• Ludivine (10/5): - Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux à Venise! Le studio Ca'dell'Arciere est vraiment bien situé, très proche de la place Saint Marc. C'est un véritable petit cocon d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions de notre hôte Sofia ainsi que la fluidité de notre communication avec elle. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement!!!

Kitchen has salt, oil, paper towels and washing up liquid, cloths basics - showed consideration for guests and a pride in their building. Great washer and drier - liquid provided. Pillows require to be fuller. A microwave could have been handy in kitchen. Lots of stairs not for the faint hearted with a large heavy bag. It is Venice and older buildings no lift.

• CIUFFINI (10/5): Super - La struttura è pulitissima, la cucina ha tutto ciò che occorre anche la spugna nuova per lavare i piatti! Abbiamo trovato la macchina del caffè con le cialde e anche un bollitore con i filtri per il the e le tisane. Biscottini di ben venuto acqua e prosecco. Al nostro arrivo i proprietari , due giovani fratelli,ci hanno accolto come se ci conoscessimo da sempre, cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci hanno illustrato tutta la casa e dati consigli per un ottima permanenza a Venezia. Tramite whatsapp ci hanno dato il massimo supporto, rispondendo subito alle nostre richieste. L'appartamento è stupendo:pulitissimo, luminoso,silenzioso e dietro piazza san marco. È perfetto per visitare Venezia perché è centrale e quindi in pochi minuti si può raggiungere ogni angolo. È caldo in inverno e fresco in estate perché ci sono due condizionatori caldo/ freddo, uno in camera ed uno in cucina. C'è il deposito bagagli , la lavanderia il ferro da stiro. L'appartamento è da 10 e lode :la lode è Sofia ! Una padrona di casa davvero eccezionale! Grazie per tutto. Ritorneremo sicuramente! 10++++++ Niente tutto ottimo

• Gabry G. (8/5): QUASI PERFETTO - La struttura è situata a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco in una tranquillissima calle e pertanto gli appartamenti sono silenziosi. I proprietari sono stati molto comunicativi e disponibili durante tutto il nostro soggiorno lasciandoci anche dell'acqua e del vino in frigo al nostro arrivo. L'appartamento è un monolocale con angolo cottura dotato di tutto il necessario ma con il bagno troppo piccolo. Ottimi la pulizia e il silenzio. Ma la cosa più fantastica è stato il servizio deposito bagagli che solitamente nella maggior parte degli alloggi turistici non si trova difficile da trovare. Con qualche attenzione in più a piccoli dettagli sarebbe stato perfetto. Il bagno estremamente piccolo e senza bidet (non avevo letto questo dettaglio in fase di prenotazione) Non è presente riscaldamento ma solo un condizionatore di aria calda posizionato sopra la porta di ingresso che non raggiunge bene la zona notte e pertanto abbiamo avuto freddo. I cuscini troppo bassi. La mancanza di un supporto per appoggiare borse e valigie Il letto cigolante e rumoroso

On a quiet side alley in a busting area, it's perfect for us! We appreciate Andrea's attentiveness and care ❤️ As with most buildings in Venice, there's no elevator. It's quite a climb to the penthouse unit. But we dont have any issue with this. Just make sure you're able to carry your luggages up the stairs.

• Daniele (10/5): Fantastica Venezia e fantastica l'accoglienza! - Ottime l'ospitalità e l'organizzazione; i gestori sono stati molto premurosi sia in una fase antecedente che durante la permanenza, attraverso messaggi su Booking, in cui davano informazioni su come accedere e interessandosi della soddisfazione degli ospiti. La posizione è fantastica, a ridosso di Piazza San Marco ma in una posizione in cui non si è disturbati dai passanti o da chi vive la notte. All'arrivo, ci hanno fatto trovare caffè, biscotti, acqua e una bottiglia per il brindisi. Al check-out, li abbiamo incontrati di persona, abbiamo scambiato volentieri due chiacchiere e ci hanno offerto una bottiglia di acqua per il viaggio di ritorno, un gesto apprezzatissimo! Wi-Fi e Netflix inclusi. Luggage room per lasciare la valigia anche dopo il check-out, fantastico! Non abbiamo trovato punti negativi

Andrea was a great host. They even let us stay a bit longer after checkout before our flight. The only weak point that I found was the heating system (air -based) but that is normal in Venice.

O locație curată și confortabilă, dotată cu tot ce este necesar: fier de călcat, uscător de păr, ustensile de bucătărie, aparat de cafea, mașină de spălat rufe. Andrea a fost foarte atent cu noi, ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare și o sticlă cu prosecco rece, apă și biscuiți iar la jumătatea sejurului a făcut refill adică ne-a oferit o altă sticlă cu prosecco și apă, deasemenea a suplimentat produsele de igienă de la baie. Cu siguranță, dacă vom mai veni în Veneția, tot aici ne vom caza. -

Todo reformado pero manteniendo vigas de maderas y contraventanas antiguas que le dan mucho estilo. El tamaño perfecto para 2 personas, no utilizamos la cocina salvo para café nespresso, pero había de todo para cocinar. La ducha el agua caliente y con presión, calefacción radiante por suelo. Para volver a repetir. Por decir algo, el colchón algo blando para mi gusto y si que es verdad que el espacio para salir o entrar de la cama justo. Pero buenas almohadas y silencio en las calles para poder descansar.

Das Penthouse-Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel und Trockner sind vorhanden. Ein besonderes Highlight ist auch der kleine gemütliche Balkon :-) Es war alles vor Ort für einen entspannten und großartigen Urlaub! Sehr zu empfehlen!
• Christoph (10/5): - Die Lage des Apartments ist top. Man biegt von einer Geschäftsgasse mit Menschenmassen in die leere Wohngasse ab und schreckt dort ein paar Tauben auf. Man ist mittendrin und in 2min am Markusplatz. Die Wohnung liegt im 4 Stock Altbau, also ohne Aufzug. Man sollte vor jedem Verlassen der Wohnung noch mal überlegen, ob man nichts vergessen hat. Reisen mit leichtem Gepäck ist von Vorteil. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, durch die Lage in Obergeschoss des Altbaus etwas verwinkelt. Die Küche hat das Nötigste für die Zubereitung einfacher Gerichte. Salz, Öl und Essig sind auch vorhanden. 2 Klimaanlagen kühlen das Dachgeschoss bei Bedarf herunter. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, man wird mit je einer Flasche Wein und Wasser begrüßt. Wir waren vor dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt dort und durften schon eine Stunde früher ins Zimmer. Uns wurde auch ganz genau erklärt, wie wir vom Parkhaus zur Wohnung kommen. Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen.

• Tim (9/5): A great rental, and very good location. The hosts information was very useful. - Very central, with a small supermarket nearby for breakfast things. Very neat, compact use of space, but everything worked well. Lovely to have a proper table and chairs. Excellent communication with the host, and great to have a luggage room. It was very hot for us, but a bit of air con before bed helped a lot. No mosquito bites! Lots of places to eat nearby and the 2 day bus/boat pass was great. Very nice to have a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. It would be nice to have a place for surplus jam, eggs etc for the staff or for other guests to make use of.

Andrea was lovely host who helped with transport information, local restaurant/amenities advice and kindly left welcome bottle, toiletries and coffee capsules/biscuits for our short stay. Apartment was quite compact for 2 adults and 6 ft + teenager. Bathroom particularly small and shared laundry was challenging as in hot demand so difficult to find time without staying up late to run load of laundry.
