• Pedro (5/5): Not worth it. - Very good location. Pictures are not the same as the apartment honestly. Bed was terrible, very hard. Difficult to sleep. There was only one small blanket for me, did not cover me well. There was rests of tabacco on the dinning table and the cutterly was dirty.

Te cobran un suplemento por llegar más tarde de las 20:00pm, algo que no me parece normal ni común (nunca me había pasado antes). La recogida de llaves podría ser más cómoda (con el método de código) sin necesidad de acercarte a ningún sitio. Era algo confuso llegar.

До звернень клієнтів варто приділяти більше уваги! Крім того, необхідно попереджати про те, що частина платежів має бути здійснена у відповідній валюті і тільки готівкою, бо якщо клієнт не матиме відповідної суми - це проблема!
• lauren (10/5): great stay in a great location - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Prague. It truly had everything we needed and more. The place was spotless on arrival, very well maintained, and clearly looked after with care. The apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Everything worked perfectly, and it felt like a home away from home. The location was also excellent — convenient for getting around the city, with attractions, transport, and great places to eat nearby. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Comfortable, clean, well-located, and great value. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. Key collection - was a bit unfair we had to pay extra due to our flight landing time
• Diana Alexandra (10/5): Ne-am simtit bine aici - Locatia foarte buna, aproape de obiectivele turistice. Supermarketuri in apropiere. Bucataria bine dotata, iar apa la dus avea presiune buna. Salteaua foarte moale, perne incomode. Am gasit un paianjen foarte, foarte mare in dormitor si inca 2 in baie. Cheia se primeste de la alta locatie, iar daca vii seara cu bagaje, e destul de neplacut.

Consigl - Struttura eccezionale, localizzata al centro di praga.Sia di giorno che di notte ci spostavamo a piedi senza nessun problema. Io e miei amici abbiamo alloggiato per 4 notti in questo bellissimo appartamento dotato di qualsiasi comfort. Due bagni, cucina attrezzata, ascensore nel palazzo, tutto perfettamente pulito e ordinato.

N. 1 molto bella e funzionale. - n. 2 molto bella a 2 piani, da rivedere pavimento camera con griglia rotta, dove ci si può far male. E mancano appendi asciugamani in bagno. -mancanza di asciugamano viso. In dotazione solo un telo doccia, se richiesti in più sono optional a pagamento.

Škoda, dúfam že sa to zmení a majiteľ si to opraví. - Čisté a príjemné prostredie vo výbornej lokalite Malé uteráky už veľmi zodraté , zlé kúrenie , bola nám zima aj sme prechladli . Nahnevalo ma aj napísaná podmienka na papieri , že za poškodenie uterákov je poplatok za malé uteráky 5€ a veľké 8€😄 mali sme len malé a nemali hodnotu ani 5€!!! V spálni pod oknom diera v podlahe skoro som si nohu vyvrtla.

• Mirella (8/5): Goede ligging en uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding - De ligging van het appartement is top met 5 min lopen naar het centrum. De inrichting is eenvoudig maar netjes en schoon. De prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding is daardoor uitstekend. De host was vriendelijk, flexibel en behulpzaam. En ook de taxi die ik via de host had gereserveerd stond keurig op tijd om 6.30u voor de deur. Het appartement is wat gehorig voor buitengeluiden. De nacht dat wij er waren, werden om 12u s avonds de containers voor de deur geleegd, dat was best veel herrie. Maar het kan toeval zijn dat het toevallig die nacht was.

• Dvrj (1/5): It was a scam - The location was good, the sheets were okay The place i booked had a balcony and was photograped well, had two rooms for us and the kid but when we arrived the reality was much different. It was located in the higher groundfloor, windows looked out to the garbage bins and to the people who came up from the pub below to have a chat. Usually i let some things slide when it comes to the cleanliness of the apartment but not this time. We photograped everything and it was dirty, used, stained and everything was very cheap and used many times, the room where we slept had a dirty curtain that separeted us from our child sleeping in the living room, beds were tainted all over below the sheets. The host uses a lot of pictures on its page but when we arrived as i said earlier it was a completly different flat for a high price. Avoid this scam if you can!

• Steffi (8/5): - Die Lage ist super. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Die Erläuterung für das abholen des Schlüssels ist etwas kompliziert gestaltet. Wir haben vergeblich den Buchstaben D im Center gesucht. A und B war eindeutig. Wäre besser zu erwähnen, dass man durch eine Tür neben dem Chinesen muss. Es ist nicht zwischen Friseur und Wechselstube! Das Appartement an sich war super. Außer die Ceranfeldplatte hatte einen kompletten Riss. Verletzungsgefahr.. Der Mülleimer im Bad war noch vom Vorgänger voll. In der oberen Etage fehlte eine Glühbirne. Der Küchentisch hat geklebt sowie auch unter dem Küchentisch. Das Bettlaken hat nicht gepasst, es war zu klein. Die Eingangstür ist mit großer Kraft zu schließen.
• Ivan (9/5): Clean and spacious apartment - 2 min from the metro, major supermarkets, and cafes. Secured access to lobby and apartment. Very large, well-lit apartment with a functional kitchen. Heating worked well, also had a heated towel rack. Double windows provided good heat and sound insulation. Plenty of hooks to hang coats and clothes. Check-in process was smooth and easy.

• Laura (8/5): Central Prague accommodation - Lovely, huge apartment. Perfect Central location for accessing everything we wanted to see. The kitchen seemed well equipped and it was great to have a huge fridge and freezer. We didn't use it but the balcony seemed lovely. The bathroom was very nice, with a large shower cubicle. The bed was really hard, with my partner even saying the floor would be softer and he can sleep anywhere. I managed to sleep fairly well though and I'm usually the one badly affected by a hard mattress.

• Beatrice (2/5): Appartamento polveroso - . Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento in quanto dalle foto sembrava molto accogliente e pulito, molto probabilmente lo era anni fa. Avendo due bambini piccoli ci eravamo anche raccomandati sulla pulizia della stanza. Purtroppo giunti in casa abbiamo costatato la presenza di sporcizia e polvere quasi in tutta la casa. Inoltre erano presenti solo 4 piccoli asciugamani e in quattro credo siano veramente pochi. Il letto matrimoniale veramente scomodo, abbiamo dormito sul divano letto che era più comodo. Assurdo. Pagato caro rispetto alle altre strutture nella zona ma dalle foto ci sembrava di un livello superiore.

• Tadeusz (9/5): Prag ist sehr sehenswert, gerne wären wir mehr als die 5 Übernachtungen geblieben. - Die Wohnung hat einen guten Standardkomfort. Kein Luxus, aber ok. Weil älterer Bau, sehr hohe Zimmer. Zentrale Lage, Altstadt und Karlsbrücke zu Fuss erreichbar. 2 verschiedene U-Bahn-Stationen und Tramstation in naher Gehdistanz. Gut, dass die Schlüsselabgabe kurz nach 20 Uhr möglich war (mit der Bahn angereist) - dafür eine Gebühr erhoben, aber das wussten wir. An den 2 Bratpfannen war die Teflonschicht sehr abgenutzt - unbrauchbar. Im TV nur tschechische Programme. Sonst alles zufriedenstellend. Schade: Es hätte einen Lift gehabt, aber leider nicht in Betrieb. Wäre für das Kofferschleppen nützlich gewesen.

• Dayana (6/5): - Location and cost-benefit. Most reviews have already mentioned the small towels so we expected that. What we didn't expect was that they would be old and with holes as well. But don't you dare use them for anything besides bathing, as a poster in the apartment threatens you with fines... There were also no mats for the bathroom nor dishtowels for the kitchen. We found a pack of (thin) cleaning cloths and had to make do with those. We also had to look in the cabinets for the tiny dish rack and cutlery drainer, which clearly weren't enough for doing dishes.
