metro station. Nice cozy furniture and lots of space. Perfect for family with young kids as locates on the ground floor. Too creaking beds, we couldn’t sleep and woke up frequently. The flat belongs to a company, so not much flexibility on arrival/ departure time, which was important for us (disable husband).
- Martin (8/5): Good value. Great location. - Location is great, close to castle, parks, restaurants, public transportation. Very lovey apartment. No television. No rugs, it was a bit stark. Bedroom windows face the street, will be noisy mornings.
- Mikuláš (6/5): Pleasant -
- Andrea (7/5): QUIET SAFE NEIGBOORHOOD - The location is excellent. Very quiet residential neighborhood with the metro and trams only a block away. It was an easy 15 minuet walk to the Prague Castle and Castle Gardens. Travel into and out off the historic city is easy and inexpensive using the public transportation. I felt very safe in the area. Only a few small local restaurants near by, so would recommend dining in the city before heading to the apartment. For Breakfast there is a Costas a block away and a small cafe about two blocks away. I had sent several e-mails to the host requesting a phone number that I could use to contact them in case there was a delay for our arrival. The only number sent was the central number for Bookings which is not easy to use. I also sent at least THREE e-mails confirming our arrival at 3 in the afternoon. We arrived at 2:45 and found NO ONE there. I waited for a good half hour and got a message that the host had me scheduled for 4:00. No apologies. We went to the park across the street and had a coffee. At about 3:30 I got a message that someone was on their way to let us in. The person who must have been a friend of the host, let us in, and took about 5 minutes to show us the apartment. It was obvious in his mannerisms that he was not happy about being there. The apartment is dated with the walls being scuffed; does not feel warm and inviting. The bathroom and the shower stall are small, but did have plenty of hot water. Over all, it is fine for sleeping, but not inviting for relaxing and enjoying a classic European apartment.
- Ales (8/5): Great location, spacious apartment, good communication. - Great location (calm part of the city close to Prague Castle, with some shops and nice pubs around), metro station just around the corner. Spacious aparment, nicely furbished. Friendly host, great communication.
- Jamie (8/5): Very good - Large apartment with high ceilings and lovely location, near to tram stops and a couple of nice cafes etc some late night food outlets as well. We had 4 people staying and 1 bathroom was a bit of an issue at times
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (6/5): lovely flat but not 3 bed - Lovely flat, enough space, gorgeous antique furniture for living your Mucha/Kafka dreams. Lovely location 20 mins walk to city centre, local shops and restaurants all very good. Flat is in a quiet block, local parking available. This is NOT a three bedroom flat. It is two bedrooms with a divan in the dining room. No sheets were provided for the divan which we needed to use, despite asking for them, so we had to buy our own. Not impressed.
- Łukasz (9/5): Very pleasant stay, good localisation and very good price. - Spacious rooms, good communication with old city
