• ANA (9/5): - La ubicación es excepcional. El apartamento es muy acogedor y nos gustó mucho. Solo un pero. Las toallas. Éramos 4, cuándo llegamos solo había 4 toallas pequeñas, de lavabo. Contactamos con Mike que nos indicó donde conseguir más, pero no sé si fue que en ese momento concreto no había, pero solo conseguimos 2 toallas de tamaño ducha. Ha sido un poco incómodo.

• Shannon (9/5): - The location of the property is excellent, near many of the old town sights, yet in a quiet back courtyard.
• Ulrich (8/5): Location top mit Verbesserungpotential in der Ausstattung - Die Lage der location. Von hier aus kann man in 30 Gehminuten alle relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten - inkl. Burg - erreichen. Die Altbauwohnung hat Charme (z.B. hohe Decken), der aber leider nicht so wirklich gefördert wird. Es gab schmutziges Geschirr in den Schränken. Die erwähnte Kaffeemaschine war nur mit Tabs zu bedienen (kein Vorabhinweis). Nach suchen haben wir unter den Putzsachen einen Plastikkaffeefilter gefunen - jedoch keine Kaffeekanne. Es gibt keine zwei Esszimmerstühle für den 80x80cm Esstisch (Modell Garten Bistro Tisch ohne Tischdecke). Lediglich 3 "Barhocker" in der Küche, Im Bad (125cm Badewanne zum Duschen im stehen) gibt es keinerlei Badvorleger um die unvermeidbare kleine Überschwemmung aufzufangen. Die Jalousien verdunkeln nicht wirklich. Geschirrhandtücher Mangelware.

• Noora (9/5): Characteristic peaceful stay - Perfectly quiet place to stay, with basic kitchen amenities.Lots of space and beautiful views. I would change the pillows and linen to better quality if I lived there longer ☺️ Some carpets and old furniture (not ikea) would make a huge difference, but that's just bonus. Didn't realize at first that you need to put heating on if you're there in autumn. First night was a bit chilly 🙂 A moka pot would also be awesome!
• Anna (7/5): Perfect Location, But Be Ready for Parking Costs and Short Showers - The location is unbeatable if you want to explore the old part of Prague on foot — everything is just around the corner. The area is quiet, and the apartment has most of the essentials a traveler needs. It also carries the unique charm of an old house, which adds to the experience of staying in the historical center. Parking in the old city is extremely pricey. Have realistic expectations if you’re traveling by car — it’s definitely not €30 per day as mentioned in the listing, at least not if you want to park nearby. We ended up parking at Palladium shopping center, which cost 2200 CZK (around €90) for 48 hours — officially the most expensive parking in my life! You might find something cheaper, but it won’t be as close. Definitely research parking options in advance. Also, the apartment was already a bit chilly at the beginning of October, so I can imagine it could get quite cold in winter. Another issue is that the hot water runs out quickly because it’s powered by a small boiler — fine for one or two showers, but not more in a row.

• Olena (10/5): - Тихий двор , замечательное расположение, очень близко до центра , в квартире чисто , есть моющее средства . Есть классный потолочный вентилятор , очень охлаждает. Квартиру найти не сложно , очень хорошая инструкция . Хозяин очень хороший и отзывчивый , отвечает на смс в букинге быстро Нет шампуни и геля для душа . Постельное было с пятнами , но оно было постирано , слышен был аромат порошка.
• HELENE (7/5): Bien mais... - Endroit très calme et idéalement situé. Arrivée et départ très simple. Fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir. Manque de vaisselle et ustensiles pour cuisiner. Pas de minimum alimentaire : sel, huile...L'endroit pour manger dans la cuisine n'est pas très chaleureux. J'avais vu dans le descriptif qu'il y avait un lave linge mais ce n'était pas le cas.

• Beverley (8/5): Prague old town is on the doorstep. - Fantastic locatuon. Quiet, yet close to everything needed for a great trip. Nice pub opposite, and a small store on the corner. Felt safe, which was important to me travelling alone. Lovely bright flat, with lots of interesting art/photos on the walls. There were no plugs in the sinks and bath. The shower is part of the bath taps. Basically I couldn't have a bath, and it was messy having a shower trying to hold onto the shower head with one hand and bathing/washing hair with the other. Only hand soap was provided. There were a few cast off toiletries left by previous visitors, but this wasn't ideal.

• Nj86 (4/5): Good location but we would not stay in this apartment again. - Clear instructions were left on how to get into the property. The location was perfect. It felt secure and tucked away from the hustle and bustle but also wasn't too far away from anything either. A local convenience store was a minute's walk away from the property. Nice cafes, eateries and bars were just around the corner and the old town was just a 10-15 minute walk away. A £44 cleaning fee was included in our charge yet the property doesn't look or smell like it has been cleaned in a long time. It was very dusty and really set my sinuses off. It also had a fustiness to it, almost like people have smoked in there in the past. There is black mould in the bathroom too and the towels stunk so bad we felt like we eeded another shower after we had used them. Towels aren't expensive and neither is hiring cleaners, so it feels a bit of an insult to be charged £44 for cleaning when the basics clearly hadn't been done. The property generally looks well in need of a refurb and update as, if we're been honest, it felt more like a squat out of Trainspotting than a nice place to stay. Which is a shame, because it sits within a beutiful building. We were also surprised to see they didn't stock the 'essentials' for their guests, (salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc) which, from our experience of many trips, most accommodation providers supply these days. The host also messaged us to keep the noise down in the corridors, which annoyed my wife and I, especially as we had been quiet and respectable the whole trip. Surely fact-check before making accusations? We heard lots of general banging coming from other apartments, possibly above, so we got the feeling he was blaming the wrong people!

• James (8/5): Very good - Host Michal was responsive to emails and texts. When I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment on Saturday night at 8 pm, Michal drove to the old town within 30 minutes to give me an extra key. He was courteous and friendly despite the inconvenient hour. The apartment was exactly as represented and a good value. Great location. I could not figure out how to use the coffee machine.

• Olexkoin (8/5): it was great, we recomend it for short term stay in the heat of Prague - the best heart old city location, old town spirit, cozy, quiet, nice communicate owner we have only one key, for our family we had to extra manage our time. it would be nice if we have some pieces of capsules for coffee machine, sugar.
• Vanja (9/5): Very nice place to stay, perfect location, the host has sent all information on time. - The location is perfect, the city center, walking distance to main touristic points. The bathroom should not have a heating switch on/off mode as it was quite a cold place.
• Iwans (8/5): Good choice for the money but literally cold for winter days - It was very comfortable apartment with 2 separated rooms, good enough for 3-5 persons. Located in the few minutes from city center, very good location. We stayed in the apartment during cold days, but heating was not good enough to heat our rooms, we were freezing during the evening and over the night. Host has implemented some wireless system to save the electricity, maybe it is good for his bills but for guests it is very cold, especially for children.
