• A.M.P. (7/5): Een hele goede uitvalsbasis voor een aantal dagen in Praag. - Het is een fijn, ruim appartement. Schoon en compleet ingerichte kamers en keuken. Er is zelfs een wasmachine. Locatie vlakbij een bushalte waardoor de rest van de stad goed te bereiken is. Het appartement kan wel een rondje van een klusjesman gebruiken; de regendouche lekt en de handdouche blijft niet goed hangen, de balustrade zit niet goed vast, sommige lampen doen het niet en het deurkozijn van het toilet beneden zit los. Maar dat zijn kleine dingen die met een paar uur klussen op te lossen zijn.

• Satpal (8/5): Value for money stay - Location, price, ease of communication via booking.com when no response from agent Needs a bit of attention : broken door handles, loose sink tap bannister slightly wobbly, broken blinds for ceiling windows, holes in wall where mirror was previously but nothing that affected our stay.

• Marie (8/5): Great spot for a big group especially with a location outside of all the tourist area. Comfortable and spacious! - Great space! Fit 6 of us perfectly. Having two bathrooms with two separate toilets was very convenient and a must for me with a big group. The location was bustling but not busy or over crowded with the most delicious ramen right next door and numerous other yummy food options around. Also had an elevator to the fifth floor where the room is! We stayed in Winter so we didn’t mind the insulated/warm rooms and opened the windows if we needed too. The curtains were paper thin, which wasn’t too much of a worry as the sun did not rise till 730amish anyways. We couldn’t log in to the tv so watched YouTube music and that wasn’t too bad either!

• Natalia (10/5): Great stay in Prag! - Amazing stay! Close to the central station and Tram. The apartment is quite big and then very comfortable for 7 people. It has two bathrooms and a separate shower, which gives flexibility to get ready for a big family. The apartment was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was fast and simple. Check-in without any issues. It is on the 5th floor. Therefore it is a warm apartment, a couple of ventilators would be a good idea to offer. However, at night with the windows open, the room's temperature is ok.

• Adrien (8/5): Very good - Big space. Nice terrasse. . The flat has everything what we need for short trip in prag. The heating has no regulation and it is 26 degres in the flat. In this period of energy saving it is a little bit strange. We paid 20 € extra for a "late" check in at 22 pm. A person transfers the key on site We didn't understand what it is not possible to get the key in a safe outside and not create extra cost.

• Χρυσα (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy spacious apartment with all amenities in a good location near the Prague centre! Unfortunately we have a little problem upon our departure day with water supply (some technical problem not having anything to do with the owners)

• Danny (1/5): Very bad. - Central position, near to main attractions, big place. The house was very dirty, filthy pillows, lot of dust, under the sofa's pillows were hairs, candies, dirt, pieces of glass and some pills... The chairs were extremely dirty. The remote was broken, when i reported the problem the staff didn't answer to sms. Some napkins were used and not washed. Also for bathrooms paper. The glasses weren't well cleaned, same for the kitchen and there were an incredible amount of dust, terrifying. The heating was broken, it was incredibly hot in the house, when i turned off the radiators they still emit hot. And the beds were uncomfortable.

• Sara (4/5): Spacious and cheap apartment, mind there’s a lot of light filtering through the windows in the morning. It’s not cleaned - Big apartment, it was nice to have the terrace and lots of room for staying in the house. It was really dirty, dust everywhere, spiderwebs and some kitchen items were dirty and had to be washed before using. The sofa-bed was broken. There’s too much light since the curtains are not heavy enough to keep it outside in the morning. We had a very bad experience with the check-out, basically we were kicked out an hour prior to the check out time of 11am (as stated on booking and in the documents printed inside the apartment) because other people were offered an early check-in (which we were refused when asked before arriving).
