• František (10/5): Luxusní apartmán v srdci staré Prahy - Nádherný prostorný byt, prosklená podlaha do nějakého původního prostoru pod podlahou. Vana na nožičkách. Luxus. Foto odpovídá realitě. K orloji to bylo asi 200 metrů
• Svetlana (10/5): Загалом дуже сподобалось) хотілось залишитися надовше))) - Просто величезна квартира, у хорошому районі, великі ліжка, дуже велика ванна кімната, чисті мʼякі рушники. В квартирі прям дуже жарко) Але ціна за ці умови просто супер) Не було таких дрібничок як чай чи кава, гель для душу чи шампунь. Але в цілому це не критично.

Nous avons eu un souci de chaudière qui a été réglé de suite ! Le bruit la nuit ... Prague est une ville où beaucoup de gens viennent faire la fête et rentrent à tout heure de la nuit... Peut-être faudrait-il mettre des vitres qui isolent mieux phoniquement.

• myumyune ısmet (9/5): - Konakladıgımız ev ile resepsiyon aynı yerde değildi fakat 5 dakika yürüyüş mesafesindedir. Önceden iletişime geçtiğimizde çalışanlat hemen geri dönüş yaptı ve iyi karşıladılar. Ev ile ilgili ayrıntılı bilgi dökümanı verdiler. Biz üç kişi kaldık ama 5 kişi çok rahat kalabilir. Saat kulesine, nehire oldukça yakındı. Tren istasyonuna 20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Ev son derece temiz ve düzenli Eşyalar yeni ve kullanışlı. Aynı zamanda güvenli bir ev. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ve yine gidersem tercih ederim. Ev içi kullanmak için terlik olabilirdi, banyoda şampuan duş jeli yoktu. Kahve makinesi ve su ısıtıcısı vardı fakat kahve kapsülü ve çay vb yoktu. Bunlarda olsaydı kesinlikle tam not alırdı.

• Lucia (10/5): Se dovessi tornare a Praga prenoterei di nuovo uno dei loro appartamenti senza neanche pensarci. - Eravamo in 4 persone e ci é stato assegnato un appartamento gigante. 2 bagni: uno con la doccia e lavatrice e uno vasca e bidet!!! Cucina attrezzata di ogni cosa, divano comodissimo. E soprattutto, cosa fondamentale, a 3 minuti (veri!!) a piedi dalla pizza centrale. Tutto pulitissimo, tutto organizzato alla perfezione. Lo staff é stato gentilissimo, prima di partire gli ho fatto mille domande e loro hanno sempre risposto in modo gentile ed esaustivo. Ci hanno aspettato fino a mezzanotte per darci le chiavi dell’appartamento. Il Wi-Fi funziona veramente. Forse sono tutte cose scontate ma per noi no.

• Ewa (10/5): - The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. We had some minor technical issues during our stay, but the staff resolved the issue and made it right. I highly recommend it.
• Robert (10/5): Fenomenalna opcja! - Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, przestronnie, ciekawie. Byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni tym miejscem i z całą pewnością polecimy znajomym. Bardzo ciekawa łazienka!

• Evgenia (7/5): Cozy and big apartment in the old town where you have to pay extra for deposit and for leaving the suitcases - The apartment was big,cozy,modern and beautiful. It is located in the city center and you are close to all the attractions in the old town. Before you go, they ask for a €200 damage deposit that they will return it to you the next day after check out. The check in is at 3pm so if you arrive early in the morning like us, you need to wait almost half of the day to enter. Also you need to pay extra 5€ per luggage if you want to leave them at the reception. The bathroom has an uncomfortable bathtub without curtain that makes it impossible not to fill the entire space with water.

• Karina (9/5): Świetne miejsce w dobrej cenie - Świetna lokalizacja - centrum Pragi, a mimo to spokojnie i cicho. Można zjeść smaczne śniadanie w kilku miejscach w pobliżu, jest blisko do Rynku Staromiejskiego czy też Mostu Karola. Apartament jest duży, ma 1 sypialnię i drugi pokój, w którym jest aneks kuchenny, stół, telewizor, narożnik i ława oraz drugie podwójne łóżko, ulokowane między narożnikiem a ścianą (widać je na jednym zdjęciu). Oprócz tego jest przestronny korytarz i łazienka. Jak już pisałam jest spokojnie, nie było słychać sąsiadów, na ulicy też cisza. Po wymeldowaniu można za opłatą zostawic bagaż w przechowalni. Kwota kaucji została odblokowana na karcie na następny dzień po wymeldowaniu.

• Alex70 Verona (9/5): Vacanza con famiglia nel centro di Praga - Appartamento in pieno centro, veramente a qualche centinaia di mt dalla piazza principale (basilica e orologio astronomico). Comodo per raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi luogo da visitare, vicino a bar, ristoranti, market ed ogni altra necessità. Posizionato al primo piano di uno stabile d'epoca (no ascensore), molto luminoso e spazioso sebbene composto praticamente da ingresso + 2 locali + bagno. Ottima pulizia, spazioso e comodo per 4 o 5 persone. Location molto silenziosa, presenza di spazioso divano per un relax immediato. Nella stanza comprendende cucina e soggiorno segnaliamo la presenza di letto matrimoniale (non visibile nell'annuncio), molto comodo. Camera da letto con secondo letto matrimoniale e letto singolo altrettanto confortevoli. Diversi punti luce e svariate prese elettriche per la ricarica dei dispositivi (no prese usb dirette). Corredo letti e asciugamani puliti e completi. Connessione wifi stabile e veloce. Cucina non utilizzata ma fornita di tutto il necessario. Da consigliare!!! Sarebbe sicuramente più comodo poter avere a disposizione un box doccia rispetto alla seppur valida vasca da bagno (comunque chiaramente evidenziata nell'annuncio)...con la presenza di più ospiti suddetta soluzione agevolerebbe gestione e tempi. Bidet non presente. Presenza di sapone per le mani ma nessuna presenza di bagnoschiuma o shampoo (quelle piccole attenzioni per gli ospiti che risultano sempre gradite). Non presenti cialde o infusi per utilizzo macchina del caffè e/o bollitore (sempre in relazione alle piccole attenzioni per gli ospiti). Tv LCD Samsung praticamente inutilizzabile (antenna "portatile" e segnale satellitare non funzionanti). Check in e out esterni all'appartamento (cmq vicini allo stesso) presso struttura adibita allo scopo, possibilità di deposito bagagli vicino a suddetta struttura con servizio extra a pagamento. Richiesta procedura online di check in (registrazione dati ospiti) con cauzione di €200 (congelamento della somma su carta di credito/debito) da effettuarsi prima dell'arrivo a Praga: attenzione alle tempistiche dato che il sistema utilizzato dalla struttura impiega 3 giorni prima di poter effettuare suddetto congelamento dell'importo sopra indicato.

• Claire (9/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment in the of town. - The location was fantastic. In the old town, close to everything, but also quiet. And close to a fantastic play park for kids Fetching the keys was a little tricky as it was a shot distance from the apartment and we had all our bags with us. Everything else was great.
• Van (9/5): Constructive criticism! - A very pleasant apartment & stay & location except for the bathroom Our only problem/ dislike was the bath/ shower situation. The bathroom needs a proper shower. Standing in the bath makes a huge, wet mess & is also dangerous (slipping, etc)

• Blake (9/5): Great location - Great location, easy to get to all tourist destinations in the city. Immaculate cleaning and very spacious. Shower was a bit annoying, no curtain or holder for the hose showerhead. Would have been frustrating for a long stay.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Great cafe bistro next to the reception, good location, pretty quiet and walking distance of everywhere, small supermarket over the road, excellent pizza place, Alforno, five minutes walk away, twenty minutes from the airport bus stop. Clean and with all necessary facilities. Reception kept in touch and were very helpful. Advertised as multiple bedrooms, but is one bedroom and a bed in the living/dining space. Comfortable though and well kept.

• Jessica (3/5): Good location, dirty, and would not recommend - Location was quite good. It was very dirty, we literally found huge balls of dust on the floor and toilet paper stuff in the couch. We called and someone was sent over to clean, she would not acknowledge us and literally acted very put out to be there. We on the other hand, had traveled all day and had to wait an extra 90 minutes to go to dinner to allow her to come clean. With all that was not done and obvious, we were never comfortable because we assumed there was a lot that had also been skipped that we just weren’t seeing. We avoided being there as much as possible.

• Rebecca (9/5): Beautiful apartment in fantastic location. - Beautiful, stylish apartment in central location. There’s a handy mini supermarket a stone’s throw. Just a 5-10 minute walk to Powder Gate. Only improvement could be a proper shower. But that is clear from the pictures.

The apartment was exactly as is shown in the pictures, it is very spacious, comfortable, clean and had all the faculties we needed for a 5 days stay. The location was perfect. Less then 5 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. The area was quiet and around it there were markets, bars and restaurants. We had a small inconvenience with the heating, but it was more a lack of instructions from the receptionist that we called on the phone during the evening, on the first night of our stay. Anyway we explained everything to the other receptionist during the check out, who listened to us and was very polite.

As pictured, lovely decor - clean and comfortable and plenty big enough for two couples. Had a bit of a wait to check in but staff were helpful and gave good directions to the apartment, it's only a 4 minute walk from reception
• Jodie (9/5): Superb - Gorgeous property in a great location close to everything to walk or use public transport. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to stay. Would recommend this property. Great value for the location. There is only a bath and no shower so you have to sit and not stand which was difficult to wash hair etc. Would be hard for an older person. We stayed 5 nights so would have been good to have more than one bin liner and two dishwasher tablets and rolls of toilet paper. We had to purchase more, which wasn't a big issue but would have been good not to have to do that.
• Francis (8/5): Great location - generally a very nice apartment close to most attractions. Good facilities. Heating system is difficult to control. It has central heating but also a system that is for the house which we could not adjust. Although it was Christmas the weather was relatively warm and it would have been good to be able to turn it off. Although the facilities were very good the shower in the bath was a bit tricky.
