• Cornelia (8/5): - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten bei der Karlsbrücke. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Ferienwohnung ist eine Tram-Haltestelle mit verschiedenen Linien. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet man ganz in der Nähe. Die Küche hat alles geboten, was man so braucht, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, ... Wir waren von dem stilvollen Altbau angetan, haben und sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

• Tony (9/5): - The location was great. Also, Tesco Express is only a short walk away for basic essentials. The bed was super comfortable, and the apartment was lovely and warm. We would certainly recommend. Loved everything but a little tip. The main entrance door is really heavy. Don't do what we did and try and use the handle. When you unlock the door, just give it an almighty shove. 😁

Luminoso, particolare e accogliente. Bagno diviso tra wc e doccia. Omaggio di caffé e té molto gradito. Il giudizio finale é positivo. Stoviglie impresentabili, troppo usurate. Alcuni arredi eccessivamente datati. Camera da letto impossibile da oscurare a causa delle tende oscuranti rotte (e anche intatte sarebbero inadeguate per finestre di quella grandezza). Nessun problema se la luce non vi disturba.

• Syahirah (9/5): Great stay and location! - We enjoyed our stay at Black Eagle Apartment. Everything was perfect, location is good and easily accessible to the main attractions in Prague. We would repeat the same apartment in the future! The bathroom is a bit small but it does its job. Overall, it's fine. :)

• Alona (6/5): - Месторасположение и то что в принципе все есть для комфортного пребывания. Во-первых картинка отличается от фото на сайте. Во-вторых, Я и мои дети очень замёрзли во вторую ночь так как котёл не включился аж до утра (((( Это было ужасно!У меня один ребёнок ещё очень маленький чтоб находиться в таком холодном помещении. И кстати кроватка детская (а точнее это был игровой манеж) так и не собралась .Кажется нам оставили её сломанную ,можна было и не запрашивать.И добавлю насчёт ванной - она крошечная ,ты не можешь поместется выйдя из душа,чтоб вытераться там,не говоря уже о ребёнке ,вдвоём там стоять нереально...Извините но больше к вам не приедем!

• Jan (9/5): Skvělé místo uprostřed rušného centra Prahy, rádi se vrátíme. - Skvělá lokalita, prostorný čistý apartmán, v dosahu vše, co potřebujete. Oceňuji kávovar, kapsle, topinkovač, rychlovarnou konvici. Uvítali bychom drobnou investici do vybavení kuchyně - postrádala jsem cedník, konvičku/karafu na čaj, škrabku na brambory, prkénko na krájení už taky není v kondici... Ačkoliv kuchyň nabízí velkorysé úložné prostory, chybí vybavení.

• Barbara (8/5): OTTIMA SCELTA - Ottima posizione, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in max 20 minuti e a 2 minuti c'è la fermata del tram. Appartamento spazioso, al 1° piano con ascensore. Cucina ben attrezzata con forno, lavastoviglie, microonde, frigorifero con grande scomparto freezer, piano cottura a induzione, macchinetta per il caffè Nespresso (con qualche capsula), bollitore e tostapane. Doccia spaziosa e wc separato. In camera da letto è presente un soppalco con divano letto e smart TV. Viene fornita biancheria da letto, da bagno e spugna + strofinaccio per la cucina. Erano presenti anche phon con diffusore, ferro + asse da stiro, un ventilatore, doccia shampoo, sapone per le mani, carta igienica, detersivo per i piatti ed un paio di capsule per la lavastoviglie. Riscaldamento autonomo con cronotermostato. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di fare check-in in anticipo. Un po' rumoroso il riscaldamento in camera da letto.
• Deborah (9/5): - Very large, clean apartment, close to Pražské Jezulátko and Tyršův dům tram stop. Large kitchen if you want to make meals. Despite being next to a restaurant, there was no noise from it. The key stuck a few times in the front door and was difficult to remove. The rest of the time it worked fine. The blinds are slightly broken in the bedroom, and I wasn't sure whether people in the park opposite could see in. There is nowhere to leave luggage after you have checked out (this is the first apartment where I have not been able to do so, and I visit Prague regularly). The owners did send links to an app that I used to find a nearby restaurant that stored my luggage (for a fee), but if you have a lot of luggage and you are not leaving the city immediately after checking out, this might be an issue.

• LeAnn (10/5): Great location, well-appointed studio, lovely terrace - The hosts provide a website with all of the information one needs to check-in. The apartment was just far enough off the tourist corridor to allow breathing room, but also an easy walk to everything. The studio was nicely fitted with everything we needed for a ten-day stay. We will definitely return.

• Anatoliy (9/5): The best place in town - Great location — the apartment is spacious, with a large kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils. There’s a beautiful view from the window into the greenery, and it’s perfectly situated close to the main tourist area while being right next to the Petřín Gardens, where you can enjoy a walk or relax on the grass. The kitchen furniture is quite old and could use an update.

Sam apartament jest bardzo duży, bardzo dobrze wyposażony ( sama kuchnia zawiera więcej niz jest to potrzebne na wyjeździe). Czysto, ładny wystrój wnętrz, widok na piękny park, który sam w sobie jest atrakcją turystyczną. Na dole budynku znajduje się piękna restauracja a zaraz obok pyszna pizzeria. Właściciele mają bardzo dobrze zorganizowane przekazanie kluczy i wszelkich informacji.Bardzo polecam to miejsce. Bez uwag
• María Angeles (10/5): EXCELLENT STAY - We traveled as a family (two adults and two teenagers, aged 17 and 14), and the apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable, spacious, and clean. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of nearby services (supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, public transport), and most of Prague's main sights are within walking distance. Communication with the hosts was excellent from the start—quick, clear, and with all the necessary information. Check-in and check-out were very easy, fully automated with codes, which made everything simple and convenient. If we come back to Prague, we will definitely stay here again. We liked everything.

How to open lockbox. 2. How to open the door locks 3. How to operate Room heating and cooling system. Same thing happened with me in Paris, To open door lock, it took around 15 mins because the procedure for door lock opening was so typical with the keys and i was not aware about it not even mentioned by the owner.

All the amenities needed are in the apartment and everything was clean and ready made for our stay. Everything went smoothly and the owners were flexible with check-in and check out. Overall, this was a great value for money. A more comfortable sitting area would have been a nice add on.

• Stijn (9/5): Perect,spacious and clean apartment in the centre of Prague. - Spacious and clean apartment with all the facilities you need. Center is within walking distance. If you come by car, you have to look carefully for where you can park cheaply. The host gives some options, we parked at Garáže Procházka. Excellent service, guarded and covered. Not very cheap, €15 per day. We had the apartment without a balcony, we knew this in advance but we missed it.

Our hosts were very communicative and let us check in early since we arrived very early to Prague. Overall, a very nice stay and I’d choose the studio again if I visited Prague :) -

We loved the set out of the apartment and it had everything you needed. We did not need to contact the hosts during our stay as everything was ready for us arriving. There are some lovely little restaurants nearby, the supermarket is about a ten minute walk much cheaper than the mini market. You can explore Prague on foot no need to use trams everything is in walking distance. We would love to stay here again. Nothing

Good position(walking distance towards center/castle, very good coffeeshops and restaurants close by), huge terrase, cozy and clean room, very clear instructions about the house, and you have also everything you need for a longer stay. We hope we will stay here again next time we are in Prague.

Plenty of restaurants,coffee shops and sweet spots very close by. The old building was charming. The entrance so pretty and the apartment with the large terace was great.The decorations make the place very cozy, loved the painting. Even though it is centrally positioned, the area is very quiet, perfect for rest as well. The owners are very helpful with guidance, but finding a good parking spot was a little tricky. Mr Parkit is very close, but its best to locate it before arriving.

• Brookchen (6/5): Pleasant - 1. Good location to Tram stops and Charlie Bridge. 2. Good kitchen for cooking by ourselves. 3. Enough space for bedroom. 1. Suffering from such a scorching summer days with only one fan for upper or lower bed. No provision of another fan after negotiation. It did affect our sleep. 2. Opening the windows for ventilation, but too hard to stop all kinds of bugs coming in. 3. Cozy place, but still too much spider web everywhere. 4. Out of the windows of kitchen and bedroom is the restaurant, keeps making loud until 10:30 pm. Either bear the muggy inside, or endure the noise outside.

• Tracey (10/5): Lovely apartment in prime location - The location was excellent. A couple of minutes to both bridges and near the castle. There were lots of cafes and bars outside for breakfast or lunch. The apartment had everything you needed and more. The bed was super comfy and the terrace was lovely. Nothing.
• Mark (10/5): Good apartment, good location. - A very nice apartment, good size and a lovely terrace to sit out on. All the facilities you might want. Nice part of town and easy walking distance to the historic parts of Prague. Local grocery shops are a bit pricey but nearby. Better supermarkets are not too far away. There is no view from the terrace, looks into a tree filled courtyard so don't expect too much. Only one comfortable chair in the room .

Very cold in the bathroom and the toilet. Water pressure in the shower could be better. Also bedsheets didn't seem very clean, I got allergic (I'm allergic to dust)

• Vjera (10/5): Exceptional - The whole apartment was lovely. It is a mix of old and new and it was fine for our family of 4. Bed was comfy, and the whole walk in shower was great. The apartment is facing the garden side, so there was no noise coming from the street, just some from the charming restaurant, which closes at about 11pm. Mornings were really quiet. We didn't use a lot of kitchen. Location was excellent, in a walking distance to almost everywhere in central Prague, with many nice restaurants around. We would recommend a stay in The Black Eagle apartment.
• Hannah (9/5): Really pleased with the apartment and terrace, good facilities, well located and very good value. - We loved the self check in, the huge terrace with bbq, the size of the apartment and facilities. No elevator (which we knew in advance) - it was difficult climbing up three flights of stairs in the heat! Also, we did not know the building was under renovation so there was drilling and hammering from 9am to 4/5pm every day. Didn't affect us loads, but we did hear it most of the time.
