• Rene Damian (8/5): Ubicación inmejorable y buen precio. - El estilo, y por sobre todo la ubicación. La ventana dando al canal es muy pintoresco. Nos recibieron con café y champagne que no esperábamos. Justo enfrente había un depósito y se oía gente hablar y carros correr durante la noche y primera mañana. De cualquier forma, con lo que caminamos el sueño es bien profundo y se pudo superar.

• Scott (10/5): - Location right beside a canal, close to dining establishments, especially for breakfast. Windows opened right on to a canal, and each day, we were serenaded by singing gondaliers. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, clean, and cosy. I was with my adult grandaughter, so we needed 2 separate sleeping spaces. The bed settee was made up for me in the living room. Both beds were very comfortable. A bottle of Prosecco was provided for us on arrival, which was a wonderful and welcome surprise. A coffee machine with cartridges was also supplied along with a range of cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. When using Satnav to get to the apartment, ensure the full address is put in. We followed the short version given by email, but this led us into the wrong area. Otherwise, it was faultless.

• DELEURME CORINNE (8/5): Emplacement idéal mais un peu bruyant - L'emplacement est vraiment idéal à deux pieds de la place St Marc. L'appartement est spacieux. Équipements au top. Condiments et produits douche disponibles. Les gondoles passent le long de l'appartement, c'est hyper dépaysant L'environnement est assez bruyant tôt le matin malgré le fait que ce soit dans une impasse, surtout pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon. La literie du canapé du salon est limite

• Evelina (6/5): Nettoyage de l'appartement à approfondir. - Bien situé Trop sale, les draps étaient tâchés, en arrivant on avait tous le corps qui grattait, en bas du canapé il y avait bcp de pelouses avec même une chaussette de l'hôte antérieur. Trop dommage car l'appartement était bien situé et on pourrait même dire avec un équipement plutôt correct. Un petit effort sur le linge (draps de bain et draps de lits) et surtout il faut aspirer correctement partout l'appartement, le wc avec des tâches. Pour une personne allergique à la poussière comme moi, il faudrait faire un peu plus d'effort pour rendre confortable l'appartement.

• Beverly -Perle (5/5): Venise très jolie, hormis l'appartement - Le lieu est magnifique, avec les gondoles qui passent juste devant l'appart c'est très jolie, et nous sommes très proche de la Place St Marc, les petites ruelles sont magnifiques... Le petit bémol c'est que l'ont peut facilement se perdre dans les ruelles de Venise et de ce fait l'appartement a été très difficile à trouver malgré les numéros inscrits au dessus des portes. Sinon Venise est une magnifique destination. L'appartement était très sale, notamment un tapis qui se trouvait sous la table de la cuisine qui était noire et rempli de poussière, le canapé lit l'était également, les serviettes misent à disposition avaient des taches douteuses, ainsi que les couvres lits et la couverture en laine orange... je ne pense pas qu'ils sont lavés après chaque départ, hormis les draps plats. Je pense que opter pour une couette avec une parure de lit serait plus jolie et plus propre. Dans la salle de bain beaucoup de mauvaises odeurs d'urine et de remonté d'égouts, la douche pas très propre pleine de moisissure et dépôts de savon et pas de porte serviettes ni autres pour poser les vêtements, le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché et plus d'eau chaude ni de chauffage la veille de notre départ! La cuisine pas propre non plus avec des projections de nourriture un peu partout, le four également, les sols pareils…. cette appartement mériterait un bon rafraichissement, et l'accent doit être mis sur le ménage et l'entretien c'est dommage car encore une fois, VENISE est une ville absolument magique!

L'aménagement de l’espace appartement agréable On entend bien les voisins Chauffe eau se declanche jour et nuit avec un bruit énorme et dernier jour a sauté donc eau froide Mettre des crochets pour 'les serviette seraient un plus 😉 Trouver l'appartement à été très compliqué meme avec le gps 😁
• Dominique (8/5): super séjour très reposant et dans un ville magique! - l'emplacement à 10 mn à pied de la place Saint Marc et du pont Rialto. Le calme, rompu seulement par les livraisons du matin mais pas avant 8h , donc vraiment pas un problème! les capsules de café disponibles à l'arrivée, et l'appartement était propre et chauffé. Un séjour donc très agréable et la propriétaire réactive quand il y a eu une rupture d'eau chaude réglée tout de suite par téléphone. peut-être prévoir une lumière plus importante dans la chambre mais franchement rien à dire de plus.

• ALOPEZS (8/5): Excelente..! Perooo..... - El apartamento viene muy bien equipado, 2 habitaciones separadas, cocina, sala y 1 baño. En época de lluvia, la entrada al apartamento se inunda por los canales a eso de las 11 am. Cuando regresas en la noche ya está ok. Debes tenerlo en cuenta.

• Miah (1/5): A disgusting place to live in the heart of venice - Only the location of the apartment is good. This place is disgusting to stay in. Nothing is good here. The air conditioner doesn’t work. The water in the sink doesn’t go, the cookeries r not enough, they don’t have a sharp knife. Waters from the shower don’t go easily. No floor mats in the toilet. Beds are very very uncomfortable. When we asked the owner for help about the air conditioner and demanded a table fan instead she never replied. They are not helpful and professional. If you are reading my review pls run away from this place. Trust the ratings.
• Antonella (2/5): Quasi un incubo - Ciao a tutti, lascio questa recensione a malincuore ma purtroppo questo appartamento che potrebbe essere top, non è affatto così, la cosa migliore che ha è la posizione e le gondole sotto la finestra 1) casa sporchissima, ragnatele dappertutto, sporco a ogni angolo 2) proliferano zanzare non si capisce da dove anche se tutto chiuso , prima sera ne ho ammazzate 20 , avendo 2 bambine non potevo fare diversamente , tanto che volevamo scappare Infatti la casa è piena di macchie di zanzare morte 3) puzzo di muffa, chiuso ,umido , condizionatore in stato pietoso che non funziona bene 4) bagno con sanitari nuovi ma umidissimo e vecchio 4) camera da letto senza luce, stretta, e puzzo di chiuso 5) ingresso con un pezzo di ferro alzato, in cui mi stavo tagliando, già segnalato in altre recensioni 6) TV che funziona 7) in cucina c'è quasi tutto ma manca una tovaglia, o tovagliette in plastica, mancano appoggi in bagno e in camera da letto Mi dispiace ma non torneremo
• Jennifer (7/5): Viendo góndolas por la ventana! - Ubicación maravillosa y pintoresca. Ver pasar las góndolas por la ventana que da al canal es una pasada! Cocina muy bien equipada, no falta de nada. Alguna cosa de mantenimiento se puede mejorar, y hay que saber que se oyen todas las bateas que por las mañanas reparten mercancías desde muy pronto
• SERVAIS Chanlika (7/5): - Emplacement est top. Dans la globalité, l'appartement est bien. Il y a des gondoles qui passent près de la fenêtre. C'est chouette à voir. Des poussières de partout et le sol est sale à l'arrivée. La clim fonctionne à 1% de sa capacité. On a ouvert les fenêtres mais on se fait manger par les moustiques 😅 L'air dans la salle de bain ne tourne pas malgré avoir mis en marche l'appareil, ce qui fait que ça sent très très mauvais. Peut-être un produit pour les toilettes pour diminuer d'odeur serait le bienvenu.

• Daria (6/5): Appropriate for a short stay if you prefer central location. A canal right outside the window with gondolas passing by i - location is very central next to a beautiful historic spot Scala Contarini del Bovolo, 7 to 10 min away from San Marco or Rialto bridge. You see the gondolas passing by just right away from the apartment window. Beds are quite comfortable and the apartment is air conditioned. It's clean in general snd towels smell fresh and clean. Check-in and out worked without any complications. The apartment is quite humid and bathroom dmells rather mouldy. If you habe any wet clothes there is no chance to get them dry. The facilities are quite outdated, the bathroom door cannot be locked, the light switch in the bedroom does not work. We didn't find the sponge to wash the dishes.

• Redita (1/5): Horrible, the worse place we have ever seen, left after 10mins of arrival - Nothing was good about the whole ordeal. AVOID this place for your own sake The place was extremely dirty, very mouldy, bathroom was very smelly and didn’t match the description of the property. Furniture (chairs and table) were with a thick layer of dust, utensils were disgusting to even look at not even talking about touching or using them. Also, all surfaces were greasy and sticky, everything was in very poor condition, but the worst thing was the black mould which caused asthmatic attack to our young child since the minute we stepped into this apartment, so we had to book another place ASAP and Otto House Apartment doesn’t even meet hygiene standards. Towels were stained, bedding as well. Overall, if you don’t want to lose your health and money - don’t even consider this place. We feel scammed and will avoid such bookings in the future. Would give a 0, but there is no option. Such arrogant scammer like owners should be banned from the platform like this.

• Fabio (1/5): NOT WORTH IT, KEEP LOOKING - Nothing Even though it's located close to the main square the apartment was very very very hard to find specially considering that the message sent by the owners didn't even have the full address (had to use Google maps to find it).. The state of the place is not as it looks in the pictures everything was old and runed down including bed, linens and utensils. However, the real problem is the thick smell of humidity. My family members were having health issues (asthma and continuous coughing) with the quality of the air and when we contacted the owner to cancel and wave the fees they declined without even having a conversation with us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. In the end we left and stayed in another hotel and I'm sure that the owner will try to scam us out of the Venetian overnight tax and contribution tax which of course I payed at the other hotel.

Our friends found much cheaper apartment and it was so good!!! - The only good thing about this apartment was that it was close to San Marco. Other than that everything was HORRIBLE!!! It was so DIRTY, so dirty!!! The floor, the bathroom, the dishes, the bedsheets!!! I wonder if they ever clean that apartment up. At nights it was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. + the furniture, the bed was so uncomfortable!!!

• Kumar (9/5): It was a good and comfortable stay. - The location and it is good property for 4 people. I was staying there sir 3 night and it was 38 degree in Venice but the owner didn’t change the towels at the property. 🙁

• Tomasz (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very conveniently located, slightly off the main routes of the San Marco district. Restaurants, bars are close by and you can walk to San Marco Square in 10 minutes. Next to the apartment there is one of the canals on which gondolas sail in the afternoons. Inside is clean and tidy, although the house is old. The service is extremely polite and helpful. The street is sometimes frequented by tourists who litter. At dawn there are noises of passing motorboats.

• Megan (5/5): Not the best for the price - The location was good The apartment was very hard to find with the directions given, we had to ask several different locals to direct us, thankfully they were accommodating. The lock box was not easy to locate, took us a few minutes to look in the window area for it. The canal being close is a nice idea, but it’s very loud and numerous people get to look into your windows. The TV did not work, there are no electrical sockets near the bedroom bed, just inconvenient. The bathroom has limited area to keep stuff, the small shelf is not screwed in properly and is slanted down, so you can’t set anything on it. Price was just too high for what it was.

There is a kitchen, so you may save some money cooking fish bought on local market The apartment was extremely dirty. I mopped the floor myself. Everywhere were spider nets and dust. We could not use AC or TV because remote controls didn't have batteries. There were many crazy sockets and lights that don't work or work only sometimes. So we needed to go to bedroom with a flashlight from our phones. But the main problem was construction just behind our door and under our windows that started from 6am every day. It was very noisy and smelly, see the photos
