• Ji Hye (1/5): Bad, disappointed - The location was close to places we wanted to visit. We wanted to have a comfortable trip in Prague with my family. However, one of the bathrooms smelled so bad and the fan would not work. When we requested to fix the fan, they sent someone who couldn't communicate and asked us to talk to the manager. We had to put a towel in front of the bathroom so that smell would not come out in the kitchen. We were also shocked by the washing machine detergent dispenser...(see the photo) I had to wipe, sanitize, and wash the whole dispenser because we could use the washing machine since we booked the place to wash our clothes during our trip. The electric kettle was so dirty and they came to exchange this with a new one one the second day. We chose to stay here because they had two bathrooms for five adults and one toddler. However, we had to share one bathroom for five adults and a toddler during our stay. This was the worst experience I had with Booking.com and we do not wish to even visit Prague in the future because of this. Very disappointed and ruined our trip.
• Stonawski (10/5): - Genialne miejsce w Pradze. Super mieszkanie, dwie łazienki, część sypialna oddzielona od salonu i kuchni. Winda. Super kontakt z Właścicielami - dyskretny, ale pewny i bezproblemowy. Czuliśmy się odpowiednio zaopiekowani. I przede wszystkim blisko wszystkich atrakcyjnych miejsc w Pradze. Gorąco polecam. W małej łazience marna wentylacja, ale wystarczy po myciu zostawić drzwi otwarte i nie ma problemu.

• Penny (9/5): Cosy and comfortable stay in the apartment. Feels like our home away from home. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospi - There’s lift access directly to the apartment. The kitchenette was fully equipped cones with oven and full range of cooking utensils. There’s a washing machine with dryer which was most helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Comes with two bathrooms which was convenient for four persons. WiFi and heating work very well. Requires some walking to access the tram & bus stops. A little detour and effort required to pick up the key near the train station before heading to the apartment.

(8/5): Heerlijk ontspannen in hartje Praag met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. - Het apartement is ruim en goed geoutilleerd, een prima lift naar de 4e etage, ligt aan een rustige straat en het ligt op een uitstekende plek om het centrum in te lopen of met ieder openbaar vervoer naar plekken verder weg te gaan. Op loopafstand zijn prima restaurants en supermarkten. De hosts zijn heel attent en reageren steeds heel snel. De oplevering was een beetje slordig (klokken die niet lopen en andere kleinigheden) maar het enige dat me echt tegenviel was dat de bank heel oncomfortabel was en de stoelen bij de tafel al behoorlijk doorgezeten waren.

Appartamento buono con tutti i comfort e tutti i servizi. La consegna chiavi. Questo sarebbe da migliorare. Per avere le chiavi,1,5 km andata e 1,5 km al ritorno a piedi,e in una città che non conosci è un andicap.

• Magdi Nassar (10/5): - The apartment was really nice. Spacious and very very well equipped. The neighborhood is very quite at night. In the heart of Prague, walkable distance to everywhere to the extent that you don't need metro tickets at all. Alex was very helpful and nice, responds quickly and helped us a lot during our stay. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Prague. Nothing, everything is just great.

• Shane (10/5): 3 night stay at Riverside apartment - The area was great. The apartment was big enough for a small family to spend time together comfortably. Single matrasses on a double bed was a bit annoying, but this was the least of our issues. The couch is very hard and uncomfortable.
• Hoda (10/5): - Everything was very clean – the sheets, the house, and the overall environment. The location was great, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The host also provided many helpful suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the city. In my opinion, it was an excellent stay. 10 out of 10!
• Olena (10/5): - Очень просторная квартира, идеальная чистота, наличие кухонного блока, комфортно, уютно. Апартаменты находятся в пешей доступности до основных достопримечательностей старого города и реки. Выходные провели замечательно. заселение в апартаменты в 16.00.

• David (9/5): We had a great stay overall. - Marthy's Kitchen and SmetanaQ were both excellent local breakfast locations. Another excellent very local must visit is the Pravoslavny katedrálni chrám sv Cyrila a Metodeje where the soldiers who assassinated Nazi leader Reinhard Heydrich fought their last stand. The only issue was that we arrived quite late at night and it wasn't clear at all how to use the key provided to us by our transfer driver to enter the property. Or even which property was the one we needed to get into. Would suggest requesting as much detail as possible about the process for entering the property the first time, especially if you are arriving out of office hours.

• Jen (10/5): Great apartment in excellent location close to old town - The apartment location is excellent, on a quiet street but within 10 minutes walk of the old town and main sites of interest. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. As you are situated on the edge of the old town, there is less noise from all the hen/stag parties so we had peaceful nights. The apartment has everything you would need and two bathrooms which is very handy to have. All amenities were provided such as tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. We didn't watch the tv but it was nice to have a lounge area with sofa and table. Just some very minor things, but not anything that would put me off staying here again. I feel there was some attention needed to some of the maintainance in the apartment. For example some of the walls could do with a clean or fresh coat of paint as there were dirty marks, and the bathroom doors both were very difficult to open and close and became stuck. There could have been more toilet roll provided for a 3 night stay. We received 2 towels each but no handtowels for the bathrooms or bathmats. The beds were quite hard (although that is a personal preference). We had to pick the keys up from the office, which could be inconvenient for some, a key safe or door code at the apartment itself would be much better. As the office was next to the train station where we were arriving to, it wasn't too inconvenient for us, but if you are arriving from the airport and have to go first to the office then to the apartment it might be more tricky as you have to go through traffic to get to the apartment if you arrive during rush hour. It's made very clear in the booking intructions that these are the arrangements for getting the keys so you know in advance and can decide if you can accept this. You can also store your luggage at the office which is a bonus and the hosts were friendly and helpful

• Nila (10/5): Everything was perfect - The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need for a living. The beds were so comfortable 😌. The location was just perfect. We never used any of the transportation, as we could go anywhere by walking. I would recommend this apartment to everyone. I just would like to add some slippers to wear in the apartment.
