• Camomilleus (10/5): We had a comfortable stay and really appreciated the space and convenient location. - We had a nice stay at this apartment in Prague. The apartment is really spacious and worked great for our group, with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The location is also good — about a 20-minute walk to the city center. The parking garage was definitely a big plus too. There were a couple of things that could be improved. The couch in the kitchen could use a deep cleaning. Getting the keys was also a bit inconvenient because there’s no place to park on the street while picking them up, and we weren’t allowed to enter the backyard even though the gate can be opened remotely.

• Paul (1/5): Trotz rechtzeitiger Kommunikation und nur 15–20 Minuten Verspätung kein Check-in möglich, komplette Buchung storniert un - Nichts Vorsicht bei dieser Unterkunft! Wir haben fast 900 € im Voraus bezahlt und den Gastgeber frühzeitig informiert, dass sich unsere Ankunft leicht verzögern kann. Am Anreisetag haben wir kontinuierlich kommuniziert und eine Verspätung von nur 15–20 Minuten angekündigt. Trotzdem standen wir nachts mit 9 Personen vor verschlossener Tür – keine Reaktion auf Anrufe oder Klingeln. Wir mussten kurzfristig eine Ersatzunterkunft organisieren. Die komplette Buchung wurde durch den Gastgeber storniert und der volle Betrag einbehalten, obwohl wir die Unterkunft nie nutzen konnten. Auch ein Check-in am zweiten, bereits bezahlten Tag war nicht mehr möglich. Aus unserer Sicht absolut unverhältnismäßig – bei Google findet man eine ähnliche Erfahrung als Bewertung.

The host is so helpful, staff was friendly and our stay here was incredible. AC in every room + fast wifi and smart TV with netflix. All the rooms has a storage and all of them are enough big.

Big berdrooms with storages and spacious kitchen with a lot of kitchen things. Smart TV, wifi, netflix, Delonghi coffee maker, private garage, near the public transport stops.

• Felice (10/5): - Our stay in this apartment was from the beginning to the end absolutely perfecto. 2 private spacious toilets with sinks, 2 modern bathrooms. The whole apartment is very private in a quiet street, but very close to the city center (8 minutes by foot when you walk slowly). The big plus was a private garage for our car (BMW X5), the parking was comfy. I definetely reccomend it !!

• Ole (7/5): Fine apartment in a nice neighbourhood, with good facilities missing a few details - Great location in non-tourist neighbourhood close to Miru square and Vinorhady, safe and quiet. Good supermarkets and restaurants/takeaway within a few minutes of walk. Pleasant rooms of good size with high ceiling. Kitchen is fully equipped and works well. WIFI and TV is excellent. Great little balcony easily suitable for two for coffee and so on. Generally good cleaning condition without insect infections and the like, including the kitchen. We did not miss any facilities in the apartment for a two-week stay. The bathrooms are in immediate need of repair, especially the one without bathtub - practically all floor tiles are loose and a hazard for tripping and cutting your feet. Severe drain smell in the non-bathtub bathroom. The other bathroom has some loose floor tiles, the shower in the bathtub has no wall fixing - you hold the shower head while showering. The little toilet room is difficult to use due to the compressed space. More cleaning needed for some of the closets inside and on top, and behind the beds. Beds are very firm but flawless if you like that. I would have liked not be presented with the requirement for informing on guests name, address and ID numbers, a few hours before arrival - when in transit it is impractical/difficult. The entrance door key/lock is quite difficult to use - took a few days to get the feeling of how to turn the key to lock/unlock.
• Stanisław (10/5): Great place, I can fully recommend - Great location and great apartment. Amazing base for touring the city with 2 metro stations nearby and trams as well. Apartment is big and very nice. Garage for a car is great addition as well as it would be hard to find a place to park a car on the streets.
• Enrique (10/5): - Just amazing. Stunning, modern, comfortable and clean flat in a quiet neigborhood but very close to the city center and also close to the main railway station. AC in every room and radiators, so you can control temperature in the flat like you want. Comunication with the owner was very well. Fast wifi and coffee maker (coffee beans included). Each bedrooms were large with a storage space for our personal things. Big kitchen with all the appliances.
• Chen (10/5): - Large and exclusive apartment nearly in the city center (10 minutes by foot from the Vaclav square). Pet friendly. Very polite staff. Comfortable beds, big sofa, pleasant temperature, private garage, fast wifi. A lot of restaurants in the neigborhood. The flat is in a very good condition and it is extra clean. Next time we will book this great accommodation again.

• Mathew (10/5): - We traveled to the Prague for Christmas market and this place was amazing for us. Very close to the Vaclav square and Ol town Pragues. The flat is spacious with a lot of windows, balcony, high ceillings and designed furniture. Easy checkin, smart TV, fast wifi and private garage were also very positive things, which made our trip even better.

• Anton (10/5): - Sunny, beautiful, warm and spacious flat in a great neigborhood Vinohrady. The street is not busy and there are a lot of gastro stations and shops nearby. Tram stop just 2 minutes by walk. Location is very practical - near the city center but also near the smaller Christmas market located at Námeští Míru. Kind host who comunicates very quickly. I recommend this place.
• Tomas (10/5): Just a cool accommodation - Exclusive apartment, welcome drinks and snacks including champagne were prepared for free. Spacious kitchen connected to the open living room. Cozy bedrooms, lots of storage space, comfortable beds. The entire apartment has air conditioning and all windows have nice yellow curtains. Really good location just a few minutes from the city center. The possibility to park our car for free in the private garage was a great benefit of this accommodation.
• Marija ROS KOZARIĆ (9/5): - Stan, blizina metroa i tramvaja, sadrzaji unutra. Paziti na širinu vozila prilikom ulaska kroz haustor. Sirina kombija je veca od ulaza te smo morali parkirato vani. Srecom, parking nije bio skup. Dulje cekanje na ulaz zbog brave koja je bila potrgana. S e je rijeseno, ali nam je oduzelo nekoliko sati.
• Femka (10/5): - Really amazing city apartment located in the great neighborhood with a free parking place. We had a big family car Volkswagen Sharan and the entrance to the private garage was absolutely comfortable. Checkin proccess was easy and the host was nice and helpful all the time.

• Laura (9/5): Meidän tarpeisiimme sopiva ja toimiva asunto - Sijainti oli hyvä ja asunto sijaitsi lähellä keskustaa Matkustin pienten lasten kanssa joten syöttötuoli olisi ollut kiva. En kuitenkaan odottanut sitä koska sitä ei ollut mainittu esittelyssä. Toinen vessoista oli melko pieni ja vessoihin tuli vain kylmää vettä.

This apartment is suitable for large groups of people, as it is a four-room apartment with two fully equipped bathrooms and two separate toilets. The apartment also has a hallway with storage space, which gives you a feeling of even more privacy. There was even a balcony, which is not standard in Prague.

Prague is one of my favourite destinations and this accommodation made my travel experience even better. There are 4 big rooms in the flat, corridor with a plenty of storage space, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and balcony. I loved very pretty paintigs hanged on the walls. The flat is air-conditioned and has modern, but really unique design. Maximum points from my side.

• Richard (10/5): - I have visited Prague for many times but this place was definitely the best. Beautiful neigborhood, balcony, ACs, fast wifi, coffee maker, private parking spot and more. Modern designed flat in historical building. Very close to the city center and subway + tram station. Shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Nice and polite host.
• Beverley (8/5): Good but not sure with young children. - The apartment is nice. It’s really big and is well equipped. The owners were quick to answer and provided us with a cot and high chair. Communication is good but a few misunderstandings due to language differences. I also didn’t like that the check info was only due to be sent at 3pm meaning we could plan round it especially when we later found key pick up was not even at the property. We were messaged the day before leaving to ask what time we are leaving so cleaning could be planned this felt unnecessary and rude. They asked the morning of booking for id and travel information. It would be good if this was asked for before as we were travelling. There are a few things wrong in the property which can easily be sorted if the owners wish. There is no working plug in the bath which makes it not great for young children. There is no sieve in the kitchen. Tiles are loose in bathroom floor making us nervous about children. Skirting board off and sat on floor in bedroom. My friend found moving her pushchair up and down difficult as multiple steps and many doors to unlock. We also had only one set of keys and no way of knowing which buzzer to press mean my friend had to come down with baby to let us back in.
• Eva (10/5): - Krásný a prostorný byt v centru Prahy. Oceňuji dva záchody a dvě koupelny a také možnost posedět si na balkoně směřujícím do klidného vnitrobloku. Celkem úzký průjezd do dvora s garážemi. Naštěstí jsme měli menší auto, ale i tak jsme projížděli se sklopenými zrcátky. Chtělo by to uvést šíři průjezdu do základních informací, třeba i jako fotkou vrat s uvedením rozměru.

Des petits cadeaux de bienvenue en plus dans l appartement ont été de magnifiques surprises Logement très bien situé ( proche centre ville )et adéquate pour notre famille de 5 . Ce n est pas rédhibitoire mais l entrée du garage n est pas très large ( normal : ville ancienne ). Attention aux grosses voitures familiales.
• Putz (10/5): Exceptional - We spent a few beautiful days in this wonderful place. The apartment was really spacious, clean and comfortable, with lots of storage spaces. We arrived by car and parked the car in a private garage in the courtyard of the building. Parking was very easy to find and use. The location of the apartment is very practical, next to the National museum and The main railway station. Our host was very kind and answered all our questions very quickly. This stay was amazing in every way.

• George (8/5): Big appartment in a good neighborhood - Good neighborhood with good cafes and bakeries close by. Apartment has a good size and nice with two toilets and two bathrooms. Everything was working in the appartment. Nice gesture form the owner with a bottle of wine and some chocolate upon arrival. Good communication with swift replies. Door to the apartment is very worn down, you could actually open the door without using the key! Luckily you still need to enter two others doors using a digital key, but still not very good. Most facilities were in the flat, but it lacked an iron board (the ironer was there, but no board) and it would have been nice with a small bottle of shampoo in the bathrooms. Asked for a later check-out and got the message, that we could stay till 12.30 (instead of 11.00) but that would cost us 35 Euros......come on guys, that is pretty steep. Pretty bad beds, covers and pillows. Sofa has some ugly spots to be honest.

• Paul (9/5): Family trip to Prague - We have stayed in this area before and it is nice and quiet. Very comfy beds and very clean. Short walk to wencelas square and old town. When I booked it said there was ironing facilities but we didn't find them. Also it might be a good idea to have more than one set of keys as when 3 couples are staying was a bit inconvenient if we didn't want to all go out together.
• Swen (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and large apartment, near the main railway station (Praha Hlavní nádraží) and metro stations (I. P. Pavlova, Námestí míru). Street is quite and nice, there are lot of restaurants and pubs, shops and services. Flat was very clean, with two bathrooms and two separate toilets, three big bedrooms (one of them with terrace with wonderful view) and big livingroom with kitchen. AC in every room : ) Wifi working great. Welcome gifts from the owner, he was completely great.

AC in every room, big bedrooms with great matracces and very modern and design bathrooms. The advantage is also two separate toilets. Parking is private, garage is in the yard.

There are all appliances such as a toaster, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, a vacuum cleaner, etc. We enjoyed big kitchen, comfortable beds and terrace. Very clean. Parking was very easy. Host was amazing person, he gave us some welcome gifts. Wifi working great.

• Lewandowska (10/5): Highly recomended! - Very spacious and bright apartament in silent neighbourhood. All of us have their own space and bed and moreover we have common space for pleasant evenings. Service: super nice and proffesional. We have all information immediately - contact with Host was easy and pleasant. We got nice gift for our stay in Prague :) There were very close to the city centre - about 30 minutes walk. I would like to have shower gel in the bathroom and additional towel for everyone.
