Leart (10/5): An amazing, spacious, and modern studio that is easily one of the top choices in Tirana. - This was honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed in Tirana. The studio is absolutely amazing it feels brand new and is exceptionally clean. I was really impressed by how much space there was; it felt very open and comfortable. Also, the bed was high-quality and provided a great night's sleep, which made the stay even better. Everything was perfect. I have no complaints at all about the studio or the experience.

It was quite noisy but other than that the studio was really nice. The staff were nice and friendly and the spa facilities were 10/10. It’s €10 if you stay there and you get 10% off the massages too Just the noise you can hear from upstairs and outside when someone enters of exits their room and the clock was quite loud when your trying to sleep. However other than that it’s an amazing place

La pisicine et spa sont un réel plus, il est seulement important de noter qu’elle est réservée pour des cours pour enfants en semaine de 16h à 20h, information dont je n’ai pas eu connaissance, ce qui m’a valut une très grande déception de ma fille à notre arrivée. Mais le personnel a été très agréable.

The apartments are quiet and if you would like to go to the center of Tirana it's a quick ride or walk over. The location is great for food, groceries and hospitals. The staff is professional and absolutely lovely. The host is a serious man that has boundaries. is professional, provides clear instructions on how to access the building and is focused on his work.

Park yeri ücretsiz ve çok genişti, yatak geniş ve rahattı.Yatağa çıkan merdivenler biraz dikti ama bizim için sorun olmadı. Bize verilen oda zemin kat bir oda ve sokağa baktığı için biraz rahatsız olduk.Yoldan geçen araçların sesi geliyordu.

To get to the bed, you had to go up a very steep set of stairs. It felt rather dangerous going to the bathroom at night.

Even though the specific studio number is indicated, the images may show a sofa or a sofa bed, while in actual sense it's only a single armchair included.

Maayan (5/5): No pool, no spa, and barely a hotel - The room was quite clean and the bed was ok Everything else. Firstly, it's called a spa and pool hotel, and what it is is an apartment complex in the second floor of a building that has a pool and some wellness facilities in the first floor. The use of the pool and said facilities is not free but at a 'reducted price" of 10 euros a visit. The room was quite small, smaller than the pictures make it out to be, with no place sit comfortably - though the bed area was nice. The bathroom had some plumbing problem and it stank. There is nothing in the kitchen - not one tea bag, not salt. The kitchenware is limited - one service knife was provided. The 4th wall is glass and looks out to the buildings back yard, where neighbors sit and have loud chats. The walls are thin and if you have a couple on their honeymoon in the next room, you will wake up in interesting ways. All in all, the problem the hotel is just not what it is made out to be by the name and pictures. Considering it's cleanliness and the comfortable bed area, t's not such a bad stay for what I've paid, but I still felt cheated.

If we had any questions we reached out to him and replied very fast. we thought that access to SPA is free to guests as shown in the pictures. However, SPA is located separately from the residences and you have to pay for entry. You may be eligible for a small discount though.

Un seul fauteuil pour 2 c’est pas évident pour se reposer, pourtant on avait une chambre soit disant en « surclassement ». Des couverts pour une seule personne, ce n’est pas suffisant. On a pas eu les 2 lits doubles ?

Paweł (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja jeżeli chcemy zapoznać się bardziej z osiedlowym klimatem Tirany, aniżeli ścisłym, turystycznym centrum, a mimo to mieć do niego niedaleko. Świetny gospodarz Marjo, który był dostępny prawie 24/7 i odpowiedział na wszelkie pytania, a nawet więcej. Duże i wygodne łóżka oraz klimatyzacja na plus Bardzo uboga kuchnia, jeśli ktoś chciałby preparować tam posiłki czy większą ilość napoi. Nie wszędzie było czysto, a wspomniany w ogłoszeniu spa/fitness/basen, przez który wybór padł właśnie na ten najem jest dodatkowo płatny, o czym nie było w ogłoszeniu (dla użytkowników noclegu 10 EUR/osoba)

Natalia (10/5): - Piękne wnętrza, wwszystko czyściutkie, bardzo wygodne łóżko! Sauny exstra, szkoda tylko, że trzeba za nie dodarkowo płacić. Self Check-in na plus. Sauny i jacuzzi mogłyby być w cenie hotelu. Jacuzzi było zimne, a basen jest tylko posrtowy, więc jak ktoś nie lubi saun i łaźnie, to nie ma z czego skorzystać.

MICHAEL (10/5): Full SPA & Luxury comfort....Value for money - Everything about it. The rooms, the spa facility, swimming pool and more. Value for money. If you visit Tirana, you should check it out.
Giorgio (1/5): Trappola per turisti - Spa Che dire: la classica truffa per turisti con foto bellissime ma realtà tutt'altro. Iniziamo dalle camere che sono un buco anche per solo due persone, bagno piccolissimo, divano idem e per nulla insonorizzate come invece dicevano. Infatti di mattina siamo stati svegliati da alcuni turisti poco attenti. Inoltre la scala che porta al soppalco è pericolosissima e si rischia di scivolare facilmente e farsi molto male. Sicuramente sconsigliato a chi ha piu di 30 anni Capitolo cortesia dell'host: sotto zero, poche indicazioni e volutamente sbagliate (come il fatto che la domenica la spa chiuda prima ma non l'ha volutamente detto per incassare comunque) e ciliegina sulla torta siamo stati svegliati con insistenza per essere pagati. Capitolo spa sicuramente bella e ben fatta soprattutto punto aggiuntivo il fatto che offrano tutto il necessario (ciabatte, cuffia e accapatoio) ma molto scivolosa. Sicuramente non vale quanto chiedono

Tanguy (3/5): Jolie mais bruyant - Super structure si elle était entretenue de personnel est très agréable et réactif au problème. Gros problème de bruit et d'odeur dans la salle de bain remonter des goûts qui cache le séjour. Nous avons entendu 24 heures sur 24 les moteurs de clim qui vous dérange pour dormir.

Alqi (8/5): Budget friendly even for Albanians, 20 Euro/night close to highway... - Location was hard to find, but it had its own parking. All was very good/perfect for the money, but the room has the bed on second level.Older people would have problem going up the inside room stairs are like 45 degree If you turn on the heat, the dry air goes up and you might awake to get water... My room is not recommended for older people of those that have problems climbing verystip stairs. Cleaness, parking, kitchenette, bathroom, bed, PRICE, not on the road so no noise, access to food, bars and restaurants, close to the big freeway for quick drive to the airport or traveling in other cities.

Casey (7/5): Very easy check-in, lovely spa below the property, highly recommend - The shower was great, I loved how close it was to the spa, the spa was awesome too. Such friendly staff!! The bed was amazing, so so comfy and the pillows. Black out curtains were a great touch too. Loved having our own shower slippers provided in the apartment as well. Lots of storage space downstairs for 2 people. Great touch with the safe in the wardrobe as well. The check-in process was very easy and simple. Thank you Franc & team! It would've been good to have more utensils and bigger glasses and warmer lighting at the property. When you've had the electric hob on, it burns your fingers when you try to change the temperature. There wasn't a good view either, just some other flats. In my personal opinion, the sofa was uncomfortable and didn't have any pillows. I think providing basic things like oil, salt & pepper, teabags and some biscuits would be a great touch too. But these are my personal preferences when travelling and staying at apartments. We honestly had a great time and would recommend it despite these things :)
