• R B (9/5): Gem in bohemian quarter of Prague. - Perfect location in up-and-coming part of Prague. Balcony catches the sun. Spacious. Excellent facilities including washing machine if you're backpacking with limited clothes. Finding the apartment: it's not quite where we thought. However owner was easily contactable to explain.

• Victor (4/5): - L’appartement sentait très fort la cigarette, on avait l’impression qu’il y avait des rongeurs dans les murs, on entendait gratter dans le mur la nuit. De plus l’appartement était en face d’un parc pour enfants, ce qui n’est pas un lieu calme contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. Beaucoup de choses étaient cassés
• Vojtěch (2/5): - Špatná adresa na mapě, takže je těžké místo najít. Téměř všechno rozbité - dveře od sprchy, prkénko od záchodu, dveře do koupelny, fén, mikrovlnka, myčka, světlo v hlavní místnosti, vstupní dveře do budovy. Matrace tak měkká, že jsem se do ní propadal jako Homer Simpson. Wi-fi zcela nefunkční - router tam je, ale není připojený k síti. Byla to komedie. Je tam toho tolik špatně, že se tomu dalo už jen smát. :D

• PetrC86 (8/5): 2 nights at Korunní, Prague. - Really nice apartment, super close to tram stop and Vinohrady brewery :) View is beautiful, location gives you about a ton of possibilities to grab a coffee, cake, lunch and dinner. Large bed, nice bathroom, fully equipped, spacious. Communication with staff was fast and efficient, getting the key was easy.

• NOELIA (9/5): Fantástico - El trato con el anfitrión y la relación calidad-precio. Zona residencial muy tranquila. Ningún ruido. Metro, tranvía y centro comercial cercano. Camas súper cómodas. Apartamento casi nuevo, amplio y acogedor. Me habría gustado tener alguna manta porque la calefacción no era muy potente.

Właściciel na prośbę dostarczył włoską kawiarkę. Braki w naczyniach i garnkach. Kuchenka mikrofalowa w problematycznym miejscu wysoko i trudno dostępna.

• Petra (3/5): Would not stay here again even for free. - Location Not premium and poor condition not as advertised. Broken furniture, balcony door didn’t close, unsafe for our child, fridge/freezer not clean, bathroom floor chipped and mouldy and dirty, broken chair with sharp edges. Blinds in the bedroom didn’t work , light hanging with exposed wires. Decided to stay with family members for most of the nights and check out early. Shocking.

The location is great, in a really nice neighbourhood, close to transportation for the city Centre, a supermarket and many cute cafes and bakeries. Definitely recommend it!

• Sven (6/5): Gut gelegene Unterkunft. Beim Komfort Luft nach oben. - Die Lage war super. Alle Annehmlichkeiten (ÖPNV, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) waren in der Nähe. Die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu buchen war vorteilhaft. Das Auffinden des Schlüsselsafes war kompliziert, da Anweisungen fehlten. Die Ausstattung war sehr karg (z.B. gab es keine Kaffemaschine, keinen Klopapierhalter, keine kleinen Löffel) und teilweise defekt (Nachttischlampe, Abzugshaube, gebrochener Lattenrost im Bett, Balkonstuhl reparaturbedüftig).

Самое неприятное что владелец об этом прекрасно осведомлен и никак не решает эти проблемы. Пишет «отписки» и откровенную неправду! Сломанная дверь на балкон это безопасность. Чушь!!!! Неработающий интернет- перезагрузите, тоже чушь потому как интернет уже не работал несколько дней!
• Bellanger (1/5): Ne pas louer ce logement,propriétaire de mauvaise foi. - La baie vitrée, unique fenêtre de la pièce principale donnant sur la balcon était cassée, nous ne pouvions donc pas l’ouvrir. Il faisait chaud, nos enfants ont mal dormis. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire de suite, il nous a répondu qu’il ne pouvait rien faire. Après plusieurs démarches coûteuses nous obtenus un autre logement ne correspondant pas aux critères initiaux.

• Sing1634 (9/5): Superb - The location is very good, close to the city center, convenient transportation, close to supermarkets, and there are also large shopping malls. The room is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. I recommend it The landlord gave me the Wi-Fi password, but I can't use it
• Pille-riin (7/5): Nice stay - Overall, it was a nice stay. The communication with the host was great, keys were in an easily locatable lockbox. The apartment complex was new and well secured. Towels were clean and the apartment had a lot of extra amenities like an iron, ironing board, dishwasher (sadly, ours was broken), and a blowdryer. Wifi worked great, and we didn't hear any disturbing noises from the street. The apartment building was on the newer side, but the apartment itself was a little worn off already: the kitchen table had a lot of notches, and the walls had damage. The bathroom had a bit too much lime scale and iron stains for my taste. The most disturbing thing was a humming or machine-working sound from the apartment building at night. It usually started at midnight and stopped around 8 o'clock. Sometimes it would fade out a bit, but after 5 minutes it would start again. We didn't figure out what it was or where it came from. I'll be honest, if we didn't have noise-cancelling headphones and small earplugs, it would have ruined our vacation since we are both very light sleepers. We also messaged the host about it, but they said we should go to the reception if that happens again. However, getting out of bed again at 1 AM wasn't really what we wanted to do. The earplugs helped us out. I guess if you like sleeping with white noise, it will not be a problem.

• Paul (5/5): Passable - Size wise as described, felt quite Spacious, clean We had to contact the host for the check in details as we hadn’t heard anything by 2.30 even tho we confirmed a 2 pm arrival. The Verticle Blinds in bedroom wouldn’t close, broken, therefore at sunrise the b’room is bright, there is a single curtain across which isn’t much help tbh. The handle on the door to the balcony in the living space is missing, we couldn’t use the balcony at all, to either sit out on nor allow some air into the living space. The heating/air con has no instructions and couldn’t be adjusted so was a bit stuffy on the warmer days. The dishwasher door doesn’t lock closed so therefore the dishwasher won’t operate, add to the fact there is no plug for the sink it makes washing up for 4 people multiple times longer than is mmm mm Mc

• Pieter (6/5): Good and stinky - Good Location, price, tv The first time we came in it smelled like old Piss. We have stayed 4 nights and the bathroom has smelled all 4 nights to Piss. The tiles of The bathroom were a little bit yellow.
• Michalska (7/5): Good - The apartment was super spacious, just like in pictures, the bed was insanely soft we were literally melting into it like a marshmallow. Location was also amazing, we felt safe in the area and it was quite close to the attractions we wanted to see and visit. I read few opinions during the journey to Praha and got scared because some of them said the apartment was not clean, but when we arrived there was no mess, dust or stains, it was very clean☺️ I think the only thing I didn’t like was the communication with the host, when I had a problem and asked questions he did not want to explain, seemed a bit rude as well. Oh and there was nasty smell in the dishwasher, when I opened it to load the dishes I couldn’t handle it.
• Zhargal (8/5): Very good - Overall it was a good stay, i'd recommend it. The apartment is as spacious as the photos show what doesnt happen a lot these days The mattress is not the best, too soft. Apart from it, everything is just fine
• Iryna (6/5): Great Potential, but TOO MANY Inconveniences - The apartment had beautiful renovations, a panoramic window, and a stunning view of the sunset. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet yet conveniently close to all the main attractions and activities While the apartment had some great features, there were several issues. The dishwasher and washing machine were available, but no detergent or tablets were provided, and the host refused to supply them. The bathroom lacked any space to place personal items, which was inconvenient. The lighting system was overly complicated with 10+ switches for two rooms, some of which turned lights on in one room while turning them off in another. The shower drain was completely clogged with hair, and I had to clean it myself. There was rust on the bathroom tiles, and the provided soap and shower gel were of very poor quality. Additionally, we were only given one key for four people, which made things difficult. In the kitchen, there was a second microwave placed on the countertop, leaving almost no space for cooking

• Rita (9/5): Great apartment for stay - It was a pleasant stay at this apartment. The facilities were excellent, cleanliness and the location was convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Receiving access instructions was quite late, difficulties with the room's lighting, air freshener in the toilet would be a good option

• Rene (8/5): Very good - Internet did not work the entire time we were there. We called the reception and they said somebody would come to fix it the next day, but we did not see anybody. They also forgot to prepare the bed linens for the 3rd and 4th person.
• Don (10/5): Excellent! - The location was excellent within walking distance of everything (you have an amazing tram system). The apartment was clean, well appointed and quiet. We will definitely recommend Teichmann apartments to other people. There wasn't anyone there to hand over the keys when we arrived. After half an hour of knocking on doors and stopping people on the street asking where the apartment was, we finally stopped a man (who was outside on his smoke break) and he spoke English. He very kindly loaned us his phone so we could call the office number. You must improve on your communication the DAY BEFORE people arrive explaining EXACTLY where the apartment is and how to get in touch with the host.
• Ro-7 (8/5): Very good - Location, size of the appartments, grocery shop and restaurants nearby. Clean. One bead was broken. And the bed sizees in description do not reflect reality. Would as well recommend more equipment in the kitchen. Dining table bas bit to small for 4 persons.

• Avijit (7/5): Comfortable and central - Excellent location, with many cafes and transport facilities close by. Spacious and sunny apartment with comfortable beds and large bathroom. Responsive hosts who arranged housekeeping for us (on request) and fixed fused bulbs. Toiletries, detergent, and some groceries were thoughtfully provided. The apt was not the one displayed on Booking.com. Upholstery and carpet needs refurbishment and crockery was mostly chipped.. A frying pan and can opener would be a good addition. Sadly we were not able to use the balcony as the balcony door could not be fixed in the entire month we were there.
