• Chloe (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good. When we arrived at the apartment our room was boiling and the aircon wasn't working. We contacted the owner who did reply promptly, but he told us he was already aware of the problem and the engineer would be coming out later in the week (after our stay ended). In the meantime he asked us to climb a set of ladders in the communal area and reset the fuses ourselves to see if that would temporarily fix the issue. It fixed the aircon briefly and it lasted for about an hour before breaking again. The accommodation is on a busy road so it's impossible to sleep with the windows open, so we didn't get a single night of good sleep during our stay. The other amenities in the communal area were all out of service, including the TV and drinks machines. The TV in our room didn't pick up any channels, the kettle in our room was broken and the lid wouldn't stay shut during boiling, and the shower was either stone cold or boiling hot, no happy medium. The bed itself was uncomfortable, with strange bedding that didn't fit the bed and flat uncomfortable pillows. The toilet flush didn't work well and the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. We would not consider staying here again.

• Franco (3/5): - My stay at this accommodation was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had. The main issue is the soundproofing, which is practically non-existent. You can hear absolutely everything that happens in the neighboring rooms: from normal conversations to bathroom use or snoring. During our three-night stay, it was impossible to sleep. Since the property accommodates groups of people, the noise generated by other guests—especially those coming back drunk and loud late at night—carries entirely into your room. The accommodation relies fully on the self-regulation of the guests, as there is no staff or management team on-site. With no one there to enforce rules, the situation becomes unmanageable when others don't respect the quiet hours. Furthermore, this lack of service extends to communication: on our first day, I requested fresh towels via the WhatsApp number they provided, and I never received a reply. The only decent point worth mentioning is the location, which is relatively close to the tram lines. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for rest or basic customer service.

• Abel (4/5): - La ubicacion es muy buena y que te permitiesen guardar las maletas el ultimo dia sin coste está muy bien. El baño estaba muy sucio, tanto que no usamos el lavabo ni un solo día. Hablamos con los dueños y en vez de mandar a limpiar a alguien no se hicieron cargo diciendo que era una suciedad normal del día a día. Uno no paga para llegar y ver un baño sucio del "día a día" siendo esto mentira porque habia moho y suciedad en el lavabo que podrían haber limpiado en condiciones. Por otro lado la cama y almohadas eran muy incomodas.

• Enrico (8/5): Bene ma non benissimo. Consigliabile solo per brevi/brevissimi soggiorni. - Stanza piccola ma razionale, bagno buono con bella doccia, ma lavandino veramente troppo piccolo. Uso della cucina comune facile, con tutto il necessario. Macchina per bevande calde gratuita, ma sovente senza le polveri (cacao o caffè). C'è anche un distributore di birra alla spina (a pagamento) ma non era funzionante. Stanza abbastanza rumorosa perchè al primo piano e affacciata su una strada piuttosto trafficata. I vetri non erano adeguati per isolamento acustico. Non buono nemmeno l'isolamento acustico con la stanza accanto.

Думаю отзыв будет полезен для тех, кто не может спать под шум, так как стены тонкие, и слышно абсолютно всё. Каждое слово соседей. Номера старые, но за такую цену это ожидаемо. Также вентиляция страдает, запахи очень сильные.

• Inés (9/5): Estancia excelente, muy céntrico - Excelente ubicación, calidad y precio maravillosos. Alojamiento original (estuvimos en la habitación rosa) y el servicio fue fantástico. Se encuentra en una zona muy céntrica y es una zona limpia y segura de la ciudad. Las zonas comunes contaban con una gran cantidad de cosas que se podían utilizar. El baño podría haber estado un poco mas limpio y la ducha es muy sensible a los cambios de temperatura (lo movías un poco y podía estar muy fría/muy caliente, haciendo complicado encontrar el punto medio)
• Vaia (9/5): Πολύ καλή διαμονή - Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, καθαρό και περιποιημένα όλα! Το στρώμα ήταν άνετο και το μπάνιο καθαρό. Υπήρχε δυνατότητα να φτιάξεις καφέ στο δωμάτιο, υπήρχε ζάχαρη, τσάι, καφές και βραστήρας. Υπήρχαν και δύο παντόφλες. Η θέρμανση ήταν πολύ καλή! Έχει ένα χώρο με κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα και μηχάνημα που έφτιαχνε καφέ. Το άτομο που συνεννοηθήκαμε για την είσοδο ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το μόνο αρνητικό δεν είχε πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση και ακουγόταν οι διπλανοί (βέβαια σε αυτό φταίει ο κόσμος γιατί κανονικά ήταν ώρες κοινής ησυχίας και ήταν αργα το βράδυ), παρόλα αυτά όλη η διαμονή ήταν υπέροχη!

• Rebecca (10/5): Yellow room - We didn't meet the hotel owners directly, but we didn't need to - they sent us all the information we needed by email in advance. We met the cleaner - she was lovely. We stayed in the yellow room. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. There was facilities and ingredients for making a hot drink in the room. There was also a fridge and cutlery/plates. The bedding was clean and there was spare towels. There was free WiFi. Outside the room was a communal area with a microwave, toaster and other bits. We didn't use it but it looked useful for making food. It was quiet during our stay. I couldn't regulate the temperature on the shower, but I managed to have a shower that was a bit cooler than I would normally have.

The room isn't big, but has everything you need (if you need something else you can find in in the common kitchen). Very good bed: your back will be thankful. Disagree with feedbacks regarding dirty room: everything is clean. Keyless access is amazing (you don't have chance to loose it). Luggage box offers you +1 day of secure storage. Staff is invisible - great solution for us. Many thanks, recommend for those who appreciate (probably, the best variant for its price) If you have noisy neighbours, it could disturb you, audio isolation is not present at all. However, for us it was not a problem: after an active day in Prague, you don't hear anybody))

Además, el mantenimiento de los básicos es impecable; había suministros de sobra (papel, etc.) tanto dentro como fuera de la habitación. Un 10 en previsión. Almohadas muy blandas. Paredes de papel, ya que se escucha a la gente de las habitaciones contiguas. Baño muy pequeño.

Nella stessa sala c'è anche una sala relax con tv e biliardino Noi siamo stati nella stanza marrone e non c'era molta circolazione di aria, stando in sei persone bisognava spesso tenere la finestra aperta, anche la ventola del bagno sembrava molto flebile. Stanza un po' angusta

El personal de limpieza: un 10, eataba todo espectacular y fue muy amable. La ubicación es fantástica, a 10 minutos del ciudad vieja, 20 del puente de Carlos, 35 de castillo, 30 de vyseradd. Te dejan detalles para desayunar: café, té... Nos encantó Nada

• Sergey (6/5): Неплохо для короткой остановки на 1-2 ночи. - Отличное месторасположение. Близко от вокзала и всех основных достопримечательностей. В номере была посуда, чистые полотенца, чай кофе. Постельное бельё было чистым. В Общей кухне было чисто, есть много посуды для готовки и еды. Есть кофемашина и стиральная машина. Номер был розовым, очень яркий не успокаивающий цвет (на фото не передаёт, но больше похоже на комнату в борделе). Номер крошечный. На полу розовое ковровое покрытие с грязными пятнами и разводами ( не лучшый выбор если не получается убирать достаточно хорошо), на стенах были пятна и потертости. Это, в совокупности с каким-то неприятным запахом пыли или плесени создавало неприятное впечатление, находится в номере не хотелось. Стены из гисокартона и звукоизоляции нет совсем. Малейший чих или разговор в соседнем номере слышны будто это в полуметре от вас. В поддоне душевой кабины трещина, будьте осторожны. За окном оживлённая улица и звукоизоляция окон не достаточно хороша, чтобы вы не слышали всё что происходит снаружи (сирены, машины, сигналы и даже люди, которые громко разговаривают) будут слышны. Это может помешать выспаться.

• Lot (7/5): Mooi appartement - Alle spilled waren aanwezig, de gedeelde ruimte was goed onderhouden en schoon. De bedden lagen comfortabel. De locatie is uitstekend, bijna alles ligt op loopafstand! De badkamer had een onaangename geur, rook naar riool, en de airconditioning wilde niet meer aan na de eerste avond dus het was redelijk warm.

• Drenska (8/5): - I loved the location. Close to the old town and near big tram stops,so it was easy to get anywhere. The decorations were lovely,as well as the shared space. There are also spaces for each room in case you want to leave your stuff before or after check out. The manual on how to get to the apartment is also made great, and the hosts have made it super easy to find everything. It was a bit cold in the room, and there was no remote for the AC. Also, the walls are pretty thin, so if there are other guests next to you, it gets a bit loud.
• Andrea (8/5): - Struttura molto buona, posizione eccellente a pochi centinaia di metri dal centro , e a pochi metri dalla fermata tram. Spazi in comune comodi e graditi. La Tv nella sala comune non funziona. Nella mia camera la vasca idromassaggio una notte si è accesa da sola facendomi spaventare.

• Roman (5/5): - Dobrá lokalita,čistota,vybavenie,komunikácia Keď sme sa ubytovali bol chlad na izbe údajne pre vykurovanie v Prahe ale ako sa časom ukázalo bol problém s vykurovaním len danej izby nakoľko sme mali 2 izby a v druhej bolo všetko v poriadku, majiteľka síce priniesla ohrievač ale až na druhý deň poobede takze prvá noc bola v termo prádle

• Serena (8/5): - Tutto perfetto, unica pecca le mura sono molto sottili quindi se beccate persone che fanno casino alle 4 del mattino non si dorme. Consiglio la stanza rossa che è lontano da tutte a questo punto.
