• Laure (8/5): La struttura ha sicuramente un grande potenziale e l’ambiente è piacevole. Tuttavia, suggerirei una maggiore attenzione - La struttura si trova in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, pur essendo a breve distanza dal centro. Questo la rende una soluzione molto comoda e facilmente accessibile per visitare la zona senza rinunciare alla quiete. Per quanto riguarda il letto, non ho apprezzato molto la presenza di coperte in pile, che per chi, come me, soffre di allergia agli acari possono risultare poco adatte. Anche il rivestimento del letto in tessuto non è stato ideale sotto questo aspetto. Sarebbe preferibile utilizzare materiali più indicati per chi ha sensibilità o allergie.

Même pas une bouteille d'eau de bienvenue car le propriétaire rempli le frigo de boisson mais en vente donc plus de place pour nos affaires

• Lorenza (4/5): Disappointed - The apartment is located not far from the main square but the area is really bad The area where the apartment is located is not really nice , the streets are full of holes and I fell down, having an injury to my feet . The apartment is a bit old , the building as well. The first night we found ants in the bed and when we check under the mattress we found other ants and a lot of dirty . We had to clean and use the spray we found in the kitchen . People in the building are very loud . To be honest I don’t recommend the place .

It was in a great location close to everything but far away enough to not be bothered with the noise. Even with the hearing on (which only went to 25° because we couldn't work out how to use it) the apartment was chilly.

• Ashley (10/5): A second great stay at Chlo apartment 1 - This was my second stay at this apartment, and it was just as convenient and comfortable as it was last year when I visited. I liked that the host has added a small selection of drinks in the fridge (for a cheap fee) It was pouring rain when I got inside and I didn't want to turn around and run back out just to buy water, so this was a handy new feature of this place. Like last year, the host provided very clear video instrucutions as to how to find the building, along with clear instructions to retrieve the key. This makes self check-in and check-out a breeze. The place itself was clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend this apartment!

• Elena (7/5): Good - There was food left from the previous tourists so we could make coffee in the morning. The opening in the bathroom sink was not covered, so the cap of my paste fell and stuck in the pipe so we had to call them, and the guy came and spent quit a time to extract the pay. Also, she sent the message to leave the payment at 9.56 p.m. although I could pay that guy. I was under the impression that my credit card was charged.So I found about payment not made only on the bus to Shkodra. So when we returned back 3vdays after I had to wait for this guy yo come for 45 minutes to pay.

• Siiri (8/5): Comfortable and well-equipped nest close to the centre of Tirana - This apartment is quite well located in relation to the city centre, and close to the market and a range of small shops and cafes. It was quiet and comfortable with good facilities and equipment, plus a supply of essentials if you arrive late. There is a small balcony where meals can be enjoyed to the sounds of the city. The owner provides plenty of small touches to make you feel at home. A place you would recommend and be happy to come back to in the future. Since the owner was not there at the check-in, the location and key safe need to be described more easily than via video format. Not everyone uses social media or the various video apps, but almost everyone has access to emails. Maybe a small map to locate the property precisely, and simple instructions, with a couple of photos, for obtaining the key and locating the apartment inside the building. This is quite normal for many apartments we have booked, especially as the key safe used here is now a standard and common one, so people will be familiar with them.

• İlknur (7/5): Price performance place, don't keep your expectations high. - The house was generally clean and the location was close to Iskender Bey Square. The house was heated with air conditioning. The air conditioner was very old and noisy. We couldn't get warm enough and had to hear the sound of the air conditioner all night. The house was an old house, the kitchen utensils were old, but it was not a problem since we did not need to use it.
• Jorge (8/5): Very good - The spaciousness, the comfort, the size of the house, how helpful the hosts were and the quiet location of the residence Even though, it's not exactly related to the house or its hosts, the immediate streets near the house are dirty, very dark and at night, gives the very subjective feeling of being unsafe. Just something to take into account, especially if it rains or it's cold weather.

• Andy (8/5): comfortable room with 1single and 1 dbl bed, bathroom, balcony and kitchen - Paid 25 euro per night - the host is very sociable and willing to support. always answers to whatsapp messages on time bathroom shower area is dirty, really mouldy kitchen looks like after the war balcony door was broken, it would not lock - I had to lower the heavy window blinders to make sure thieves will not be able to enter the flat through the balcony

• Ashley (10/5): A lovely apartment in Tirana - The apartment is centrally-located, yet on quiet side street which makes it ideal for silence at night. You can reach Skanderbeg Square on foot in under 10 minutes, and the neighbourhood offers all sorts of services for visitors (currency exchange, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and so on) Check-in was very easy thanks to detailed instructions and directions from the owners, and check-out was equally hassle-free. The apartment itself was perfectly clean, nicely-furnished and well-equipped. The building also feels quite secure, which is a significant factor for a solo female traveler like myself. I would suggest this apartment to anyone visiting Tirana. The value for money is great, and you will enjoy a comfortable stay!

The flat was clean, well equipped, near enough to the center of the city (10min walk or less...) in a calm area. All went as expected and even more. Thanks! I'd use warmer lights (the lamps were bold white and that subtracts a bit from the "home feeling"), and nothing else, it was really good... Maybe the common parts of the building should be kept a bit better, but that's not a fault of the flat owner for sure.
