• Antonio (7/5): - Ubicación e instalaciones. El sofá cama no está hecho para dormir. El colchón son cojines del grosor de un folio. El piso está genial para dos personas, pero no para 4 y que dos duerman en el sofá cama.

• Adéla (7/5): - Výborná lokalita v blízkosti památek. V apartmánu byla pohodlná postel. Po příchodu a po celou dobu pobytu byl cítit odpad v koupelně. Vybavení kuchyně už taky něco zažilo.
• ANDRIY (10/5): Раджу всім скористатись цим помешканням! Але перед тим уважно вивчити цей та інші відгуки - Дуже client-freindly господарі. Пішли назустріч просьбам щодо заселення. Помешкання чисте, обладнанне всім необхідним. В центрі міста. Всюди близько пішки. Для короткого візиту (2-3 ночі) одному/удвох - ідеально. Більше (дитина або третій доролий) - вже буде важко Але ж - пробачте - дивіться на площу помешкання при його виборі! Тоді реальність вас не розчарує, а навпаки, задовольнить. Як менЕ. Трохи напрягала необхідність забирати ключі в іншому місті. Тобто шукати дорогу до нього, або (комусь) платити додатково за таксі. І не виключено, що то могло бути пізно ввечері/вночі, як в мене, через запізнення із прибуттям. Але вважаю, це не така уж проблема. Якщо ви таке передбачаєте та цього не бажаєте, ну що ж, цілком логічно - обирайте готелі з цілодобовим check-in Ще: в спекотні дні влітку не буде вистачати кондиціонера. Так, його нема. А навкруги суцільний камінь (я про будинки, вулицю) Я знав, що погода в дні мого візиту буде комфортна. Тому це питання мене не хвилювало. Але якщо ви знаєте, що будете в Празі в спекотні дні, тоді звісно читайте опис помешкання та обирайте такі, де є кондиціонер.
• Unai (9/5): - Ubicación perfecta, prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad. Bien quipado. No hubo manera de hacer funcionar la bañera. Ligero olor raro al ducharse.

• J.Oscar (7/5): Cumple con las expectativas - Lo que mas me gusto fue toda la gestión directa con los propietarios y sus tiempos de respuesta.Siempre fueron atentos y serviciales y eso se agradece cuando viajas fuera de tu páis y te trasmite seguridad y tranquilidad. La ubicacion del apartamento era perfecta ,el apartamento muy cuidado y actualizado. Los vecinos indeseables haciendo fiesta hasta altas horas de la madrugada y la zona sabes que estas en zona de ocio nocturno. Es posible que no puedas descansar en días festivos como nos paso a nosotros . Pero no es culpa de los propietarios.
• Xhulia (9/5): - The apartment is located in a very good area and very close to the center. Clean and in good condition. There was a very strong and foul toilet smell that could be heard from the entrance.

• Laura (10/5): - Precioso apartamento en el centro de Praga, con todo los servicios cerca, no hace falta coger transporte para llegar a los sitios turísticos. Tranquilo y con todas las comodidades. Cama muy cómoda con distintas almohadas, menaje de cocina completo con todo nuevo y cafetera express., Recoger las llaves a 15 min de donde está el apartamento.

• Bart Hermsen (8/5): Very nice appartement in Prague! - A really nice appartement with all the facilities you need in the city. An awesome location and really nice to stay there. The only thing, is that they promise 24/7 support. We got an email after check-in with how to send a message for support on their website. We did that, but didn't get any reply. After check-out got a message if everything was okay, I told them about the message, but they kind of ignored it and right away sent a message: 'thank you for being a guest, please send us a review'. So this felt not good at all.

• Håvard (5/5): Overall nice location for a nice price. Those pillows were on lifesupport - Nice location, good description of how to get the keys. Overall decent price for the season. Lots of accessories if needed Beds and pillows were awful. (Hostel quality) Cleaning of bathroom couldve been better (4/10) Very poor air quality if windows are not open Its not necessary to knock on the door to hurry up the check out 40 mins before the deadline (we left the apartment before 11, but its uncomfortable/unessecary stress having to answer the door when we are getting ready and packing) ps. I understand that some people are slow to checkout, but there is no point in stressing us to leave before the appointed time. If there is going to be maintance of the water supply we would like to know beforehand. (Easier to plan when to shower or make tea etc). Since there was no supply of water for 4 hours
• Anna (4/5): Great location, but appartment itself are very disappointing! - The location of the apartment are perfect, a few minutes walk from old town and major tourist attractions, close to tram and bus links. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby. Kitchen are well equipt. Brocken equipment replaced instantly. Bonus to have washing-dryer. Keys has to be collected from another address, which is very inconvenient. The pictures of the appartment are very outdated, they do not much the reality what so ever, not worth the money the owner ask per night. Power cut in the appartment, which we had to sort out ourself, the night/weekend manager told us over the phone to look for the electrocity fues box somewhere in the communal corridor and fix it our selfs or wait whole day for someone to turn up, rude and unpleasent person. The appartment shows significant signs of wear. TV not working at all. The furniture in the bathroom was swollen, very dated, missing drawer handle. The jacuzzi bathtub extra functions hardly works. In the kitchen, the bases of the cabinets were displaced. The coffe maker had no filters, so was unable to make a coffe. The dining table was unusable due to rocking terribly and has burn stains, cracked chairs. The carpet very worn out and dirty, beond cleaning stage. Walls very dirty, desperately need of repainting. No air conditioning, which means that in the summer season the temperature in the appartment is unbearable.

• Szabó (7/5): Good - The location was perfect, the kitchen was beautifull. The pictures were made a long time ago, the bathroom furniture has been used a lot. Tha bath's extra functions did not work. The tv was also bad.

• Maggie (8/5): Great little studio apartment in the Old Town. - Apartment has everything you need for a great city break. Jacuzzi bathtub nice after hours of walking around this beautiful city. A little worn, but in no way scruffy or dirty - bed was comfortable and nice to have a sofa and a table. Walking distance to all major tourist sites, close to tram and bus links. Several little mini markets nearby, all open late. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby. Excellent location. It was great to have a map and very thoughtful to have tea and coffee supplies there. Really enjoyed my stay and would happily go back. I have no complaints.
• Vladislav (7/5): Good value for money, not perfect but great for couples. - The host was very helpful and nice. The appartment had everything as advertised, kitchen appliances etc. The hottub was amazing. The location was perfect, a few minutes by foot away from the old-city and a lot of restaurants. The host has a great system for late-check-ins, with clear instructions on the whole process. The shower had an uncomfortable stream. A bit of mold on the ceiling. soundproofing could be better, my wife couldn't sleep because of the noises of the passing cars, could also hear the neighbour's television. Hand-prints on the wall next to the entrance. The window was difficult to open, but we ended up not using it anyway, as it's facing straight to the nextdoor building's windows. The wall separating the kitchen and bedroom could have been cleaned better.
