• Magdalena (8/5): - Działające kaloryfery i grzejnik w łazience. Więc było ciepło. A noce były jednak chłodne. Duże łóżko. Czysta pościel. Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo dobre. Było wszystko co trzeba :) Informacja o tym, że będzie to dobudówka do bloku, z oknami na parterze, dowiedziałam się przed meldowaniem. Szkoda, że nie ma tego w opisie. Drzwi wejściowe trochę trudno się otwiera. Drzwi od łazienki ciężko się zamykają i otwierają.

• Fruzsina (8/5): Suitable for a short stay - The host was very kind, helpful, available and flexible. Really one of the kindest I’ve ever encountered. Clear and easy communication. Spacious sleeping area together with the kitchen and “living room”. It’s private, the self check-in let us arrive late and leave early. The price absolutely worth for the value, we stayed one night and for one night the accommodation met all our expectations. The water in the tiny bathroom was basically everywhere when we took shower. Maybe a proper shower tray or a door for the shower could fix this issue. The accommodation was clean, however because of the humidity, partly caused by the poor ventilation of the bathroom, the fight against mold is obvious. As we opened the door the heavy smell of anti mold chemicals hit me and unfortunately I am quite sensitive to this kind of chemical. But I would like to emphasize that the accommodation was clean and I am happy they are fighting against the mold, just the room was not aired enough before our arrival. Also this I can understand, because it was unusually cold on that day and probably at the time of the cleaning they did not want the room to cool down too much.

• Karla (4/5): - Skvělá lokalita. Jednání paní majitelky. Vše řešte za včas, i smrad plísně, pak vám vyčte něco jiného a chce zaplatit deposit! Když to nemůže dokázat, tak si vymyslí jinou závadu, kterou nahlásí.
• Lukáš (2/5): - Lokalita - blízko centra, cena. Byt je v přízemním objektu, kde druhou polovinu tvoří garáž. Je hezky vybaven a nedávno zrekonstruován, bohužel nepříliš kvalitně. Hlavní problém je intenzivní zápach plísně, který se projevoval nejvíce v noci při poklesu teploty (zdroj se nepodařilo objevit, ale pravděpodobně je ve stropním podhledu, který má zjevně špatně provedenou izolaci). Hned po první noci jsme si našli náhradní ubytování, neboť nám nepřipadalo zdravé zde dále zůstávat. Majitelku jsme ráno informovali a požádali o vrácení peněz za zbývající noci, bohužel nijak nereagovala a ještě na bookingu označila náš pobyt jako nevyužitý (tj. že jsme vůbec nepřijeli). Velké zklamání.

• Nikola (9/5): Příjemný apartmán s drobnými nedostatky - Cítila jsem se v apartmánu příjemně. Skvělé byly zatemňovací závěsy. Komunikace s majitelkou úžasná. Polštáře jsou šíleně vysoké, postel dost měkká, nádobí v kuchyni nebylo dokonale čisté, studená podlaha, zima v koupelně, kohoutek v koupelně jak vodotrysk, vrzajici dveře. Za tu cenu ale ok.

• Mahsa (8/5): - Unser Apartment war schön und komfortabel. Man findet fast alles, was man braucht. Auf dem Tisch des Gastgebers lag außerdem eine Mappe mit Ausflugszielen. Es gibt keine Parkplätze und Sie sollten wissen, dass es in Prag fast überall gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt. Das Zimmer war kalt und die Heizung funktionierte nicht, vielleicht weil es Anfang September war. Es gab keine Tür, die das Badezimmer von der Toilette trennte, sodass der Boden beim Baden nass wurde. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war sehr klein und nervig.
• Marta Panchyshyn (10/5): Чудовий варіант на декілька днів - Гарне сполучення з центром, недалеко від зупинки, 5 хв до супермаркету. В апартаментах чисто, є все, що потрібно. Гаряча вода, мікрохвильова піч, плита, холодильник ,чайник, т.д. Дуже зручне і тепле ліжко, врятувало мене, бо трішки прихворіла, вночі було комфортно . Є фен. Спілкування з господарями пройшло дуже добре, видно, що вони роблять все з душею і стараються догодити. Нам все сподобалось. Дякуємо! Вхідні двері трохи просідають, приміщення - перебудований гараж, було трішки холодно, але були тапочки, тепле ліжко, в душовій є велика батарея, тому це ок. Вночі світло від мікрохвильової печі може заважати.

Quarto equipado com pequena cozinha com o essencial. Localizado em zona muito calma, longe da confusão dos turistas e com transporte à porta. Fácil chegar e ir para o aeroporto. Muito boa relação qualidade preço. Casa de banho pequena e lavatório minúsculo. Colchão mole sem firmeza para bom descanso. Almofadas deviam ser melhor. Quarto um pouco húmido.

• Yelena (10/5): Впечатления самые лучшие, хозяйка идет навстречу просьбам, всегда на связи. - У апартаментов отличное расположение, остановка трамвая в трех минутах ходьбы, через 15 минут вы будете в историческом центре Праги. Апартаменты чистые, по сути это квартира на одного-двух человек. В ней есть все для комфортного проживания: кухонные принадлежности, посуда для готовки, холодильник, микроволновая печь, чайник, телевизор, большая двухспальная кровать. Район тихий, супермаркет в 10 минутах ходьбы, много маленьких магазинов вокруг. Понравилось абсолютно все.

• Željka (8/5): Great hosts, comfy beds, nice stay - Sylvie and her husband were very good hosts and were there to quickly sort the issues that occurred. The location was perfect for my needs and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was slightly cold, although it has a heating element. Also, it's separated from the rest of the apartment by a hallway in which there is no heating. Before my arrival, Sylvie warned me the apartment was under renovation and some things weren't finished. There was an issue with flickering lights but that was sorted quickly after I messaged Sylvie. The apartment is at ground level so you need to keep the curtains closed. Providing a dishwashing sponge and some tea towels would be great.

• Marija (10/5): Everything was great, 10/10! - The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and the temperature was always nice. We had even more than what we needed there. The location was great with the tram station close by. It would be ideal if there had been a refrigerator there, too. But it's not like it was an issue for us specifically.

• Kateryna (7/5): The apartment is okay to stay but be aware that it doesn't look exactly like on the photos - Great location -- very close the tram station so you can get to the city center really fast. 30 minutes walk from the Hrad. Quiet neighborhood. Clean bed. The apartment looked different then on photos. It's not about the furniture but about the overall condition of a room. In reality everything is older. The bathroom and vestibule is not really clean and comfortable. There are also no light in vestibule but cords stucking from the ceiling, etc. Also the whole apartment seems to be some kind of a garage rebuild to be an additional room. All this things prevents us from call the apartment cozy but it's still fine to stay for a couple of days if such things doesn't bother you.

• Andrii (8/5): A good option for a short weekend in Prague. - Small and cozy apartment in Břevnov district of Prague. The owner was very nice and always willing to help. The area is a little far from the city center but has a good transport connection. There are also interesting spots to explore, and many shops and cafes nearby. We found woodlouses near the entrance and later had trouble with them. Some of them appeared in the room despite we closed the door to a corridor.

• Linda (9/5): Superb - Really nice small flat, quiet location, well furnished and equipped with everything you might need, right next to a tram stop so easy to get anywhere around Prague. The owner was really lovely and quick to respond, we needed an iron as attending a wedding, she got us an iron within 30 minutes! Definitely would stay again. All good
