• Laura (8/5): Non fermatevi al primo impatto - Cortesia e disponibilità.Palazzo con gente perbene,tanti professionisti,e con portiere.Vicino al punto che dovevo raggiungere.Ascensore Il palazzo a primo impatto risulta un po' strano essendo una struttura antica preceduta da un cortile e la casa è piccina ma per noi andava più che bene.

• Shay (1/5): Very bad - It says there is parking at 20 euros per day, no parking I had to pay 40 euros per day. It says there is a coffee machine, microwave, oven, jacuzzi, spa and there is none. Not an electric kettle either. The cubicle is very small, smells of detergents filmed with a wide lens, thus making it a spacious apartment. Instead of a spa jacuzzi I got mushrooms in the shower. The air conditioner is bursting with dirt and dust. And all of this is in a neglected and old building. Do not book this room. And if that wasn't enough, then the bed is really bad.

Muy completo , baño limpio , todo completo El edificio y ascensor un poco antiguo, la señora de la segunda planta poco domina el inglés , y para el check out no pude encontrarla , igual el personal por mensaje fue muy amable y no hubo ningún problema.

• Asia (10/5): Non vediamo l’ora di tornare. - La posizione è ottima, a 2 minuti da piazza plebiscito e tutta la zona della movida di Napoli. Filippo ed il suo staff sono a completa disposizione 24h su 24. Il deposito bagagli gratis quando si vuole è un’ottima alternativa per godersi l’ultima giornata di vacanza. Il portiere meraviglioso e gentilissimo. Appartamento dotato di ascensore e accesso privato . Ci tornerei altre mille volte!

• Celeste (4/5): - The location is good and central. We didn't like our stay. The photos on booking.com is very deceiving. It's a very small room. No balcony, only one window in the whole apartment/room opening up to the court yard of the building. No bath, only a shower. The drain smelled very bad and was even blocked at one stage. We had to pay an extra 34 Euro for tourist tax - even when the price on booking.com said it included taxes. For the price we expected much more.

• mirko (1/5): Da dimenticare - L unica cosa positiva è la posizione, perché è a pochi passi da piazza Plebiscito Non vi fate ingannare dalle foto in cui la stanza sembra enorme, molto bravo l host a fare le fotografie prendendo dettagli molto belli e curati e con un grand' angolo che fa sembrare tutto pulito e spazioso, ma la realtà è assolutamente diversa. Nelle foto c è anche un divano, che invece ci è stato detto essere in garage perché non entrava nella stanza!!! Nella descrizione dell alloggio si parlava della disponibilità di un parcheggio privato( requisito per noi fondamentale) a pagamento (20 euro a notte) senza necessità di prenotazione, invece siamo stati costretti a parcheggiare in uno dei garage H24, spendendo ben 45 euro a notte, per un totale di 90 euro, praticamente quasi quanto la camera stessa. La camera è situata al 4° piano rialzato di un vecchio condomino, che per carità è molto caratteristico, ma davvero fatiscente. La stanza era sporca, le lenzuola erano macchiate, negli asciugamani abbiamo trovato persino dei capelli biondi ( sia io che mio marito abbiamo i capelli scuri)!!! i cuscini e gli asciugamani puzzavano di sigaretta, mio marito ha avuto degli attacchi d'asma e siamo dovuti andare in farmacia a comprare collirio e antistaminico. Per non parlare del letto, di una scomodità imbarazzante, praticamente si formava una sorta di avvallamento al centro che ti limitava nei movimenti. E dulcis in fundo un rumore sordo, sia di giorno che di notte fastidiosissimo che non abbiamo capito da dove provenisse, forse dal bagno, forse dalla caldaia! Il giorno del check in siamo stati costretti ad andare a cercare uno sportello per prelevare contanti perché la signora che ci ha accolto che si è presentata come la mamma dell host ( tra l'altro piuttosto evasiva alle nostre lamentele anzi ci ha proprio detto che se non ci stava bene potevamo andarcene!!!

• Anna (10/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce - Obiekt w super lokalizacji,kontakt z właścicielem tylko po włosku ale bardzo miło ,mieszkanie na 4 piętrze w podwórku chronionym,wieczorem brama do podwórka zamykana ale masz klucze,jest winda,mieszkanie w porządku jak na Neapol bardzo dobry standard,naczynia i sztućce,naprawdę wszystko ok. Nie było grubszej kołdry albo koca,trzeba włączyć klimę na grzanie na noc,i łóżko bardzo miękkie ale we Włoszech wszędzie łóżka są bardzo miękkie

Всё находиться очень близко, чаще мы ходили пешком, но и метро в 3 минутах от апартаментов. В апартаментах было всё необходимое, это очень порадовало. Это больше про дискомфорт от местной погоды, но было очень влажно. В номере маленькое окошко с решёткой и мы вывешивали туда купальники, чтобы они высохли. Номер на фото кажется больше, но в нём всё равно было комфортно.

• La terra (7/5): - appartamento a tutti gli effetti con tutte le comodità in pieno centro in 5 giorni ci hanno dato solo un set di tovaglie a testa senza mai cambiarlo e senza mai pulire la stanza durante tutta la permanenza , in bagno c'erano varie perdite d'acque ( lavandino,doccia,ecc)

We waited outside the accommodation for 20 minutes with no one replying to our messages on booking.com and when we called the provided no. there was initially no answer, when it was answered they didn’t know what we were talking about. No check-out instructions given, when I stated where I was leaving the keys via booking.com I didn’t get a reply. The apartment had mould on the wall.

It’s not a bad apartment to s - the only positives i can say are the location and the kindness of staff the apartment was dirty. we had to wash all kitchen utensils before using them. the exhaust is full of mold. several mini cockroach appeared on the floor of the apartment
