• Siance (8/5): - Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels und auch das Check in problemlos. Wir haben uns über WhatsApp gemeldet und alles lief Problem los ab PARKEN geht ab Samstag bis Sonntag. Ansonsten muss man bezahlen. Es gab viele Parkplätze. Metro war in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Auch andere Öffis sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto problemlos. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Unser Hund war herzlich Willkommen. Es gibt auch einen Hundeparkur, der eingezäunt ist. Man kann im Park gut mit dem Hund laufen Selbst die Hunde in Prag sind super freundlich und sehr gesellig. Apartment Ein Zimmer mit Ehebett Zweite Zimmer mit Ehebett und kleinem Bett. Betten waren soweit in Ordnung, die Matratzen eher hart. Küche Gut ausgestattet von der Küche. Mit einem Tisch und Stühle. Lift Der Lift ist auch toll. Unten am Empfang hat es 24 Stunden Securiti. Dachterrasse Die Dachterrasse ist mega. Allerdings nicht für Hunde erlaubt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Apartment ist in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch in Ordnung. Duschen war von der Einstellung etwas schwierig. Ist auch ein mega großes Haus 10 Stockwerke mit vielen Wohnungen. Toilette und Bad zusammen, mit einer na ja Lüftung. Bei geöffneten Fenster hört man die Straße. Etwas hellhörig und irgendwie roch es stark im Flur und im Lift. Vermutlich wegen dem Restaurant. Fernseher, falls jemand Wert darauf legt , ging kein Deutscher Sender. In der Küche ,ging garnicht. Eventuell haben wir es auch etwas falsch gemacht. Kann ich jetzt nicht beurteilen. Manche Steckdosen sind zu langsam , Handy laden dauert . Eventuell auch überlastet. Oder eben auch in die Jahre gekommen. Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Aber eben in die Jahre gekommen. Apartment ist groß und für 5 Personen ausreichend.

• Irena (9/5): Saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage - Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und unkompliziert. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und trotzdem direkt an der UBahn Station.

• Svetlana (7/5): Good, but not the best for the price. - Good location, clean surrounding. Metro, supermarket and restaurant are very close. The absent of air-condition - it is absolutely impossible to be in the room after noon.

• Madison (10/5): Great warm stay during a super cold snowy Prague! Thank you to our lovely host Katarina. - Clean, great location as it was right next to the tram stop! Also next door was the supermarket & a great Vietnamese restaurant downstairs. Quite a small bathroom (but that was to split between 5 so was always going to be tricky!) Lounge is quite warm for those sleeping on the sofa bed - even though it was -6 outside, might be hot in summer, shows good insulation!
• Andrii (9/5): Чудове помешкання, що задовольнило усі наші потреби з перебування у Празі - Чудове розташування: поряд станція метро та трамвайна зупинка Чудовий краєвид: в нас був найвищий поверх і огляд на значну частину міста Взимку тепле помешкання Достатньо простору для п'ятьох людей, але дуже мінімалістично Супермаркет для купівлі харчів поряд з помешканням Замалий холодильник та ванна кімната, що важко виправити з огляду на площу помешкання Кількість посуду та його якість Необхідність заселення з господарем, що не дозволяє змінювати графік приїзду та вселення достатньо гнучко

• Jordan (1/5): - Our stay here was a complete disappointment from start to finish. After landing at 9pm, we headed straight to the apartment and kept the host updated the whole time. Unfortunately, our Uber dropped us at the wrong location, which delayed us by about 10 minutes. Despite explaining this clearly, the host was rude, impatient, and showed zero understanding of the situation. We were then told we had to pay a €40 late check-in fee, even though the small delay wasn’t our fault. To make matters worse, when we explained that we didn’t have cash on us at that moment, the host abruptly told us that if we couldn't pay right then, we would have to come back the next morning at 8am to check in—meaning we would lose the night we had already paid for. This was completely unacceptable, especially after a long day of travelling. The communication shown in the screenshots was unprofessional, with the host even saying “Is this a joke??” when we were simply trying to get to the correct address. It set the tone for a very unpleasant arrival. The apartment itself wasn’t much better. The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable—all three of us struggled to sleep. The listing said we would have two double beds and one single bed, but the “single bed” turned out to be a sofa, which was misleading. The shower was basically unusable unless you held the shower head the entire time, as it couldn’t be adjusted and sprayed water over the shower wall. Overall, the combination of rude communication, hidden fees, misleading room details, and poor comfort made this one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve had. I strongly recommend choosing another place.

• Ivana (8/5): Very good - Perfect location (close to metro and tram station, supermarket), well equiped, clean, comfortable beds, nice view, nice terrasse on the rooftop Quite small bathroom, not so smooth communication, in one bedroom there is no proper curtains so there is lot of light during night and morning

• Ttoracky (1/5): Bad - It's one room not 2 as shown in pictures One space included with the kitchen The owner was extremely not nice She took a high deposit then asked me to clean the flat and leave it clean or she will deduct the deposit So basically cleaning is not included in the price You have to clean yourself, you have to throw the rubbish yourself I had a few requests she rejected it all like checking earlier We had a dog she asked for additional money which we paid but yet She warned me if there were any traces of dog hair she will deduct from the deposit While we had no way to clean 🫧🪥🫧 that much Instead of coming to have fun We had to worry about her requests

• Urte (10/5): Excellent stay - I loved the apartment, which was nice, clean and bright. It was on the ninth floor so the view was breathtaking. Even though the apartment is further from the old town, the metro and tram station was just outside the apartment, so it was super easy and convenient to get to places. Can't think of anything.
