The location is very convenient, with everything within easy reach. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

• Ramesh (9/5): High Fives to 'Mat'ty Apartment... - We loved the overall experience. The host was in constant touch with us from the time we did the booking and esp. the day prior to arrival. She arranged a cab at discounted rate from airport and was there to meet and explain everything when we arrived. The apartment is located at a convenient location and we walked to the major attractions. Safety was paramount for us and the location scored high on that. Definitely a place worth considering for anyone travelling to Prague. While we understand the challenges with running a business like this, a slightly later checkout time and/or flexibility in checking out would have been good. We had to cut short our plan on the day of departure even though we had 4 hours just because checkout was 10.30 and we had no place to keep our luggage. A minor issue - The shower panel is a little cramped. I feel most men around 6ft tall will find it hard.

• KMX (7/5): Przyzwoite miejsce na krótki pobyt - Dobre miejsce na krótki, weekendowy pobyt. Czysto, w miarę nowe wyposażenie. Precyzyjna instrukcja dotycząca odbioru kluczy. Bieżące wsparcie gospodarza w razie pytań/problemów. Lokalizacja pozwalająca na dotarcie pieszo do centrum miasta. Dosyć małe i ciemne mieszkanie (apartament na wprost od głównego wejścia). Parkowanie w bezpośredniej okolicy może być problemem.

Chválím přítomnost šamponu, sprchového gelu a dokonce i něco na odličování pro dámy. Nefungovala TV, ale majitelce bylo oznámeno (nejspíš o tom ani nevěděla).

• Imma (8/5): Se tornassi a Praga sicuramente ci tornerei - La struttura si presenta piccola pulita e ben curata la cucina era ben attrezzata con tutto l’occorrente ottimo il sistema dí riscaldamento forse il bagno un po’ troppo piccolo non c’erano punti per appoggiare le cose Ottima la posizione in 20 minuti di raggiungo tutti i punti principali della città c’è una fermata del tram proprio all’ingresso del palazzo e la strada è piena tra negozi supermercati e ristoranti Il caffè imperial era a 7/8 minuti di distanza Unica pecca mancava una macchinetta con capsule o cialde per il caffè c’era solo il bollitore per un caffè all’americana ne suggerirei l’acquisto

Viaggiando con bambini abbiamo trovato anche album da colorare, pastelli e carte da gioco. Davvero ottimo. Host cordiale e disponibile. Super consigliato! Non abbiamo trovato nulla che non ci è piaciuto.

Bonne literie. Très facile et disponible pour la remise des clés. Malgré le fait d être en ville c'est calme car donnant sur une cour intérieure..pratique car il y a un bon restaurant dans la cour. Pas essentiel mais coin repas un peu étroit

The host left crayons and books for my little daughter, which was very kind. They helped me with an hour late checkout. A microwave oven is a must and there is no elevator so you can choose the apartment by paying attention to this. We stayed in the smaller apartment on the 2nd floor and it was enough for 2 adults and a child.

Apartma ni bil dobro očiščen - v predalih v kuhinji so bile drobtine in lasje, hladilnik in prha sploh nista bila očiščena. Vse ostalo je bilo super, zmotil nas je slabši nivo čistoče.

The good location is near to old town (etc.) and supermarkets we didn’t use tranportation because the aparment is very good location. I suppose that if you travel Prague hire this apartment. The apt is a little too small and there are quite a few keys to access the building, the floor and the apartment, not too big a deal.

The apartment is very spacious, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Prague, it was very clear, well furnished, warm and close to the city center, you can reach the main city's attractions in max 15 minutes by walking. In addition, it is located within a inner courtyard so it's very quiet, you can sleep very well. The room is very large, the b ed was soft, we had a good sleep. Mika is gentle and explained us everything we need, leaving also in the apartment some city guide and dépliant for some tips. Everything was wonderful, I truly recommend this place and this host :D

• Pui (1/5): Heat water supply just enough for 1 person and very bad facilities. Not recommended! - The location is very near to the Florenc main bus terminal and very spacious for 3 ppl to stay. Poor heat water supply and facilities. Very dirty room condition. Three of us stay together in the room, however no more heat water supply after just one of us took shower!! And the owner didn’t help us anything at late night, we had to immediately move out and find another hotel for accommodation. Luckily we can find another hotel nearby while it’s already ruin our trip due to the poor management of the apartment. And the facilities are very dirty in condition, we found the kettle with mold and very disgusting bad smell, while the host just asked us to use the pot to boil water as alternative, however the pot cover is broken too, she asks us to use another size pot cover as remedy 😓, all facilities in the apartment are broken or in poor condition! It totally ruin our trip and gave us very bad impression of Prague.

• Olivera (9/5): Nice stay and nice host. - Mika is good host. Apartment has big bed and nice kitchen with every you can need for a few days stay. Location is the best, cca 10min walking from center. There is a bus/train/metro station in the neighbourhood. Also there is a Lidl, nice restaurant and money exchange place near the apartment. Floor can be more cleaner. It is not so bad but it can be better.
