• Hadar (8/5): Nice place - The location was amazing the apartment has a lot of space -The floor is very noisy if someone walks the all apartment is moving -the shower head has stone so the water is splashing everywhere and because there a jacuzzi with a seat there so u need to stand weird -the kitchen is very small -we where there for 4 days and we had no light in the kitchen and they came only after the second day -we asked for more towels they ask for 8 euro which was a bit weird to ask this amount -if u have a flight after the check in u need to take a taxi for luggage reserve because it’s 15 min. Walk and the road and sidewalk in Prague are not confutable for long walking with a suitcase ( It will probably ruin the wheels.) -there is a lot of Pigeon we left the window open and they where a lot of Small insects on the bad Like bedbugs…i guess….

The radiator heating in the house is automatic, so it turns off at night. Two nights I got up to turn it back on because I was cold. Less pleasant. We also asked for more towels for the bath and were told that it was impossible to bring more than one to a person. This is strange to me. I haven't encountered this anywhere.

Appartamento fatto trovare pulito e ben riscaldato, su due piani e mansardato.... stupendo. Situato nella città vecchia a soli 100 metri dalla piazza principale. Confortevole, dotato di tutto quello che può servire in un appartamento e corrispondente a quanto descritto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO Niente

Always quick to respond. They arranged a driver from airport that made our arrival so easy & reasonable price. Plus Anastasia at the door to show us inside. Neighborhood could not be better. Rolex, Hermes, Fendi around the corner. Our street was quiet with easy walks to restaurants, mini markets and center of town. In Prague, public transit is free to those over 65. Just have to find the places to access. Center of town is pedestrian. Elevator very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms! One upstairs & down. Large comfortable bed, tons of storage space, soft thick towels. Kitchen is adequate with needed items, but not meant for cooking meals. No workspace and sink is small. We did well with breakfasts and bringing home meals. They kindly sent batteries for the TV remote. However, TV has no English channels that we could find, but the WiFi was great for streaming. We would definitely stay there again if we came to Prague. Thank you for sharing your lovely space. Windows with minimal views but not a deal breakers for us.
• Yoaz (10/5): Best choice in Prague - The staff were super nice and attentive. Any question or request was answered right away. We had a small issue with the safe, and they came really fast to fix it. They also helped us arrange a ride to the airport for a great price, even better than Bolt. You can’t leave your luggage in the apartment if your flight is in the evening, so we had to take it to their office, about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. But we knew that in advance, so no complaints

• asaf (10/5): דירה ענקית ונוחה במרכז פראג עם 2 שירותים ומקלחות - דירה ענקית עם 2 חדרי שינה 2 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת וסלון גדול מאד. הדירה ממוקממת במקום מרכזי, הלכנו ברגל לכל מקום בפראג 3 דקות הליכה מכיכר השעון חדר שינה אחד עם שירותים ומקלחת והמקלחת ושירותים השניים ממוקמים במרכז הדירה. למרות דחיה משמעותית של הטיסה היינו בקשר עם המשרד וקיבלה אותנו המארחת בכניסה לבניין, הכניסה לדירה והסבירה כל מה שצריך. הדירה מאובזרת היטב ולא היה חסר לנו כלום. מצוינת למשפחה שצריכה 2 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת ומרחב מחיה גדול. - יש מעלית שממנה צריך לעלות חצי קומה- המטבחון קטנטן אבל יש בו כל מה שצריך.

• Rob (9/5): - The apartment was an easy walk to most attractions and just a few blocks to old town Square Prague. It was very clean, and the company, Prague City Apartments, was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive to our questions and requests. They even sent a complimentary car to the train station to transport us to the apartment where a staffperson was waiting. After the lift reaches the top floor there is 1 more flight of stairs to climb to the apartment. However the staffperson checking us in helped us carry our bags. Upon departure they sent a person to help us with our baggage down to the lift. This company goes the extra mile to accommodate you.

• Igor (10/5): Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended! - We stayed in this spacious and very clean apartment as a family of five (2 adults + 3 teens) and absolutely loved it. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the big, bright salon with a beautiful dining table was perfect for family meals. The washing machine was a real bonus for our longer stay. The windows face a main street gives a lively view. The kitchen was a bit small and the faucet not the most convenient, but it was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook.

Travelling with our baby, we were a bit nervous about comfort and convenience, but this place exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and quiet, with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and other main sights. Yet, the apartment felt peaceful and safe, which was ideal for our little one’s naps and early bedtime. The host, Yulia, was incredibly helpful and even provided a baby cot and high chair upon request. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place for family with babies. It made our first trip to Prague with a baby stress-free and very enjoyable! We will surely come back to this apartment for our next visit!

• Feras (10/5): A beautiful apartment that speaks the soul of the lovely city of Prague - The location and apartment were beautifully decorated and beyond my expectations. The apartment is located in the centre of the City of Prague in a tranquil and comfortable place. Everything is a short distance from you. The beauty of the city can be viewed from the upper-floor window. The staff (Mr. Stephan) was invaluable and spoke English excellently, came from the office late at night to handle the keys and provided me with useful instructions. They were in reach via WhatsApp for any further support and promptly responded. They helped me keep my luggage before travelling. The whole apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a short-long stay. I will definitely come again to book it. The only thing was that the Wi-Fi was complicated and crashed every 30 minutes or so. It was not the best, it can makes you frustrated especially while booking for touristic tickets and surfing. Alternatively, I used my Hotspot, so I was not significantly affected and won't score below five stars / 10 out 10!

The key pickup location was quite far from the apartment, so it was inconvenient to carry luggage when picking up and returning the keys.

• Lenka (9/5): Nice Apartment near Old Town Square - There are many restaurants and coffee shops within a short walking distance. It's a super convenient location! We had a very nice view of Dusni Street. :) Loved it. The management provides free rides from and to the airport/train station, a nice bonus. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We did not like our first driver, but our subsequent drivers were polite and professional. It would not hurt to purchase a new smart TV or provide detailed instructions on operating the existing one. The cleaning service should pay a little more attention to details.

Very nice staff arranged for free transportation from the airport and also arranged for transportation back to the airport which I had to reschedule at the last moment. • Song-il (9/5): Wonderful stay in Prague with family!!! - Large spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Right around the corner from the Old Town Square. Lots of very good bakeries nearby for breakfast. Large selection of restaurants nearby. Kitchen in the apartment with basic kitchenware and microwave/oven/toaster. The staff who communicated with me via WhatsApp were friendly/attentive and answered all my questions immediately. Not much to dislike. It I were to mention a couple of things….1) There should be a hook in the bathroom to hang up wet towels, 2) It would have been nice if a few toiletries (cotton swab, etc.) were available, (3) the kitchen could have been a bit bigger.
• David (7/5): Nice place overall. Great location. - The location was great. Only 2 blocks from Tyn church and the clock tower. Close to everything in Old Town and near shopping on Parizska street. The apartment was clean and well furnished. It has a lot of potential. As I said, the apartment has a lot of potential, but it fell a bit short of my expectations. This was mostly because the online photos looked much better than the real deal. The wood floors were beautiful, but the clear coat was coming up in places that left sharp edges to cut your feet on. The same for a broken floor tile in the upstairs bathroom - it had a very sharp edge. The main thing was the walls need to be repainted. There lots of blemishes and scuff marks on the walls. For the price I expected better maintenance. But if location is what one's looking for, you can't beat it.

• Matthew (9/5): We would definitely stay here again. - The location was exceptional. We were able to walk to most locations that were on our itinerary. There were not any water bottles in the apartment upon arrival. The entry could us a bench to sit to remove shoes.
• Laura (9/5): Good location, comfortable and easy, we would stay again. - Near to all the things, mostly quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable with appliances to fix meals or warm up take out. Good view if you stretch your neck! Downstairs shower had only really hot water, maintenance did try to improve situation. Some odors from outside coming into front entrance and downstairs bathroom area. We just kept the inside door closed. But for an old place, really good.

• Adam (9/5): Hectic but thoroughly enjoyable. Great location for our accomodation. - Location was superb, literally 75m from Old Town square. I would suggest more should be made of this in the advert. Very little to criticize. There were no instructions for how to use the safe. Despite it being unlocked for us once and a video instruction on how to use it promised, we did not receive anything. This meant we carried our passports everywhere. As we were staying for 5 days, a second bath towel each would be a good idea. Maybe a few copies of the free tourist street map would be a good idea.

• Jason (7/5): Lovely property with some issues - Very spacious apartment with pretty comfy beds by European standards and two very large bathrooms. Nice views of the neighborhood from the front window. Very safe neighborhood with great access to Old Town and many restaurants. It included a small washing machine in the main bathroom which came in handy. They met us at the door with the key for ease of check-in on first day, and were very friendly. It was advertised as including a free shuttle to/from airport, but the shuttle is paid (~£35 one way). They were weird about it when we brought it up. They really shouldn't advertise this on booking.com since it's not true. The water in the property didn't work (at any tap!) on the third day, we waited around an hour for it to be resolved so we could wash up. afterwards the water ran brown and metallic-smelling the rest of that day. They never followed up with us to make sure it was satisfactorily resolved. There was very noisy construction adjacent to the property starting at 6am multiple days.

• Akhil (4/5): Bunch of Liars, They mislead you by showing pictures of a different property, charge you more - good cafes around total misrepresentation. while booking the property shows different pictures. When you go to the property, you are given a different apartment than advertised. When you protest, they give you an option to leave. I was told take it or leave it. Total scam, stay away from them

Very comfortable bed/pillows etc upstairs.....superb. I hesitate to say as bedding is such a personal thing....but I thought it excellent.... No smart TV (older style)so was a little difficult to connect to Netflix etc....we had a laptop with vga cable so that was OK...
