• Thukral (1/5): WORST experience- Avoid at all cost. - Collecting keys was a nightmare. Firstly, I was given a wrong address to pick up the keys and then the keys given to me were not working. I could not enter the property for 2 hours before someone just let us barge in. The Host refused to show up and cut our call when we asked for help- HORRIBLE We didn’t like anything. The host dealing with us was the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my years of history of travel. She was rude and demeaning us when we showed our concerns. Gave us the wrong address to pick the keys and was not at all apologetic. Refused us any kind of help when we were stuck outside the property. Later on found out that the lock was not working which we figured out after owner of other property in the building helped his guests which we were refused! Was refused keys even 15 mins before the check in time(3pm). Wasted our first day of the trip just on getting into the property. PS- the property is nothing like you see in the photos. It is very old property with dim and broken lights. Broken doors of toilet and bathroom and terrible water heating. No basic facilities in the kitchen including a broken electric kettle.

• Sushmita (3/5): One of the most disappointing stays that I'll never forget - Only the location was excellent The whole stay was terrible. Stayed here for 2 nights with family. To begin with, they made a €228 charge on my credit card, and then messaged me to pay the rest of the €500 in cash. I messaged that I don't carry cash and will not carry any and asked if that'd be a problem. Very conveniently, they didn't reply to that. And then completely ignoring that message, they gave me details to collect the keys. They made us pay in cash and said that they didn't see my message about not wanting to pay in cash, saying the message was automated, which already made me and my family feel unsafe with the lack of truthfulness. The key collection place was in a different location from the stay. A 15 min walk, which is not bad, but if you're getting in tired after a day's journey, and if you're going with family, that can be very inconvenient. In addition, it took a while to even figure out how to get into the house. It was like a junkyard to get into the house. And there are no lifts, so it's some flight of stairs of carrying your luggage. If you reach after 10 pm, you have to pay €30 which we did. This was told upfront, but it felt like a ripoff given all the nonsense we had to go through. We were a group of 7 (including 2 kids), and they didn't have enough toilet rolls to last us the last day. And the washer wasn't working. If it weren't for the historical and artful scenes the city had to offer, this would've been a complete waste of money. Stay away from this property, unless you're okay with poor service and expensive stay.

• Antonios (9/5): Superb - We loved the location (10 minute walk from the coty center), the apartment was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only bad thing is that there wasn't any pods/detergent for the washing machine.
• Yaser (2/5): Very poor - it was one of the worst place I ever been… the building doesn’t have lights and I sent photos down there shows that the building wires all showing in pictures… plus one of my Daughters fall down at night because it’s dark and couldn’t see the Stairs. thank you.
