• Manana (9/5): - We had a very pleasant stay. The check-in was simple and beautifully organized—we were personally welcomed and helped upon arrival. The location is excellent, with a tram stop right outside the building. Even though you need to change lines to reach the city center, the connection is easy. There are also dining options and a grocery store just a few steps away, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean.

• Nadia Setrakova (9/5): - The apartment was specious and beautiful, also the location was comfortable as it was a two tram stops away from a central area, where you could do shopping or get to other destinations. Also its near a night bus station, so it was easy to go explore bar and not worrying about walking alone at night. Also the host was very pleasent and sweet. The only downside is that the bed was quite hard, but beside that the apartment was comfortable and convenient. The bed was a bit hard

• Maximilian Walter Federico (9/5): - The place is just in front of the tram station which makes it really easy to move around, everything was clean and very nice The communication with the host was a bit slow the first days, we only got two single duvets which were pretty warm but the heating didn't really work well the first two nights, another blanket would have been really appreciated, also the pillows were not that great, I don't know if there were blankets anywhere since I looked but didn't find any and since communication was really slow we just gave up on it, other than that it was perfect. Oh and the microwave didn't seem to work, tried like 10 times and couldn't get it to heat anything.

• Simona (1/5): - Jestli potřebujete fakturu, tak sem určitě nejezděte. Ubytovaní nemůžete nejprve ani najít, pak vás protáhnou smradlavou chodbou a už nikoho nevidíte. Vaši potřebu faktury asi ignorují, telefony pokládají nebo nezvedají vůbec. Takže se prosím poučte z mé chyby.

• adripag (9/5): Excellent location - Excellent location - easy access to Prague center by tram and bus (stop practically at the door of the building). Excellent value for money. Flat is well equiped and fully met my expectations. Collective entrance to the building could be nicer.
• Rozenberg (5/5): Passable - It was large and had everything it says it does Mold and foul smell from the bathroom The microwave didn't work, just didn't heat. There are no proper blinds to seal the kitchen, and there are apartments right across that can just see everything inside. No air conditioner (just in case you are from a place where its a given and is not always stated) The mattresses are overused, and it is felt, not comfortable at all. The pillows are also small and uncomfortable. The tram, dear god, the noise would.not.stop. I will not miss this place, might as well take a hotel elsewhere.

The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you might need – it even included an iron. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was clean. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable.

• Fern (8/5): Great location - Location is fantastic, with the tram stop right outside it was very easy to travel into and around Prague. You are also close to Praha- Smichov train station where you can take a 30 minute train to Karlstejn Castle. There is also a great shop 2 minutes walk away with lots of options at good prices. The kitchen was large and well equipped with pots and pans. Barbara was friendly and let us store our luggage at the restaurant downstairs after we had checked out. The flat was spotlessly clean and the WiFi good. It felt very safe, both in the flat and in the surrounding area. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, especially the pillows. The road is noisy and it is quite hot in the flat at night. It would be good if there was some cooking oil or other kitchen essentials.

• Neil (9/5): Good value accommodation, with good public transport access - Wonderful property and friendly and professional host. The apartment is on the first floor and accessible to the city centre in 10 mins (via tram). There are a couple of local supermarkets nearby and good facilities to cook. The bed was comfortable and although next to a main road, not too noisy. Wifi was good too. I would definitely recommend. No, it was ideal for my needs.
• Marine (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment, king size bed, tram next to the apartment, in the city center within 20 mins. The washing machine is very silent, the equipments are good (fridge, oven, microwave...) Park on the street can be expensive. This street is noisy at night.
• Kerstin (10/5): Exceptional - It was even bigger than it seemed like on the pictures, super clean and you can see that the furniture is really new. I stayed there for a bit more than 2 weeks and anything I needed was there, the host was really friendly and there is a tram stopping right in front of the door so it's also well connected. Definitely had a lovely stay!

• Gurbuz (4/5): Disappointing - I have asked for the location and how to get there easily but all I had was an address and told to use Google. To me that's not the best way to communicate with a customer. But we found out ourselves.that it's easy to get there if you know how. In general, apartment itself is good size and clean but at the same time old. When you enter the building smell of rubbish and burnt oil/food smells meets you. We thought we cook our own breakfast but all kitchen utensils were greasy, frying pans were danger to health. I sent a message accordingly and requesting a new pan, got a message back after midnight saying sorry didn't see the message and will send one, none was sent. The toaster was in same state as well. I have always been happy with the places I book from Booking.com but this time I'm not at all. Prague is a wonderful city, so much to see, I'll go back but not to Just be that's enough there are better hotels around the same price nearer the city. I didn't like to have noone to communicate with, and the response to messages. Tram stop is outside the building but you have to take the tram every time you go out, so you are not as close to the city as you think and pay.Czk120 every 24 hours.

There is a restaurant downstairs and a tram stop on the same street. Good for discovering the city. And having a homey place to stay.
