- edwin van de venne (2/5): - Ruim appartement, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding (het appartement heeft wat onderhoud nodig, maar is daarom goedkoper dan andere appartementen), centrum is goed te bereiken, supermarkt is in de nabijheid. De keuken was niet goed schoongemaakt, met name de koelkast en binnenkant kastjes waren niet schoon.
Bij aankomst werden wij met 40 euro parkeerkosten geconfronteerd. Dit stond niet aangegeven op de website en stond niet vermeld in de overeenkomst die we bij boeking ontvingen. Ik heb onder protest betaald en aangegeven dat ik hiervoor en slechte beoordeling zou geven. Ik kreeg daar geen reactie op. Een dag later was dit aangepast op de website. Ik vind het niet acceptabel dat nadat de boekingsovereenkomst is gesloten, de voorwaarden worden aangepast. Parkeren was bovendien gewoon op eigen terrein; hiervoor had coulance moeten worden getoond.
- Vitalina (7/5): Good - We spent 5 nights in the apartment, and unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal. Although the apartment is spacious and located in a quiet area, it is in very poor condition and needs renovation. Everything creaks—the doors, the floor, and the glass doors produce loud, unpleasant noises that disrupt the peace. The shower was another disappointment, as adjusting the water temperature was nearly impossible; it was either freezing cold or unbearably hot.
The apartment was poorly equipped. Basic items such as soap, cleaning cloths for the kitchen, coffee, tea, and sugar were missing, which is below standard expectations. The feeling of neglect deepened as the stay went on.
Communication with the owner was good for most of our stay, but the last day was stressful. At 10 PM, we were informed that we needed to prepare the city tax in cash, which was highly inconvenient, especially at such a late hour when we had no opportunity to obtain cash. Although the city tax was mentioned in the booking confirmation, the reservation was made months ago, and we had forgotten about this additional fee. Informing guests at the last minute comes across as very unprofessional. Instead of understanding, we felt unpleasant pressure from the owner.
I strongly do not recommend this apartment in its current state. Unless the owner addresses the issues with basic amenities, repairs, and improves communication with guests, it's better to consider alternative options.
- Laura (10/5): Wonderful apartment, wide rooms, location on the hill. - Really big apartment, so comfortable for family with three children. Kitchen has everything for cooking. The shop is 5-7 min away from the apartment, also the bus stop. The view from the apartment is nice. Take notice that house is located on the hill, you can see Prague from the top, and the apartment is on the third floor. Location is no problem if you travel with car. There is parking place for your car so you can leave the car and travel by bus and other public transportation to the centre.
