• Mihaela (9/5): Bun pentru city break - Proprietatea este foarte bine poziționată, aproape de mijloacele de transport și de magazinul Lidl, ceea ce a fost foarte convenabil. Apartamentul a fost curat în general, deși lenjeria putea fi mai bine pregătită. Un mare plus a fost sistemul de check-in, foarte util și comod. A fost totul in regula.
• Judil Dennis (9/5): Spacious, neat and well equipped - The room was very spacious and neat and had all the amenities mentioned. The beds were cozy and linen clean. Staying 3 nights with kids wasn't an issue at all. They also had a common laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is a Lidl supermarket on the basement and a small shop near the Tram stop. The tram station is close by and has direct access to the main train station (Tram no: 9). We took a cab to the airport and it was also only a 20 to 30 min ride. A bit of instructions on using the dryer would have been better.
• GoogleGuide (7/5): Sauber, aber sehr eng und laut für Familien - Sauberkeit Sehr laut im 1. EG – man hört ständig Autos, sogar mit Ohrstöpseln. Ich würde die Wohnung meinen Freunden leider nicht für einen entspannten Urlaub empfehlen. Für eine Reise zu dritt mit Familie ist sie auch zu eng, da zwischen Bett und Küche nur ein paar Zentimeter Platz bleiben, um vorbeizukommen.

• ATTILA (8/5): Összességében jól éreztük magunkat. - Csendes helyen található, a tömegközlekedés nagyon jól szervezett, saját parkoló a mélygarázsban, üzlet (LIDL) az épületben. A parkoló bérleti díját cash-ben kérik, de ezt csak közvetlen az indulás előtt küldött üzenetben közli a szállásadó. Azt többször tudatja hogy a helyszínen kell rendezni, de azt hogy CASH-ben nem. Jó lett volna tudni, mert így kb egy órát keresgéltünk Győrben pénzváltót.

• Maria Raluca Zagoneanu (10/5): Highly recommended in Prague - We spent 3 nights in a family studio, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need even for a long stay. There is a washing machine, large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. The space was enough for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment is conveniently located next to a Lidl, 10 minutes by tram or car to the center . We found the location quite not noisy. Paid parking was also a plus A little big too much check in instuctions. The soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn''t working.

Also Lidl located just on a ground floor of the building.

• Riëtte (8/5): Praktisch appartement - Schoon, dichtbij Lidl en ov. Wasmaxhine en balkon Instructies waren ingewikkeld en er zaten geen foto's bij, zoals wel in de mail werd gezegd. Daardoor veel gedoe om binnen te komen. Uitzicht op de stad was op een braakliggend terrein. Veel lawaai van sirenes.

There is a Lidl shop in the same building which it's also a great advantage. Check in process and communication was smooth and easy. Overall it offers great value for the price. There are small signs of wear, but nothing that could spoil the stay.

• Slav (8/5): Mostly possitive with few negative impressions. - Good comunication with the host. Small but clean and tidy place. Everything you need is available. LIDL shop is literally in the building ten steps away from the main door. Our place was 1st floor facing a busy crossroad and the noise was quite loud during the day. The windows are new but the noise gets through and there's nothing to be done. Quite hot during the day if the weather is sunny, no AC included.

• Valentina (4/5): Peccato, per me da dimenticare!!! - Il letto, cucina abbastanza completa. Molto comodo essendo al 5° piano l'ascensore. Terrazzo, se lo avessi potuto usare, visto che era su una strada poco trafficata!!! Purtroppo diverse cose, la porta del terrazzo era stata rotta dal cliente precedente!!! Ci è stato messo tipo una serratura in plastica per aprire e chiudere la porta, però se per sbaglio si girava la maniglia rotta non si poteva uscire sul terrazzo o nemmeno arieggiare l'appartamento (cosa che ci è successa, quindi non abbiamo potuto andare sul terrazzo per 4 giorni)P.S. l'uomo che ci ha accolto aveva assicurato, che la mattina successiva ossia martedi, veniva a riparare la maniglia, mai venuto la a ripararla in 5 gg di soggiorno. La chiave dell'appartamento doveva essere ritiritabile come da messaggio privato della struttura per mia richiesta personale visto che ero arrivata a Praga alle 8 del mattina e la struttura aveva data disponibilità di ritiro delle stessa, dalle 13 in poi.. noi siamo arrivati alle 13.45, le chiavi non c'erano, abbiamo dovuto chiamare il gestore della struttura (arrivato nell'arco di 5 minuti). Nella descrizione c'era scritto che erano presenti prodotti da bagno (bagnoschiuma e shampoo)ma purtroppo non c'erano, così ho dovuto scendere sotto casa dove c'è una Lidl, per acquistare quello che mancava. Lo scarico della doccia non funzionava bene, per far scendere l'acqua bisognava farsi la doccia con la piletta non presente sopra lo scarico, perchè non scaricava bene. In cucina mancavano pentole per cucinarsi qualcosa, diciamo che serve a poco avere la piastra ad induzione senza le pentole!!!

• Erdi (7/5): Good location and price, but several inconveniences. - The location is very good. Lidl grocery store is right next to the apartments and is open from 7:00 to 22:00, which is very convenient. It is also very easy and pleasant to take the tram to the Old Town; it takes around 15–20 minutes. Overall, for the price, it is a nice place, especially because of the location. However, there are several inconveniences, so it is good to keep in mind that you get what you pay for. We did not really like the check-in procedure. It is a self-check-in, and together with the parking instructions, there were too many details to follow. Parking costs 15 euros; you need to put it into a box. I had to put 20 euros x because I did not have exact change. Also, during the self-check-in process, nobody asks for identity documents. This made us feel a little worried about safety, as it seemed that anyone could stay there without proper control. Another issue is that the apartment is right next to a road, so the car noise can be quite disturbing. The day we stayed, the room was very hot because it was a sunny day. I asked about air conditioning, and instead of simply saying that there was no AC, I received a message explaining that AC was not listed anywhere, suggesting that we open the windows and implying that the weather was not actually hot. The response felt unnecessary, as I was only asking whether AC exists. The kitchen stove was also a bit unusual. It heats the pan directly rather than the hob, and our travel kettle did not work on it, so we could not really use the kitchen as we had planned.

• Mauro (8/5): - Semplice da trovare e per scaricare le valigie attraverso il supermercato. Parcheggi gratuiti sulla strada. Comodo il supermercato sotto casa. Vicino ai mezzi pubblici. Eravamo un po' in ritardo con il check out e ci è stata fatta inutile pressione visto che c'erano altri appartamenti da sistemare.

• Ildikó (9/5): - Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közel a belvaroshoz, a villamos 2 percre van. Jobb letenni az autót, foglalni helyet a parkolóházban és tömegközlekedéssel menni a városba. A lakás egy szobája egy belső udvarra nézett, a többi szoba utcafronti, az kicsit hangosabb, de nem zavaróan. A lakás tiszta, megfelelően felszerelt.

• Andrea (10/5): Appartamento che rispecchia fedelmente le aspettative. - Molti sono gli aspetti che mi sono piaciuti: in primis la pulizia riscontrata ed i numerosi servizi offerti nell'appartamento. Chiare le istruzioni per accedere alla struttura e recuperare le chiavi di accesso. Zona molto tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, con un supermercato nello stesso fabbricato. Sinceramente non trovo nessun aspetto che non mi sia piaciuto.

• Svetoslav (10/5): Отличен - Много добра локация, на няколко крачки от спирката на автобус 191, който е директен от летището, на метри от трамвайна спирка с доста линии в посока център и забележителности. Изключително чист и уютен апартамент с всичко необходимо за кратък или по-дълъг престой. Лесна комуникация с домакина относно настаняване и напускане. При следващо пътуване до Прага, дори не бих търсил друго място за настаняване.
• David Klimek (6/5): - Na trase tramvaje, nová budova, novodobý design. Byt číslo 9, jediné okno je do křižovatky a protože je to první patro, jdou všechny splodiny a hluk od automobilů přímo do okna. Pokud zavřu okno, nastane rozdílná situace kdy uslyšíte hodně silný hluk od vnitřní ventilace, která nejde vypnout. Byt číslo 23 byl lepší, protože v pokoji s kuchyní je zase silný rušivý hluk od lednice, která sice funguje, ale asi už je před smrtí a dává to o sobě silně vědět. Pokud bych měl znova pobyt v kora, budu chtít záruky, že ubytování nebude vykazovat nedostatky, které nejsou uvedeny v popisu ubytování.
• Marketa (10/5): Pohodlné a čisté ubytování co by kamenem dohodil od centra města - Pohodlné, a čisté ubytování. Velmi prakticky zařízené a vybavené. Prostorný apartmán a překvapivě prostorný a útulný balkon. Komunikace ze strany provozovatele velmi přehledná a orientace byla bez problému. Jediný drobný detail - Bez příplatku za parkování může být hledání parkovacího místa problém.

• Ilian (7/5): Good accomodation in a good location, but needs better maintenance. - The location is excellent. The apartment is in a new building less than 50 meters aways from a tram stop with 4 lines to the centrum and 24h service. There is a direct bus (191) to the airport too. There is LIDL supermarket in the same building. Our biggest problem was the constant smell of fried fish coming from the kitchen aspirator. Some guests before us had fried fish in the kitchenette, and the aspirator filters had never been changed, accumulating cooking attempts for months. The walls were scratched and needed redecoration. The "Deluxe studio" has no balcony. There is no simple convenience for smokers outside the building.

• Zoltán (9/5): - Nagyszerű,nagyon jó helyen van.A közelben villamos- busz megàlló.Az épületben egy Lidl működik,papucsban àt lehet sétàlni .Ez a legnagyobb talàlmàny! :) Közvetlen kontakt nélküli kulcs àtadás tökéletesen működött. A mélygaràzsból nem tudtunk közvetlenül lifttel felmenni az apartmanokhoz,csak a Lidl üzletén keresztül !.Ez elég kellemetlen volt.A lépcsőhàz liftet chip-es ajtó választotta el,amit chip hiànyàban nem tudtunk nyitni.Ezt leszàmítva tökéletes szàllàs!
• Claudia (8/5): Sauberes schönes Appartement - Die Nähe zur Straßenbahn, es war sauber und der Check in und Check out ist sehr einfach mit dem Schlüsselfach. Im Haus ist der Lidl, dort kann man sich mit Kaffee und Frühstück eindecken. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man in der Altstadt und an der Karlsbrücke. Im Parkhaus vom Lidl befindet sich auch der Stellplatz, den man aber vorbestellen muss da es nur ein paar Parkplätze gibt. Direkt am Hotel ist eine große viel befahrene Straße. Mit Fenster offen ist es sehr laut. Mit geschlossenen Fenster ist es aber so heiß da, wenn wie bei uns den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint, die Wohnung sich sehr aufheizt. Es gibt aber eine Klimaanlage.

• Maria I (8/5): Nice and relaxing stay in the beautiful city of Praha - The apartment was clean, the location was good as the tram stop is nearby as well as the bus stop to go to the airport. There is also a Lidl next to the apartment which was very convenient. The communication with the staff was good, as they responded quickly and clearly. Our apartment had a small internal patio surrounded by walls so it didn’t have natural light.
• JUNAID (6/5): Ok for short term - Location and cleanliness Bed was not comfortable, no extra pillows and the one which was provided was not comfortable. The mattress was hard but ok. Internett connection is slow, it took time for tv to connect as connection was slow which is irritating. There is no exhaust systemet over burner stov. Entrence to aprtment it says wrong thst u have to pull the door towards u. Door opens to push it away from you not towards urself. Rest was good
• Kristina (9/5): Хубав, много чист апартамент, добро съотношение цена - качество. - Местоположението е добро - близо до трамвайна спирка и спирка на автобус, който ходи до летището. Чисто и спретнато, в кухнята имаше всичко необходимо. Няма асансьор и трябваше да вдигам тежкия куфар 20-тина стълби, за да стигна до стаята. Храдилникът беше изключително шумен - включваше се и се изключваше на определено време и ме будеше през нощта.
• María del Valle (10/5): A 15 minutos del centro - Instalaciones muy limpias, nuevas y bien equipadas (tienen una lavadora y secadora en la planta). La parada del tranvía a dos minutos que lleva al centro en 15 minutos (pasan con mucha frecuencia). Un Lidl en la puerta que abre de 7:00 a 22:00. Responden rápidamente ante cualquier duda.
• Tomáš (8/5): Velmi dobré ubytování v interiéru, ale budova nepřátelská. - Velmi čisté a pohodlné. Skvělé vybavení. Parking. Velmi komplikované podmínky pro zaparkování a vstup do objektu. Apartmán luxusní, budova děsivá. Betonový bunkr, nelidská architektura. Složitý systém vstupu, všechny dveře na čip.

• Igor (9/5): - Современные хорошо оборудованные апартаменты в новом доме. Частная парковка в гараже за отдельную плату очень пригодилась. Инструкция по заселению была очень подробной, проблем не возникло. Рядом остановка трамваев, до главных туристических мест - 20 минут езды, очень удобно!

• Rebeka (7/5): Rövid tartózkodásra tökéletes választás - Jó elhelyezkedés, az hogy a Lidl közvetlenül a szállás mellett van, egy kellemes bónusz. A hűtő nagyon hangos, éjszaka zavaró volt. A szálláson nagyon meleg volt, a hőmérsékletet nem tudtuk szabályozni.

• Boriana (10/5): Световен шампионат по фигурно пързаляне, Прага 2026 - Студиото беше много уютно, топло, чисто, с всичко необходимо за престоя. В близост много удобен транспорт до центъра на града. Сградата е на тихо място, в непосредствена близост има голям хранителен магазин. Всичко съответстваше на описанието и снимките. Следващият път без съмнение бих избрала Кора апартаментс.
