• Anna-Helena (10/5): Excellent location and clean with an amazing host. - Not only is this apartment located perfectly, it’s well-equipped and tidy too. The host is very polite and helpful. I could not recommend this enough. For those of you who need absolute silence, please know that there is some noice from the outside. Not enough to me not recommending the place, but in case you’re very sensitive, I can see how the people on the street below could possibly annoy you.

Трохи важко піднятися сходами але ми впоралися. Заселення швидке, через код. Дякую Ярославу за гостинність. Все сподобалося. Навіть сотні ірландських фанатів футболу. Поруч бар , там їхня локація. Співали нам усю ніч. Це місцевий вайб. Вдома такого не побачиш)

• Giovanni (10/5): Il Top per vivere Praga nel suo cuore! - Appartamento molto carino, accogliente e super centrale! Siamo stati varie volte a Praga ma quest’appartamento non ha rivali. Ottimo per una coppia o tre persone. Noi ci siamo stati in 3 con il bimbo e siamo stati benissimo. Dispone di tutto il necessario immaginabile.. dalla tv alla lavatrice, macchina caffè espresso, bollitore e anche aspirapolvere solo per citarne alcuni. Clima ottimo (siamo stati a febbraio con temperatura esterna anche di -10 e si sta da favola). L’host Zach è stato molto disponibile e organizzato nel darci tutte le informazioni dal giorno prima dell’arrivo. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscerlo di persona, un ragazzo davvero gentile. Abbiamo trovato disponibile all’arrivo anche cialde per caffè e tè pronti all’uso. Il punto di forza è senz’altro la posizione super centrale, basta scendere e in meno di un minuto sei di fronte all’orologio astronomico e la piazza. Pochi passi anche dalla fermata metro Mustek. Praticamente sei nel cuore di Praga. E poi il piccolo balcone con vista sul centro non ha eguali. Grazie ancora per averci fatto vivere Praga così! Non ho punti negativi sulla struttura. Nelle recensioni alcune persone lamentano le scale un po “faticose”, ma quest’appartamento si trova in un palazzo storico e letteralmente è un gioiello.

• akiva (10/5): דירה מתוקה וקסומה עם שירות נפלא - דירה מקסימה, במיקום הכי מושלם שיש. הכל קרוב ונגיש. אמנם יש הרבה מדרגות לעלות אבל זה שווה את המאמץ. מיטות נוחות, מטבח נחמד, גודל מדויק לזוג ומרפסת קסומה. בנוסף, ירוסלב היה שירותי וידידותי מאד, התקשורת איתו היתה נוחה, הוא נתן לנו לעשות צ׳ק אין מוקדם וצ׳ק אאוט מאוחר, ובנוסף אפשר לנו לאחסן את המזוודות ואף עזר לנו להוריד אותן במדרגות הרבות.

• Cindysiee (10/5): Prag pur! - Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, genauso, wie der Balkon. Für ein Paar ist die Größe super. Auch die Ausstattung. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier wohnen wollen. Interieur könnte besser auf einander abgestimmt und etwas hochwertiger sein. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

The apartment decor was beautiful, it had everything we needed and it was spotless. A thorough list of instructions were there to help with any queries we had. The three flights of stairs were tough after a long day exploring the beautiful city.

• audrey (10/5): Fantastic - Fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town. It's about a twenty minute walk from train station. Apartment is very comfortable with a small balcony. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals. Bed and living area was comfortable. There is a Lidl about five minutes walk away.Host was exceptional communication was great and we were allowed an early check in and late check out which was fantastic for us. Highly recommend this apartment and host Nothing

• Anna (10/5): - Apartament może nie był przesadnie nowoczesny, ale za to bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony. W sypialni znajdowała się duża, pojemna szafa, a łóżka były wyjątkowo wygodne. Kuchnia połączona z pokojem dziennym, dostępne wszystkie potrzebne przybory kuchenne. Łazienka również w pełni wyposażona. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna – wszędzie blisko. Jedynym minusem był gwar ludzi do późnych godzin nocnych, ale coś za coś – byliśmy tego świadomi przed przyjazdem. Schody nie są szczególnie uciążliwe, ale jeśli ktoś ma problemy z chodzeniem, to może być wyzwanie. I na koniec – Pan Jarosław :) Trochę zamieszałam z kluczami, ale Pan Jarosław z pełnym zaangażowaniem i cierpliwością mi pomógł. Zdecydowanie polecam!

• David (10/5): Incredible Location - We loved our stay in this bright and spacious fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment. It is in the middle of the old town and a short walk to major landmarks. 5 minutes walk to a Lidl supermarket for cheap groceries, alcohol, toiletries and sunscreen etc Also nearby is a restaurant/bar called U Dvou kocek which serves excellent local food at a very reasonable price. The Prague main railway station is a 20 minute walk. Our host Jaroslav was amazing in helping us with any questions including advising how best to travel to Vienna. We would definitely stay here again. It was no problem for us but the apartment is up about 80 steps to the 3rd floor although I think that is reflected in the reasonable cost to stay so central.
• Lidija (10/5): Perfect location and peaceful atmosphere - The apartment is located right in the city center, just a two-minute walk from the Astronomical Clock, yet it’s in a quiet area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The balcony was a real highlight — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Mr. Jaroslav was always available, ready to answer any questions and make sure everything was going smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city
• Laura (6/5): Steps were too much for me! - The steps were absolutely the worse. If you are alone or with young adult dont bring luggage. I actually just let them go down on their own as I could not carry them down. As far as going up....we had to empty and put in duffle bag to make many trips. We had been traveling for 6 weeks.... • Juggle (9/5): Apartment in the old town with an excellent location - Excellent location near the old town. It takes 7 minutes to walk to Charles Bridge. Wonderful apartment with everything you need. Old house, no elevator. It is quite difficult to climb the stairs to the floor. For us this was not critical, but for older people and people with disabilities this may be an obstacle.
• Shlok (10/5): Excellent value for money - This is an awesome property! The location could not have been better as you are right in the old town and close to everything! The apartment is excellently equipped with everything you need and the kitchen has all appliances! In addition, the owner Jaroslav was super kind, helpful and informed us of the check in instructions along with photos so that we get to the location easily! I would most certainly recommend this place to everyone and you will not regret it at all. The only issue with the house is that it is on the 3rd floor and has about 86 stairs. So if you have heavy luggage, then taking it upstairs might be difficult (as was the case with us).

The mirror inside the wardrobe could have done with a wipe. But this is such a minor thing. Everything else was perfect.

Easy walk to the river & the old square. Balcony overlooking the street. Double glazing. Host was very helpful. Located on the third floor, no lift which may be a problem for some people. Air conditioning didn’t work very well & was only in the bedroom - the weather was unusually warm during our stay.
• Valeria (10/5): Our host was extremely prompt in responding to our messages and was very nice! - It was just a couple of minutes walk from the city center. The host allows you to check out as late as needed as long as he does not have guests arriving the next day! There is no elevator but our host offered to meet us upon arrival and help with the suitcases.
• Nigel (10/5): Amazing Apartment Amazing Holiday - Spent a wonderful two weeks in Prague at this apartment. Host met us on arrival and could not have been more friendly or helpful and kept in touch during the stay to check all was OK. The apartment is just perfect, a great size with everything you could need and a very comfy bed. It also could not be in a better location and there is so much to do just minutes walk from the front door. The highlight of the apartment for us was the balcony, just a perfect place to have breakfast and a couple (or more) drinks at the end of the day. Despite being over a busy street we did not notice any noise at all as the soundproofing is very good. There are three flights of steps but they are wide and even and not any bother (and we are in our 50's). Really cannot recommend this highly enough. Nothing at all not to like
• Yuliia (9/5): Definitely recommend staying here if it's your first trip to Prague - The location can't be more central. It's basically the heart of the city, where everything happens. The appartment is nice and clean, has AC, a fridge, all the essentials. The host was very nice and gave a detailed description. And left some cold drinks for us! It's a good place to stay if you're traveling for the first time to Prague. We didn't have a lot of luggage, so for us it was fine, but there's no elevator. Since it's very central, it's quite busy and noisy area.

A bath Balcony 80 steps to get to 5th floor apartment. Tiny bathroom. A bit noisy with street noise but double glazing stops sound. Not good if you want windows open.

The host, Jaroslav, is exceptional! - The location is excellent, very central and perfectly placed for access to all local attractions. There is an abundance of restaurants in the vicinity, catering to every taste. It's a short walk to the Metro Station and only three minutes walk to the Astronomical Clock! The Apartment is accessed via a narrow, steep and very long staircase - it is not a good choice for anyone with accessibility or fitness issues. The bathroom in the apartment, whilst very clean, has a shower that is difficult to access and is fairly cramped. A handrail would definitely help!

• Szabolcs (10/5): Fabulous apartment with a balcony in the heart of old Prague - Jaroslav is a very caring and kind host. We did not meet but he was always available via messages. He arranged everything I asked for that I really appreciated. The location is absolutely fabulous. The apartment was comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The balcony is a rare thing in old Prague, so it added an extra charm to our stay. We loved everything. But as a reflection to other reviews: Is there noise on the street? Yes. Is it suprising in the heart of everything? No. 3rd floor, no elevator: for an average person it is not a problem to climb up once-twice a day, but still, good to be aware of it before you book.

There's a balcony with a nice view to the historic city center. No elevator. We didn't mind because we were traveling light, but if you carry big suitcases it may take a little effort to go up.

The host was responsive to questions and self check in was easy! You can hear some noise from the bar across the street at night, but it didn’t bother us much and it’s no fault of the apartment.

The apartment is bijou, but has everything you need from a city apartment. The owner was very contactable and very helpful. There was nothing we didn’t like, however it may not suit some people , there is no lift and quite a few stairs to get up.

Very nice and attentive host Jaroslav, he welcomed us in person and offered his help with basically anything what tourists need. We can recommend this apartment to anyone who doesn't mind a bit of stairs (3rd floor, no lift) and the busy vibe of the City centre. Thanks for letting us stay a bit longer so we could catch our train home Jaroslav.

A great apartment in a wonderful part of Prague. - This apartment is in a fantastic location just near the Astronomical Clock in the main square in the Old Town. It’s perfect for 2-3 people who want to be close to all the sights as well as the great restaurants and bars in Prague. It’s a short walk to the closest metro station, Mustek, where an Albert supermarket is also located. Jaroslav was so kind and was there to greet us. He helped us carry our luggage up the stairs and told us things that were important. The wifi is great. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and have breakfast in the morning or have a drink at night. Charles Bridge is also about 7 minutes walk away. The apartment is in a great location but some noise from the bars below could be heard at night on the weekend. The other nights were very quiet. Also the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift, which is to be expected in a building in this area.

• Jancke (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect. The apartment is max 10min walk from all the major attractions. You won't get much better than this. Nothing major, but the shower can be slightly improved as the bathroom floor sometimes gets covered in water when taking a shower.

• Saul (8/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Old Prague - This is a lovely little apartment, brilliantly located right in the heart of Old Prague, very close to the Jewish Quarter. It's well furnished and equipped. It has a balcony overlooking the street. It's a very lively district, and the noise from the street continues until late at night, but the double layer of windows is excellent at blocking out the sound. Jaroslav is a great host and an excellent communicator. Very easy and well-documented key pick-up. 3 flights of stairs up the the apartment with no lift - can't be helped, and for the most part it was fine, just schlepping the bags up and down was a drag. Towel warmer wasn't working (may have been fixed by the time you read this). Shower inside the bathtub is not calibrated for tall people, but whatevs, you can just hold the thing in your hand.

Apartment had adequate supplies, but the shower could maybe be a little tricky for anyone with mobility problems but everything was fine for us Parking wasn't really feasible and we didn't know about reserving spots in advance.

The apartment is rather small but nicely arranged, comfortable and well equipped. Easy checkin already in the morning, and also easy contact with Jaroslav who was very helpful. We had a great stay! No lift so a bit heavy to get the luggage to the third floor. A bit noisy at night (partying groups walking around).
