• Shaun (10/5): - Price. Pizza, cleanliness, Comfortable beds, good shower and location. Everything we needed. Early roadworks outside. Nothing could be done about them.
• Jiao (7/5): Lovely place to stay - The location is right in the center of the little town. Walking distance to the Charlie bridge, Nicolas church and lively communities around. Restuarants are everywhere and good. The room is clean and spacious, with good equipments. It was still very lively during the night. People talking loudly on the street and from the bar until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately the studio is on the first floor and the windows are all next to the street. The sofa bed is not very confortable. The curtain is not light shaded. So be careful if you are sensitive with sleeping quality.

• Rachele (4/5): - Effettivamente è provvisto di tutto, dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie, bollitore e tostapane La stanza non è per 5. Il 5 letto era minuscolo e non c'era neanche la 5 sedia abbiamo fatto colazione in piedi! La stanza non era pulitissima (mi sono accorta che in lavastoviglie c'erano dei piatti SPORCHI. Inoltre la stanza è rumorosa per i vicini che senti accanto al letto e non ha tapparelle quindi entrano dalla finestra le luci della strada e dei locali. Gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati. Come luogo è a 25 min a piedi dal centro.

• Iyah (10/5): Prague-tastic - Room was huge. Complete with all the amenities, kitchen toilet and bath. The bed were huge too. The staff were nice. And location wise, there is a restaurant where you can eat and drink and have fun too. The towels smell a bit off but all ia good.
• Barbora (9/5): - Skvelý personál, výborná lokalita, vybavenie a čistota apartmánu super. V kuchyni je chladnička, kanvica, sporák a na chodbe je práčka Jedlo v reštaurácii je taktiež dobré. Apartmán je vybavený k úplnej spokojnosti. Jediné čo bolo negatívne,že cez okná ťahal.dnu chlad,dosť ich podfukuje.

• Angela (5/5): - Great location The photos don't reflect the current state of the apartment. It's a good sized room but very run down and shabby, even down to the bedding and towels. The blinds are useless at night as they don't block out the streetlights, and they can't be opened, so it's gloomy in the daytime.

• Davide (7/5): - La posizione in centro che permette di girare la città a piedi. All'interno dell'appartamento c'è tutto il necessario. L'appartamento si presenta più usurato rispetto alle foto e c'era molta polvere in giro.

• Rebecca (8/5): Really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again. - Really excellent location! The staff were fabulous and we had drinks in the restaurant downstairs too. Comfy bed. Clean apartment. We liked the provision of things like an iron and ironing board. The water temperature and l.lressure were great. Provided clean towels. Use of a kitchen is handy for longer stays. The shower had a tendency to leak which meant we used our towels trying to keep the floor dry! There was some things in need of updating or fixing like a plus which was loose from the wall and a broken mirror. But it didn't impact our stay at all and worked fine, just a little bit run down.

• Olhazh (9/5): Comfortable, great location, perfect for travelers - Everything was fine and comfortable. We came by train, and it wasn’t far, so we walked for an hour and looked at the city in the evening. After that, we went to a pub and picked up the key. We also received help finding our place and opening the door. At night, there aren’t many shops or places with food nearby, but this is a perfect location for travelers—close to the Leanon Wall and near the Castle. For our group, it was a great place to stay.

• Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, lovely spacious apartment with simple yet effective equipment, comfortable bed, unique atmosphere of this Old town's flats. Loved it. The bedroom is pretty small as in narrow. I didn't mind, but can imagine it might be a potential problem for someone.

Owner was accommodating when issues arose, responded quickly and compensated fairly. 10% off on food in downstairs restaurant and the food is amazing!!!!! With friendly service! Free wifi was advertised but it was choppy and :constantly cutting out - even our data plan did not work properly unless you were in a specific spot. Shower structure is terrible, too low, easy to leak out onto floor , filter was filthy and I had to clean it. It clogged the drain.

• Moonchild18 (10/5): It was everything we wanted and more. - Amazing studio! It even had a kitchen with plates, and everything you’ll need to make some meals. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location as well! Wifi would not work 90% of the time. Not that we needed it since we were mostly out through the city.

Well equipped small kitchen, without a microwave, which didn't make it worse, add some extra comfort. It's worthy to say that we also got a 10% discount in Nicolas Bar & Restaurant, which is downstairs.

• Magda (9/5): Superb - The location was nice and close to the Prague castle. We enjoy our stay. Nothing special, maybe a little bit bright in the morning as the curtains let the sun pass, but we woke up early morning anyways.

• Tara (10/5): A central, clean and beautiful apartment with a great host and so much to do. I'll return again! - We stayed at Studio Nicolas for one night before a festival in the Czech Republic. It was a pleasure to stay in, the room was warm, clean, and big with lots of storage; shoe racks, kitchen cupboards, sliderobes, etc... The amenities were very handy. There was a washing machine, huge fridge freezer, stovetop and oven, coffee machine, kettle and lots of utensils. It was great to have a functioning oven because after a lot of traveling we decided to make our own lunch and then hit the town for dinner after freshening up. The location was right in the center of Prague and you could grab a tram just 1 minute's walk away to all the main tourist attractions. There was a wonderful menu in the apartment for the downstairs restaurant Nicolas Bar. The prices we super reasonable for Prague city center and there's a discount for residents in the studio. The food is amazing and there's plenty to choose from; American, Italian and of course traditional Czech cuisine. Check-in was simple, and we were able to leave our heavy luggage in the bar downstairs at 11:00 am because we arrived early. Our host was very helpful and called us a taxi to an obscure club outside of Prague when we didn't know how to explain where we were going to the taxi driver. Check-out was as simple as popping the keys into a postbox if we were leaving early but as our host is also running Bar Nicolas we left them into his hands at 11:00 am.
